Description

Just a few steps from the sea, and a short bike ride away from the mountains.

Our family home, with its history, our history, built by our grandparents, inherited from our parents and now on loan to our children - a generation, a passage, a sharing.

We have a desire to welcome, to smile, in a shy yet wonderful land that gifts us with days filled with colors that fill the heart.

An idea, a dream, the patience to make it a reality, and ongoing work - sacrifices, but the joy of seeing it grow slowly, at our own pace.

We've made the choice not to put TVs in the rooms because we believe that, in these times of haste and frenzy, it's important not to listen to a box with other people's ideas, but to listen to what our bodies are telling us, to take back our time, even if only for a weekend.

Every element that furnishes our B&B has a past story, and we try to bring those objects back to life, to restore and make them useful again.

We choose not to iron and to use detergents with minimal environmental impact.

This is our ecological choice, out of respect for what surrounds us.

We prefer to simply welcome our guests with magazines, comics, books, and ideas.

Self check-in is possible.

Located in a very beautiful setting surrounded by nature, peaceful and quiet. Only a 15-minute walk from the beaches and Noli town center. Perfect!

A very characteristic bed and breakfast, managed with attention and great care. The location in the first hinterland of Noli allows you to be very close to the center (1.5 km from the sea) without being in the chaos, but in an environment of absolute peace and tranquility. The parking in front of the structure is very convenient. The structure is equipped with a well-equipped common room where it is possible to have breakfast, sip a tea/herbal tea while consulting one of the available travel guides or consume a takeaway meal.

The accommodation is in a good location, but in the evening the route we always walked is completely dark. The road is winding and therefore cannot be considered safe for pedestrians, although fortunately we found the drivers to be very cautious. The room is decent.

I stayed several times during the summer and this shows that I had a good time, due to the simplicity of the place and the maximum availability and courtesy of Alessandra. With a walk, you can reach the beach and it is a good starting point for very interesting and pleasant itineraries.

Located on a hill not far from the historic center of the village, the Arancio Fiorito B&B is simple and well-kept in its details, from recycled materials reinterpreted for alternative use, to informative brochures for tourists. Good value for money, ventilated environment, quiet, away from the crowds and noises of the center. Only downside: the distance from the sea. Very positive impression!

Modern structure, clean and very cute and cozy rooms. Complete bathroom services, the structure does not include breakfast but only coffee and drinks, being a B&B they should include it. The location is a bit inland but not very far from the sea. Good value for money.

Excellent and familiar welcome, very spacious common area full of games and books for children. Well-furnished room and very comfortable bed. Very beautiful and clean toilet facilities! In 10-15 minutes you can easily reach the beach on foot, in 5 minutes you are in the historic center of Noli. The car becomes useless if you don't leave Noli! We will definitely come back 100%.

The Arancio Fiorito B&B is a small villa on the first hills of Noli. The road to reach it is very narrow, but the owner's directions are precise. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is new. Although there is no breakfast included (arranged in some bars in the center), there is a kettle with tea and herbal teas in the entrance.

This is the third year I am returning. The managers are very helpful, there is the possibility to use a microwave and dishes. 10 minutes from the sea, very quiet. There are also games for kids. For breakfast, we eat out because it is not worth it.

The place is very quiet and cool for sleeping, the owner is very helpful and kind, apart from the lack of a freezer to cool things down, everything is new and well maintained. The location is not exactly close to the sea, but it's great for resting. The garden entrance could be improved, but we had a great time anyway. Thank you.

We had a great time. The place is an oasis of peace a few kilometers from the beautiful town of Noli. Ancient maritime republic with a stunning and clean sea and a beautiful landscape. Keeping in mind the directions sent by email, it's very easy to get there. There is a private parking in front of the property. We always left the car in the parking lot. In fact, in a few delightful minutes of walking, you reach the center of Noli and the sea. Excellent restaurants and trattorias. We recommend stopping at this B&B. We will return. Cinzia and Gianni.

Donatella mi dispiace ma vi avevo avvisati il giorno prima che non ci sarei stata per il check out, ho cercato di fare il possibile per arrivare comunque in tempo per un ultimo saluto, infatti ci siamo incrociati per la strada, ci siamo salutati al volo, ho cercato anche di raggiungervi ma ero in bicicletta, voi in auto, e non ce l'ho fatta; vi ho chiamato al telefono subito dopo. Per la stanza potevate dirmelo durante il soggiorno, avrei cercato una soluzione, ma nei momenti in cui ci siamo parlati non mi avete segnalato nulla. Ora, a posteriori, non posso fare altro se non rammaricarmi di aver deluso un ospite.

We spent 9 days in the structure and we were very satisfied. Located on a hill, to reach the sea a ten-minute walk (in the end, even the two small climbs or descents did not weigh much). Alessandra treated us very well, also advising us on where to eat. Well-maintained structure, abundant breakfast. The only downside was the slightly damp room, but even here Alessandra promptly took action. Congratulations, we will definitely come back.

We stayed for one night at the Arancio Fiorito B&B, we didn't spend much time at the house due to various commitments that took us to Noli but the house is very nice and welcoming, we chose the room with the ensuite bathroom and we had a wonderful stay! The breakfast the next morning was top-notch with brioches, focaccias, canestrelli, strudel, juices, tea, yogurt, jams, and toast, nothing was missing. The location is very convenient to reach the beach (we had a car, so I can't indicate the distance walking), the little house is completely surrounded by greenery and is very cool, excellent for those who suffer from the heat.
