Description

The B&B Archi di Borgolungo is situated right in the historical and commercial city center of Chiavari.

It is about 500 metres from the train station and the sea. Short-distance you can also find the bus station.

The room windows have an amazing look at the Piazza San Giovanni and Via Bighetti, a peculiar tiny street were you can find restaurants and taverns where you can taste traditional ligurian dishes.

In front of Piazza San Giovanni there's Piazza Mazzini with the local market and its smells and colours. Between them is the "Carrugio", the main street full of shops, brands, bars, baker's shops and a supermarket.

Close to the B&B there are the post office, the hospital, chemistries, the castle, kindergartens, a park, the biblioteque and many museums.

During summer there are ferry boats sailing to amazing places such as: the "Cinque Terre", Portofino and San Fruttuoso.

Good morning! To start the day, you will find the kitchen ready with the table set and at your disposal. In the fridge, there are fruit juices, water, and milk. On the service counter, you will find jams, Nutella, cereal dispensers, cookies, biscotti, trays with various types of snacks, and pre-packaged brioches, as well as tea bags and infusions. For a good coffee, you can use either the classic moka or the capsule espresso machine according to your preferences.

I gave all maximum ratings because Archi di Borgolungo is a complete B&B, located in a strategically central position, so all services are easily reachable on foot, including the beaches. The location of the facility is excellent because it is in the center of the village. Impeccable cleanliness. The only downside in our bathroom was that there was no heating and the breakfast was a bit scarce and not very varied.

Hello everyone, for work reasons I made a quick visit to Chiavari last weekend and stayed at this bed and breakfast. I found it very pleasant, simple structure but full of all the comforts, excellent cleanliness, great location and above all, excellent Paola who proved to be very helpful and kind with me. I highly recommend Archi di Borgolungo.

We have spent some fantastic days at the Archi di Borgolungo. Paola is a fantastic host, everything has been very easy. She helped us during check-in as we arrived early and wanted to leave our luggage to go out and visit things. The room is great, spacious, clean, and with many details. Breakfast is good in general, without schedules and you can serve yourself what you want. The location is excellent, 3 minutes from the train station and very close to the center of Chiavari. I will definitely return to the Archi di Borgolungo if I come back to this beautiful region of Italy. Thanks a lot Paola.

Weekend with mom, welcomed very well and very simple and nice accommodation. The lady who welcomed us was very kind, discreet and helpful. The centrality of the location makes it a recommended place for a relaxing holiday. Only downside: an impromptu football match in the square below lasting until well past midnight. But of course, spontaneous and not attributable to anyone.
