We were only there for one night. But there is still an absolute recommendation. Because: - very nice hosts and top communication - very charming accommodation in an absolutely quiet and beautiful location - rich and delicious breakfast. We would come back anytime.

The structure is located in a quiet and green place. In my opinion, it needs a bit of maintenance. Be careful when choosing the small double room, it is really very small. The bathroom door does not open completely because it hits the bed. The bathroom is tiny and does not have a bidet. The rooms do not have air conditioning and we suffered a lot from the heat at night. The small fan is not sufficient. The breakfast was plentiful and good.

Buongiorno Daniela, grazie mille per la recensione. Si, è vero, nella nostra casa non è disponibile l'aria condizionata, questa informazione è ovviamente presente nella nostra scheda. Essendo la nostra casa posizionata in collina e circondata dal verde, zona sempre molto ventilata, è molto raro avere delle notti così calde, alla fine si riducono ad essere un paio di settimane all'anno. In ragione di questo abbiamo deciso di non installare la climatizzazione e questo anche per tentare di contenere un poco i prezzi che, nelle nostre zone sono sicuramente, in molti casi, troppo elevati. Posso affermare con certezza che nelle nostre zone non è facile trovare una camera matrimoniale, con colazione, parcheggio e pet friendly (tutti gli animali da compagnia sono ammessi nella nostra casa indipendentemente dalla taglia/razza e, al contrario di molte strutture, non pagano nessun extra) ai prezzi che proponiamo noi. Volevo anche aggiungere che al vostro check-in, ci avevate informato che la camera era particolarmente calda e che eravate a disagio... Siamo persone molto corrette e cerchiamo sempre di andare incontro ai desideri dei nostri ospiti, in ragione di questo vi avevamo proposto anche una cancellazione gratuita (i soldi sono importanti ma non sono tutto), e non sarebbe stato un problema trovare un'alternativa, sarebbero bastati pochi minuti, nelle nostre zone c'è una delle più alte concentrazioni di strutture ricettive d'Italia, nel raggio di 5 minuti di auto dalla nostra casa saranno almeno un centinaio e nel raggio di 15 minuti di auto sono oltre 1000, senza considerare che abbiamo un ottimo hotel a soli 5 minuti di cammino...ma avevate deciso di fermarvi comunque... Aggiungo che le dimensioni delle nostre camere matrimoniali small (circa 10/12 mq) sono anch'esse riportate nella nostra scheda e che, se un ospite lo desidera, sono disponibili camere più spazione, come ad esempio la camera matrimoniale large, (circa 25mq) ad un prezzo di circa il 20% più alto rispetto alla camera small.
