Description

Bussana is a nice and small village not far from the coast and the sea, between Sanremo and Arma di Taggia. In 1887 an earthquake destroyed the old part of Bussana called “Bussana Vecchia”. Today, many italian and foreign artists came to live here and opened pittoresque shops in the magic atmosphere of the tiny streets called “carruggi”!
Our B&B is the ideal location for those people who want to enjoy a holiday in the mountain and on the beach. It is 2 km far from the seaside and 30 minutes by car from the wonderful Alpi Liguri. In the area between S. Lorenzo al Mare and Sanremo, there is the 35 km pedestrian way where you can cycle or walk along the coast.

The building is a new villa with a fantastic view on the sea and we offer to our guest 2 doublebed rooms and a family room, five places all together.

The guest’s bathroom are two for the three rooms: one is large with two basins and a Jacuzz, the second one is smaller with shower. In this particular pandemic time, we
The continental breakfast is offer in the nice dinig-room; when the weather is warm it's possible to have the breakfast in the garden in front of the sea. In this pandemic time, it will be necessary to adopt measures for breakfast and transit in the common areas: it will be required to wear a mask in transfers between the common areas of the house; the use of shoes inside the house will be forbidden, for this reason disposable slippers will be provided.

Available to the guests the parking, solarium, wi-fi, heardryer, kettle with tea and tisane, coffee machine, books and board games
From this year, Ariadamare is become low environmental impact: the sun warm the air and the water! We hope that oiur guests will be careful to not make too long showers!
The owners of the B&B will be happy to suggest excursion and places of major interest. The use of the bathing establishments will be planned with reservations. We will take care to organize your stay also as regards your days at the beach

The breakfast, according to many of our guests, is one of the most rewarding moments of the stay in the B&B Ariadamare! The table is set in a way that is always varied and colorful, and the food propose try to satisfy every people.

Different types of creamed croissants, chocolate, apples, are baked every morning and every day is offered a cake handmade
And then still biscuits, butter, jam, biscuits, focaccia, sardenaira, canestrelli, fruit juice, hot drinks at will! And for those who want a "savory" breakfast, on request, a wide selection of cold meats and cheeses is offered!
All this, during the summer, is consumed in the garden, with the splendid view of the blue sea and the brilliant green of the hills! Sometime you'll find also product of our garden like tomatoes, grape and figs.

Hello. My name is Laura and I am a middle school teacher. I teach music (I have a degree in piano and singing) but I also do theater and dance, activities that I have been practicing for many years. I have 2 children: Emanuele who is 21 years old and attends the Polytechnic University of Turin, studying physical engineering, and Beatrice who is 18 years old and will finish high school this year in the linguistic field.

We are a wonderful extended family: my ex-husband, Antonello, manages the best bakery in Arma di Taggia, so fresh croissants, focaccia, and sardenaira, the best in the area, will always be present on your breakfast table! My partner and cohabitant, Andrea, will spoil you with tomatoes from the garden, fresh figs, and the various simple delights from our small vegetable garden!
Our beautiful home has always been open to our friends, so we thought of expanding the circle and transforming our residence into a B&B.

You will find a warm welcome and the utmost availability to help you make the most of your vacation with us: I know the territory where I live very well and I love it immensely, so it will be my pleasure to guide you through the beautiful places in our area!
You won't find signs along the way to get to us by my choice: I don't want to host passing users, this is my home where I live with my children and I want to know in advance who is coming!
By email or phone, I will explain the route to get home: the fundamental thing is not to take the directions given by your navigator literally! Rather, compare them with the ones I will give you, but if they are different, please trust me more than technology!
The roads that lead here are different and some of them make the route much longer and quite challenging! With my directions, you will take very little time and arrive without getting lost! Another thing about the roads.

The characteristic that makes Liguria such an extraordinary land is that the mountains plunge into the sea, which means that the roads are narrow and steep! If you can choose, prefer a small-sized car: you will experience your vacation with less stress from parking and narrow roads!

Laura and Andrea were two exceptional hosts, they made us feel immediately at home and better than with family, ready to do their best to welcome guests. The panoramic location immersed in nature, the silence, the fresh air, and the proximity to seaside and hillside locations are truly a plus. Spectacular breakfast with products from the garden and homemade cakes, generous in quantity and choice. The cleanliness is perfect, and the room where we stayed was spacious and equipped with air conditioning, TV, kettle, and all the comforts, and parking inside the structure itself with full autonomy of return/exit times.

We were warmly welcomed and pampered with a fantastic breakfast. With Laura and Andrea, you are in great company. The access to the house is not so easy, narrow streets like in the rest of Liguria, but you are rewarded with a breathtaking view. \nWe will gladly come back.

The Ariadamare B&B is located on the hills of Bussana and enjoys a secluded, quiet, and panoramic position. The hosts are very kind, the room is very clean, the bathroom is small but tidy, and there is a panoramic garden where a complete breakfast is served. We tasted freshly picked tomatoes from the garden, as well as cake, focaccia, brioche, juices, fruits, coffee, tea, etc. The only downside was the heat in this scorching summer that didn't allow us to rest properly. The air conditioners are already in place but not yet installed. The couple we shared the breakfast table with told us that they didn't feel the heat much, so it could be that our room was warmer than others.

Purtroppo non abbiamo fatto i conti con la difficoltà di trovare un installatore, cosa che pare impossibile! In effetti la vostra stanza è più calda delle altre perché sotto la terrazza. Speriamo di risolvere presto il problema caldo. Grazie ancora per la gentile recensione.

We can only praise our stay at the Ariadamare property. The location on the Bussana and Sanremo bay is nothing short of spectacular. The hosts, two wonderful people with whom we will definitely keep in touch. We were welcomed and pampered as if we were family. The tranquility of the place, the genuineness of the people gave us moments of absolute relaxation. And what about the wonderful breakfast that Laura prepared for us in the garden under the olive tree, well, guys, thanks again. We look forward to reciprocating the hospitality. Very nice B&B, large and well-furnished rooms, but above all very clean. Exclusive bathroom, also super clean and well equipped. The breakfast is abundant and served with great attention and naturalness by the owners. But the highlight of this property is definitely the owners themselves, for their simplicity, courtesy, and availability, which immediately put you at ease. I recommend the property.

I stayed at Ariadamare in mid-August and it was a short but very pleasant stay. Laura was kind and helpful, both in the welcoming and in assisting with the uphill walk to the house (a bit steep) and parking. The breakfast is abundant and delicious with homemade focaccias and cakes, the rooms are cozy and spotless, and the fact that it is her private home makes the atmosphere warmer and more welcoming. Despite having other guests during the same period, it was calm and there were no difficulties with the shared bathroom. While it's not right by the sea, if you are comfortable with driving, the view and the setting make up for the effort.

Essenzialmente eccezionale, per raggiungere il luogo è importante non seguire il navigatore ma le indicazioni della signora che gestisce il posto. Una volta giunti la bellezza del panorama è mozzafiato.

Ho soggiornato con il mio fidanzato presso Ariadamare ed abbiamo trovato, oltre ad una calorosa accoglienza, un luogo tranquillo a gestione familiare, con ampio e curato giardino, completamente immerso nella natura. Le stanze sono ordinate e confortevoli. Consiglio l'abbondante colazione con la vista sul mare. Torneremo sicuramente da Laura.

B&B familiare e accogliente. Laura e Beatrice sono gentilissime e non vi fanno mancare nulla. L'accessibilità è leggermente difficoltosa, per il fatto che la strada di accesso è un po' impervia. In compenso una volta arrivati si gode della tranquillità del luogo e di una vista meravigliosa dall'alto sul paese di Bussana. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza violetta. La stanza è piccola ma bene attrezzata. Per accedere al bagno bisogna passare nel corridoio comune. La colazione varia e abbondante con frutta, torta fatta in casa e focaccia calda.

Really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful house and wonderful, helpful, kind family. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms comfortable and bathroom and everywhere very clean. As they say, it's recommended for a car here. We never had one but is ok if you enjoy walking and aren't worried about long walks home in the dark! The lovely family also let us borrow their bikes, (but there are many rental shops nearby). This was fantastic to see other areas along the coast, the cycle-path is a must! (and great fitness getting back up the hill). Very well located to visit and enjoy this beautiful coastline. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Laura and family, we hope to see you all again soon.

Nulla da dire semplicemente stupendo. L' ospitalità e l'accoglienza di Antonello, Laura è figli, fa sembrare il soggiorno come se si fosse a casa propria, tolto il fatto di non doversi preoccupare delle faccende di casa. Ci si sente come a casa propria. L'accoglienza, l'atmosfera, la cordialità, la bellezza del posto ti fanno sentire una di loro. Laura è una persona straordinaria e ti fa sentire amica da sempre. È difficile stare tre giorni e poi tornare a casa. Bisognerebbe stare un pò di più e godere meglio del posto, ma se capitate da quelle parti non lasciatevelo scappare! Al voto 10 aggiungo la LODE.

Della colazione ottime le torte e il pane casalingo appena sfornati dalla gentilissima padrona di casa, oltre alla vista impagabile sul golfo che si gode dal giardino, mentre si mangia. La posizione è strategica perché permette di stare in un luogo verde e ventilato, lontani dal caos delle spiagge sottostanti per riposarsi dopo una giornata di mare, ed è vicinissima a Bussana Vecchia e comoda per raggiungere le due cittadine di Sanremo e Arma.

We (my gf and I) stayed for 10 days and it was really wonderful. The sight from the B&B onto the sea is awesome and within a few minutes (by car) you can lay on the beach and enjoy the sun and the water. Laura and her family did their best to guarantee us a lovely stay with an awesome breakfast.
