Albino is very helpful, kind and welcoming, but the apartment is only convenient because of its location: it is too cluttered, dark and cramped. There is no space to put anything on the bedside tables, and with a child who is allergic it was not an easy night. I recommend that Albino reserve a bottle of water for guests and, above all, try to at least clear out the rooms. The bathroom is shared with other guests and the water is rationed.

Gentile signora mi dispiace che suo figlio sia allergico. E vero che l'appartamento è caratteristico e raccoglie tanti oggetti di antiquariato Ma la stanza misura 20 metri quadri ed è molto spazioso e molto soleggiata, sui comodini c'erano gli asciugamani e i ventilatori. Il bagno in comune è specificato nella descrizione del bed and breakfast e il consiglio di non sprecare l'acqua è generico per tutti. Comunque ogni osservazione e consiglio sono ben accettati La ringrazio Albino.

Albino was very flexible with the arrival time and super responsive. He was very helpful in giving tips about the city and recommending good restaurants. He is charming and even helped me out with my bike! The place is a real experience and feels like a museum. 10/10.

Comfortable apartment, very close to the station and the city center, reachable on foot. The only drawback is the bathroom shared with other flatmates, but it is kept very clean. The owner is very welcoming and willing to give directions and advice. For a stay of a few days at an economical price, it is the ideal place.

Guests are maybe interested to know in advance that Albino has no wifi and there is no kitchen use included. Apart from that, room and flat are nice, tidy and comfortable and the host himself is kind.

The manager is a very kind and friendly person ready to recommend itineraries to follow. The place is located 2 steps from Brignole station, so in a great location to visit the city. Good quality-price ratio. I recommend it and I will return.

Great location, very unique house that conveys the idea of a lived-in place, in every corner there is something to observe! Albino is a very kind and attentive host! Surely the b&b will become a good base for future weekends in the area.

I stayed for 2 nights in this very unique Bed and Breakfast and I must say it remains in my heart. If you are looking for a tidy and anonymous place, with brand new and immaculate Ikea furniture, then this is not the kind of place for you. But if you are looking for a real, authentic place, rich in life and stories in every inch you look, then Albino is the right place for you! It is located in an ancient building and each room is enriched with personal taste with objects of all kinds and origins where past, present, and future come together in one place, creating an almost magical atmosphere. In a few minutes, you can reach the Brignole station and metro on foot, and from there, if you don't feel like walking further, you can take the metro to reach the historic center, the aquarium, etc. The beauty is that despite being close to the center, the area is very peaceful, you sleep well and wake up to the chirping of birds. The only note is that it is located uphill, so I recommend not to carry too heavy luggage, but with wheels, for greater convenience. The price is more than excellent, you won't find others at this range. Albino is a lovely person, very helpful and courteous, it feels like being with family, stop for at least 10 minutes to exchange a few words, you will surely discover something useful and unexpected, and he will give you valuable advice and directions. What can I say, without a doubt I will definitely come back here if I were to stay in Genoa again.

Original and warm the atmosphere that welcomed us, convenient structure because very close to Brignole station, the historic center and, for enthusiasts, also to the Stadium.
