Description
The farmhouse LaValleggia is located in the hinterland of Finale Ligure, on the cool and silent hills located at 300 meters above sea level. Our farmhouse is located inside a fruit and vegetable farm and is family run. Around the main structure there is an orchard where we have rediscovered and enhanced the fruits of the Ligurian territory and from this our name comes from, it comes from the fruit grown in antiquity in our area: the Valleggia apricot. Unmistakable for its intense aroma and color, the Valleggia apricot was already growing on the trees in the property which we have treated and integrated with new specimens, to never forget who we are and which our traditions are.
The farmhouse is on two floors. On the ground floor there are the living area with the saloon and the arcade, equipped to enjoy a splendid view of the Riviera di Ponente and a room with a private access. Upstairs there are 5 double bedrooms, one with access for disable people, all with terrace or private garden overlooking the sea. Also on the upper floor, for all guests, there is a co-housing space equipped with small household appliances to make your stay even more comfortable.
For lovers of the open air are available pitches for campers and tents, bathrooms and dedicated services. The internal parking is free for guests of the farm with charging points for e-bikes and electric cars. Bikers have at their disposal an enclosed space (covered and locked) for the shelter of the bikes and a corner for washing.

Not exactly as presented in the photos. It is suitable for a young and possibly foreign clientele (you can see how the hosts dote on them) who want to experience nature in a 'wild' way, traveling by camper and taking bike excursions. The breakfast is modest but good, especially the homemade cakes. We had dinner one evening in their restaurant; praise for the homemade ravioli, truly excellent. The room price is excessive compared to what was offered. On the other hand, the morning view upon waking and the two beautiful Labradors that welcome you definitely make the trip worthwhile. The hosts are not always reachable, but cordial.

Wonderful stay in the mountains, perfect for hiking and biking. Friendly host and clean rooms with perfect view of the coast and mountains. Sadly, the animals on the property seemed a bit neglected and not well cared for.
