Description

Barba Paulìn is a 5 Terre B&B located in the historic center of Corniglia, in the heart of the Cinque Terre National Park.

The rooms, overlooking the sea of the Cinque Terre, overlook surrounding gardens and vineyards.

The other side of the house faces the Parish Church, a national monument.

This church has a beautiful sandstone facade in the Ligurian Gothic style, with a white Carrara marble rose window recently restored.

The trail number 2 that connects all the villages of the Cinque Terre passes near the B&B.

Corniglia is a very quiet village with its typical narrow streets, the "carugi," and colorful houses.

Cars do not enter the village, but are parked outside in designated free or paid spaces.

The square in the center of the village is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a good glass of Cinque Terre wine.

The Cinque Terre were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997, and the National Park was established in 1999.

Recently, the Marine Reserve has been established.

The Cinque Terre can be traveled by train, by sea, or on foot.

A dense network of trails gives outdoor enthusiasts the opportunity to discover every corner of the National Park.

A boat trip, a swim in the beaches or among the cliffs, a dinner savoring the recipes of the Ligurian cuisine.

In the historical center of Corniglia, across from the thirteenth-century church with a sandstone facade and a white Carrara marble rose window.

There is a beautiful square with cobblestone pavement and sandstone benches that create a relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful palm tree enhances its beauty!

Our stay was great! Our room was very large and the view from the window was amazing. The location was also very good. Breakfast in the morning was toast with jams and biscuits and good strong coffee/ tea. Our room was cleaned daily.

A great stay with very generous and friendly hosts. Thanks to Paulo and Fabio for their availability. Top breakfast, simple and effective. Simple and spacious room right on the main square of the village, highly recommended.

Two rooms, we had the larger room which was much better because there was a breeze through. Great view. It is only a small town, so well located. Free parking was a bonus, though the driving is a challenge. The host is a good cook, so the dinner option is recommended at least once.

Lovely Corniglia! And the B&B is situated just in the middle of this beauty! So friendly and generous owners! Loved the breakfast room with a view over the old church. Delicious homemade marmalade, and also a cake for breakfast. Recommended!

Everything as planned, pleasant room with a beautiful sea view. Personal key bunch. Clean structure, both the room and the bathroom. Only flaw: no possibility to pay with Bancomat. Being used to going around without cash is something I don't understand. Moreover, the Bancomat in Corniglia / there is only one / was not working.. so they had to leave me the IBAN and details for a bank transfer.. wouldn't it have been easier to have a POS?: D.
