Aneide welcomed us at the time we had requested. She was very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. The accommodation is halfway between Genoa station and the historic center. You have to climb a few steps to reach the B&B. Breakfast was good. However, it is not common for us to eat sweet biscuits in the morning (it's simply a cultural difference). Thank you very much!

Simple, clean room in the center, the essentials for a stay. The location in the center and close to the station, the only downside is the street to reach it, all uphill, a nice uphill. Nevertheless, a good rating for quality-price in Genoa and for the kindness of Mrs. Eneide.

The Bed and Breakfast Aneide pleased us very much. The owner took very good care of us, the apartment was always very clean, and the breakfast was lovingly prepared. The location is perfect for train travelers, as the apartment is just a few minutes' walk from Genova Piazza Principe. We will gladly return! Thank you very much!

The sweetness, availability, and kindness of Aneide give enormous value to the structure! Thank you Aneide for the wonderful birthday gift/surprise for my son: cake with a candle in the morning 🥹😍 A wonderful surprise and emotion! The rest is provided by the cleanliness, comfortable beds, abundant and varied breakfast in the morning, strategic location between the station and the old port, and the price-quality ratio of 10! To reach her, you have to walk a crêuza, so no heavy luggage but especially no difficulty walking. Enjoy it and pamper the hostess 🫶🏼🥰

Mrs. Aneide is very helpful and kind in providing all the necessary information. The bed & breakfast is well-maintained, clean, quiet, and convenient as it is close to Principe station and the historic center, but to get there you must take into account a nice staircase to walk up, as it is located on a raised part of the main road, uphill. Alternatively, if you have more than one suitcase, you can take the elevator near the station and get there via the descending staircase. You cannot arrive by car. The breakfast is very good and the value for money is excellent. We will return.

Perfect stay. Everything as described and expected. As mentioned in other reviews, B&B Aneide's is located at the top of a hill and is therefore not recommended for those who have difficulty walking or for those with heavy luggage. That said, it is highly recommended for its excellent quality/cleanliness/price ratio.

I needed to stay in Genoa but I couldn't find decent accommodation at a reasonable price. Fortunately, I found this B&B Aneide's! If you go up Via Balbi, there are a few stairs to climb, but it is clean and Mrs. Aneide is a hospitable and helpful host. I can only recommend it!

For those like us who went to Genoa by train and with only a backpack as luggage, this B&B is the perfect location because it is a few minutes walk from the Piazza Principe Station. However, if you have a trolley or have difficulty walking, I would not recommend it because there are stairs and uphill roads. The structure is very clean and Mrs. Aneide is very kind and available to recommend places to see. She was also kind enough to let us leave our backpacks until we went to pick them up in the late afternoon, before taking the return train.

The location is excellent due to its proximity to the city center. The only drawback is the staircase, typical of Genoa, which remains very manageable. Ms. Aneide was a precious and pleasant host. If we were to return to Genoa, we would certainly choose this property again.

I stumbled upon the property managed by Mrs. Aneide by chance. The rate is quite affordable and is matched by impeccable and above all human service (which is no small feat). The property is located at the top of two climbs, one of which is shorter and is accessible only once the keys have been received. The climbs make it a bit uncomfortable to reach if you have a lot of luggage, but the property gains in terms of panorama and the quietness of the area. The B&B Aneide's is located no more than 5 minutes from Piazza Principe if you take the shorter road, while the longer one leads to Via Balbi. Maximum cleanliness and respect for privacy. Rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, but remain cool, benefiting from the height and the exposure of a part of the structure towards the sea. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection.

We enjoyed our staying at B&B Aneide's. Everything was very comfortable; the host is a charming lady always ready to help her guests. The B&B is located a few meters (vertically, which may be a problem for somebody, but that was OK for us) from Via Balbi with Palazzo Reale and a five-minute walk from the railway station. It is a big apartment with charming retro features. Cleanliness, fridge, microwave, washing machine. Quiet place.

The bed and breakfast is located near the Piazza Principe train station and is therefore very convenient for those who need to travel by train, as well as being close to the historic center and the city's main attractions. The area is quiet and peaceful, the only drawback is that the structure is located at the top of a rather steep hill, making it a bit difficult to move around with luggage. Apart from that, we had a very good experience, especially the welcome from the landlady was exquisite.

Great welcome in Genoa! The owner is lovely and speaks French very well. The B&B Aneide's is less than a 10-minute walk from the station and on the edge of the historic center. It was perfect! There is a steep climb to reach the accommodation but taking your time is fine. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice room. Hearty breakfast. Great accommodation for our last night in Italy!

Despite the few steps to climb to reach the apartment, it is very well located and you can visit everything on foot. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Aneide is a very welcoming and pleasant host. Very good breakfast.

Mrs. Aneide is a lovely, cultured person attentive to the guest in any request they make, she is always ready to give advice and directions to make the most of their stay. Great Bed and Breakfast on one of the slopes behind Genova P. Principe station, managed by a friendly owner. Quiet, away from the city chaos. Large room, perfect shower. Nice breakfast area. Good breakfast, on Sunday in addition to almost everything sweet and savory delicious homemade cookies. Recommendation for a good weekend.

Excellent value for money. The owner is very kind and helpful. The property is located in such a quiet and peaceful area that you don't feel like you're in the city. One tip: if you have very heavy luggage, take the elevator on via Balbi and walk down the street instead of the uphill staircase. Highly recommended!

Aneide is a wonderful host! She is very welcoming, the place is lovely, and we felt right at home. Breakfasts were great and we came and went as we wanted. Be aware it is an uphill walk to get there, the building facade has been under repair work for the last year, and the room does not have air conditioning.

I stayed for one night and had a great time. The owner is a lovely person who makes you feel at home. The property is comfortable and very clean. Additionally, it is very close to the FS station and the city center, so you can move around easily. I will definitely come back for a longer stay. Excellent.

Mrs. Aneide is delightful, extremely helpful and friendly. The property is simple yet elegant and still offers every comfort. The breakfast is plentiful and with a wide choice. If I had to find a flaw, it would be the location, which, although very close to the station, involves a long and tiring climb, at least until you discover the elevator between the station and the B&B that takes you above it, thus making the road all downhill. A ten-minute walk takes you to the Old Port and the Aquarium. We were very satisfied.

The owner is a very kind and friendly lady. The room and everything else are very clean and welcoming, it feels like being at home. In the room where I slept, the bathroom was new and very nice. Very quiet place, despite the building being made up of many apartments it is quiet, excellent breakfast. I definitely recommend it.

Near Principe station. To reach it you have to face a short climb. It is located in an alley and is very quiet. Wonderful location. Absolutely central but still very safe and quiet. Everything you need is within walking distance - attractions, restaurants, train station. Extremely clean and orderly structure, nothing out of place. Excellent welcome with very clear explanations, very comfortable bed and even the pillows (one soft and one harder to choose from) a lot of attention to detail! Mrs. Aneide is very kind and helpful in every situation, provided all the necessary information to easily reach places of interest and local spots. I had a great time. B&B Aneide's highly recommended.

We stayed for a weekend at B&B Aneide's with Mrs. Eneide and we had a great time. She was very kind and the room was clean and comfortable, close to the station and convenient for reaching all the main attractions of Genoa. It is located in a private street and can be reached after a fairly steep climb, so it is not suitable for those who don't mind doing a bit of physical activity. We had a great time and if we pass through Genoa again, we will definitely come back!

I stayed at B&B Aneide in 2009 and came back with pleasure after many years. Everything is just like back then, with an excellent room, beautiful ceiling decorations, impeccable cleanliness, kindness, and helpfulness from the owner who is always ready to give advice, abundant breakfast (maybe could have a few more savory options if we want to be picky). Perhaps the only downside is the slightly steep climb from the station, but the neighborhood is also very interesting.

We stayed 4 nights at Mrs. Aneide's house and we really felt at home, even the fact of having the bathroom (spacious and for exclusive use) outside the room did not affect our stay at all. The sweet breakfast, abundant with croissants baked by the lady every morning and a variety of packaged biscuits. Congratulations Aneide, regards the crab from Federico! See you soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Aneide's B&B. Aneide is such a pleasant host, speaking both English, German, Italian and French, which made it very easy to communicate with her. Her apartment is big, clean and beautiful with a good view from the breakfast room. With our stay at Aneide's B&B we got a little feeling of being locals in Genova - definitely better than staying at a big international hotel. Thank you, Aneide.

Excellent structure, very well maintained, maximum cleanliness. Excellent location as well, very close to the train station and also to the historic center. The only problem could be a large and heavy luggage to carry up the characteristic ascent to the house. Very charming and extremely clean structure. The environment is quiet and well-kept. Mrs. Aneide is a perfect hostess; today she made us find some excellent carnival fritters made by her... exceptional. Logistically the B&B Aneide's is not far from the center, but a bit uphill so you walk uphill / downhill along typical stairs and alleys. About 15 minutes walk to the Aquarium area.

I stayed at B&B Aneide's in September, not too long ago. The first thing that struck me was the location: convenient, very close to the center, bus stops, and the train station, yet evocative. It is situated above one of Genoa's hills, in a quiet area, with glimpses of atmosphere and perhaps not very convenient if you have lots of luggage and few hands. But those magical alleys are worth it. Aneide is a delightful person, helpful and discreet, with very polite conversation. The room, not very big but welcoming, makes you feel at home. I stayed for a few days, but I wish it had been longer. Aneide's gives you all the magic of Genoa even on the way back after a beautiful day in a wonderfully evocative city. Side note for cat lovers: there are quite a few beautiful cats in the surroundings!

With my family (2 adults and 2 kids) we stayed one night. We had a very good time. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had complimentary kit, hairdryer, makeup remover pads, scented towels. Everything clean and welcoming. The breakfast room with fireplace and view of the Genoese Lantern was characteristic. Mrs. Aneide was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and varied. My son really enjoyed the focaccia! Walking through the hills of Genoa was not a problem, in fact we "savored" the city.

Splendid location in the historic center of Genoa, very quiet but a stone's throw from the city center and the aquarium. 15 minutes from Principe station. Modernly furnished rooms with TV and Wi-Fi. Top hygiene and cleanliness, hard to find better. Modernly furnished bathroom with shower. Aneide is a person of extraordinary kindness and hospitality and very reserved, therefore no privacy issues. The property managed by Mrs. Aneide is a secluded and very quiet corner of Genoa, with a spectacular view and immersed in greenery. No one would ever think that, 10 minutes away from the deafening traffic of Principe station, there could be a place like this: the lady, then, with her quiet but constant presence, always attentive to the needs of the guest (who enters a house as clean and fragrant as a jewel box) is truly exceptional for her hospitality. The B&B Aneide's, located at the top of a typical "creuza" in Genoa, accessible only by foot, may pose some difficulties for those with weak legs or many bags; however, it allows you to experience a characteristic environment of the beautiful and interesting city, inhabited by friendly and communicative people.\n\nThe accommodation is cozy, neat, and extremely clean, with a very bright living room offering a view of the port with the famous "lantern". Among all the accommodations I've stayed at, this B&B was one of the best. Very clean room, only about 10 minutes (on foot) from the city center and the old port, very abundant and varied breakfast, and essential the availability of Ms. Aneide.
