The coziest and most welcoming place in Imperia. If you want to feel at home and stay in accommodation with an incredible view, you have found it. The hosts are lovely and the house has a homely atmosphere. It is wonderful. The breakfast is delicious. Everything is made with love.

We spent five days with Emanuelito and his wife. You can truly feel that they are hosts from the heart with lots of experience. We were warmly welcomed and every morning they surprised us with a varied, homemade breakfast. We received tips on what else to do in Imperia or where to go out for dinner, which made our stay even better. Emanuelito was always there to answer questions or help us with anything we needed. The Arcadie Marina is a wonderfully playful place, full of little details everywhere. It has everything you need, and you simply feel comfortable and at home. The location and the view are also unbeatable. Thank you both so much for this amazing holiday. We will definitely be back. Célia and Tizia.

The hosts are super friendly and lovely. They are very helpful and give you the best tips, making your stay easy and comfortable. Also the house, the garden and the location are all very beautiful! Charming place to stay.

Emanuele and his wife are special people. We had a great time. It is not the classic hotel where you overindulge at breakfast. You eat quality food prepared with love. The rooms are beautiful with windows overlooking the sea, and if you want, you can also use the shared kitchen. What impresses about Emanuele and his wife is their humanity and ecological and hospitality values.

Located in a beautiful position by the sea with the ancient village behind. The welcome from Emanuelito is exquisite, offering a curated and varied breakfast with ingredients from his own garden. We had a great time.

The room was wonderful, with a breathtaking sea view. Emanuelito proved to be very kind and professional. I will definitely recommend this establishment and I intend to return.

Super super nice owner, breathtaking view and the house has everything you need. The breakfast is freshly prepared with local products and I even received tips for dining out in the evening. 10/10.

The accommodation was easy to find, with many free parking spaces nearby, the owner was easy to reach, and check-in and check-out were flexible. The breakfast was prepared according to request, and there were fresh ingredients from the owner's garden, as well as personal tips for daily programs. The view directly onto the sea and the sun terrace with the possibility of drying bathing items and a wind-protected area was magnificent. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time. The structure is welcoming and Maribel and Emanuelito are two fantastic hosts, hospitable, very friendly, and very helpful. Their breakfasts are wonderful.

There would be a lack of air conditioning, but everything is excellent.

We found ourselves very, very well. The owners were very nice, with a well-prepared and studied breakfast, and with ingredients from their own garden. Recommended one hundred percent. Thank you very much for the experience.

Manuelito and his wife are charming, attentive, always ready to give good advice. The villa overlooks a superb panorama, the sea is right outside the window, I recommend without hesitation.

We had a very pleasant stay at Arcadia Marina, Emanuelito is a very good host. There are some stairs to get to the b&b but it is worth the climb as the view is astonishing.

Lovely place with an exciting view (the little terrace for breakfast and also the upper terrace, which we unfortunately didn't have enough time to enjoy). Managed wisely with care and attention to the environment and the profound meaning of hospitality. The manager doesn't just offer a nice place to sleep, but pays attention to the guests by getting personally involved with great availability. Sought-after, abundant breakfast with a focus on products (local, fair trade, and self-produced).

Emanuelito and his wife are very charming hosts who make extraordinary efforts to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay. They provide tips for activities and restaurants.

A very nice and lovely couple, who run this guesthouse with a lot of love and dedication. I will gladly go back there and book the guesthouse.

Small but cozy room, family management that makes you feel at home. Complete breakfast with everything you need plus salty focaccias. Spectacular view from the rooftop terrace, spending even just half an hour on the hammock looking at the sea is regenerating.

The rooms are pleasant, bright, colorful and clean, the decoration is creative and vintage. The structure is panoramic (but the street below is a bit noisy) with most rooms overlooking the sea (you have to climb). The quality-price ratio is excellent. The managers are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is genuine and organic, made up of dishes carefully prepared by the owners. You can use the shared kitchen, kitchenette and fridge. Beautiful rooftop terrace that serves as a solarium, also equipped with a hammock.

Positive overall experience at Arcadia Marina. Excellently located in Porto Maurizio, halfway between the beaches and the historic center, the property is welcoming, although it may need a refresh in the furnishings and services. The managers are very helpful and friendly, breakfast is excellent. Two suggestions: a) sharing a bathroom between three rooms (while a fourth has an exclusive bathroom) could be a problem; b) it would be advisable to have a POS terminal to allow card payments.

Very nice property in a great location close to the sea. Friendly and welcoming manager. Good breakfast. It's nice to be able to use the kitchen and breakfast room to have your meals. The rooms facing Aurelia are a bit noisy. Beautiful rooftop terrace.

Very clean place and a few steps from the sea. Dreamy view. By informing the managers that my boyfriend and I are both anti-speciesist, we found vegan breakfasts every morning. Shared bathroom (unless you choose the room with a private bathroom). Room number 2 (the one we stayed in) does not have mosquito nets on the windows and has a fan in the room. Stunning sea view terrace. Beautiful solarium overlooking the sea. If it can be useful to some users with mobility problems: very steep staircase to access the structure. Very central location, a few minutes from the historic part of Porto Maurizio. Washing machine available.

A beautiful B&B, full of attention to detail. A wonderful rooftop terrace, perfectly equipped, in one of the most beautiful houses on the coast of Imperia. I recommend the place to anyone who enjoys climbing stairs. The host is a local and shares interesting facts about the area and is just a good guy.

Very beautiful structure, the owner very welcoming and kind.

The two managers are very helpful and kind people. They know how to make guests feel at ease and advise them on the best things to do in Imperia and its surroundings. The structure is truly original, with a very special panoramic rooftop terrace. The B&B is just a stone's throw from a quiet, well-kept and clean rocky beach.

This establishment in its entirety and its owner excel in excellence. Precious and picturesque view and location. Warm welcome and contact. Extraordinary and excellent breakfast.

It's all a well-deserved 10 and praise: the structure is fantastic with a breathtaking view and the possibility to enjoy it from the terrace, the managers are two wonderful people who welcomed us infusing a serenity that is good for the heart. Their availability was maximum both towards us, preparing for example breakfast with vegan sweets every day (but being available in everything!) and towards our little dog that felt at home. Go with your eyes closed: you couldn't choose better!

In this short stay, I found paradise. The place is wonderful, overlooking the sea. You enjoy absolute peace and tranquility, despite being close to the Via Aurelia. Very clean B&B and frequented by quiet and polite people. The managers are very hospitable and very kind, always available. The breakfast, even though I'm not vegan, I found it excellent and abundant. Special praise for the focaccia, which is wonderful. Free beaches a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend it.

Too bad you can only give 5 stars... The place is truly fantastic: the rooms overlook the sea and at the top of the structure there is a wonderful terrace where you can relax, sunbathe or read a good book. Breakfast, usually served from 9 to 10:30 approximately, consists of delicious organic products, both sweet and savory (most of them homemade). The owner Emanuelito is a lovely person, as well as his wife Marybel, with whom you can easily chat. My stay at Arcadia Marina lasted a week, more than enough to get to know both Emanuelito and the structure well. I really enjoyed it and will definitely come back!

Strategic location, a few minutes walk from the loggias of Santa Chiara, a stone's throw from the beach La Foce. The view from the terrace is spectacular, the rooms and common areas are furnished with passion, the atmosphere is welcoming and sunny thanks to Emanuelito and Maribel. For many years, whenever I can, I go to Imperia just to return to this magical place, among lemon trees, terraces overlooking the sea, bright rooms, lush vegetation, assured rest and awakening of creativity. A hymn to beauty with an excellent value for money, a stone's throw from the port of Imperia and the historic center. An ideal starting point for enchanting walks along the promenade, even at night.

More than an accommodation: individually furnished rooms, a different breakfast every day, and hosts who take time for the guests. If one didn't have to pay at the end of the stay, it would be like with friends.

My husband and I stayed at Lele's B&B for two nights and we had a great time. First of all, the structure is very beautiful, in a villa with a beautiful garden and sea view rooms. The location is very convenient as, with a short walk, you can reach both the seaside places of Porto Maurizio, very nice and full of bars and restaurants, and the old part of the city which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is perfect, well-prepared and with organic products. Recommended!

A magnificent moment with a magnificent man, I will send him friends quickly and I will return with great pleasure.

The structure is really beautiful and the managers are really good. The only drawback is the staircase that leads from the main road to the Arcadia Marina, very steep and tiring for those not used to it. Once you arrive, the view is truly extraordinary. The view from the terrace is priceless. Lele and Maribel's breakfasts are extraordinary, always organic and always different every morning. Well done.

The structure is truly spectacular and the sea view is breathtaking. Very convenient location to reach the beaches and the center (a few minutes on foot). Fantastic breakfast with new and special proposals every day. The added value is certainly given by the owners, two splendid and very helpful people, who go out of their way for the guests. Lovely location, excellent value for money, abundant breakfast. Only drawback, the three rather steep flights of stairs to access the property that would compromise its use for elderly people or even those with mild mobility issues.

There are places where you feel good, places where you feel at home, and places where you leave a piece of your heart. We, here, have left a piece of our heart. We arrive at Arcadia Marina after a rather long journey and after a week that was nothing short of disheartening, and we are immediately welcomed, overwhelmed, and enveloped by hospitality from another era. The manager immediately takes us on a small tour of the splendid garden, meticulously cared for, and of the building. We are captivated by the personal style of every element of the place: from the wallpaper to the furnishings, everything is a testament to a journey, a passage, an experience of life. We are in a place "with soul" and there is no doubt about it. Our smiles widen even further when, upon arriving in the lovely communal kitchen (with a splendid sea view), the manager opens the fridge offering us two very welcome bottles of water and a beer. We are in a splendid place, rich in a creativity of spirit that overflows at every glance, and our host has just welcomed us with fresh water and ice-cold beer. What more could one want? A terrace overlooking the sea on one side and the beautiful medieval village of Porto Maurizio on the other. Needless to say, it's there, and in this case too, it is a well-kept, welcoming, and precious corner, just like the beautiful surprises. The room is also lovely, well-kept, and above all very clean. We are on Vacation! Ok, we really don't need anything else to be happy, but we receive another surprise, namely a breakfast worthy of the name! Sweet (homemade cakes) and savory (focaccias with cold cuts, omelettes, and mini sandwiches filled with mini Greek salads of feta, basil, and cucumbers, fruit juice, yogurt, etc. etc.). More than the garden, the rooms, the terrace, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the water, and the beer, my partner and I will carry in our hearts the discretion, the professionalism, and, I repeat, the soul of our hosts. There are places, projects, and ways of living life in which every gesture tells and expresses the dreams, the tenacity, and perhaps even the suffering that must be put in there to realize them. Here there is everything, beauty, dreams, and substance. The place of the heart.

Difficult to describe. It's better to experience the surprise and emotions of the poetry that this place conveys. It feels like sleeping in the sea. Every object present is not randomly placed but is part of the harmony of the house. The gentleman who welcomed us is very kind, and even though we spoke little, you can feel his sensitivity and attention to others. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Truly.

Beautiful rooftop terrace - beautiful garden - many lovely details - very attentive host - fantastic breakfast..however, one should be able to climb stairs (that's how it is in Imperia...) and appreciate an artistic / alternative / ecological environment.

A place tailored to man, makes you feel free and at home.

Wonderful place for a vacation! The breathtaking view of the sea from the windows delights the eyes and calms. The beach is just 5 minutes away (down the road), as well as the historic center (up the hill), where authentic cafes offer a variety of foods made from local products. Lele and Maribel are hospitable, open to new people and definitely know what a traveler needs, as they travel a lot around the world. Their home is very clean. Fresh products, pastries from local bakeries, and other delicacies are served for breakfast. Staying with this wonderful couple provides a great opportunity to get to know Ligurian and Italian culture from the inside.

It is a place that stays in your heart.
