Each lodging, located inside a newly built Straw House or a Colonial Villa, renovated in green building, has been expertly finished by the hands of the landlady, who has been able to maintain the taste of the past, readjusting the authentic furniture of family and creating a warm and romantic atmosphere.
The independent access of each location to outdoor green areas and relaxation areas and the warm and natural plasters in raw earth or lime putty are the setting for what becomes an environmentally sustainable location perfect for regenerating oneself.
One of the pillars of the Agriturismo is the RESTAURANT.
The thirty-year-old Chef, now also breeder, charcuterie and cheese maker, always attentive to the very high quality of raw materials, now has the opportunity to work directly on his product, cured throughout the supply chain.

The agriturismo's kitchen boasts the thirty-year experience of Chef Marco Azaghi. His culinary sensitivity developed from his mother's passion for traditional Puglian cooking, his father's love for quality fish and meat, his apprenticeship in the best Ligurian gastronomy, and his maturation in renowned restaurants and hotels in Tigullio. After years of managing other kitchens, he achieved his childhood dream of opening his own seafood restaurant facing the splendid promontory of Portofino, the Martin Pescatore restaurant. His willingness to offer a non-trivial cuisine, connected to the territory and based on fresh, high-quality ingredients, has always guided his choices in creating a dish. This willingness is even more possible now, as he can work directly with the ingredients produced by his own family, thus guaranteeing maximum quality.

If you are also in love with life and you like discovering beautiful places, returning in the evening in an oasis of peace and silence, this farm can do for you.
This is in fact the ideal place for those who love nature, green, silence, good food and wine, relaxation and massages.
Together with my family (my husband Marco and my sons Simone, Sergio and Paolo) we have built with our own hands a STRAW HOUSE and renovated the old Villa of the grand-grandparents in green building.
The rooms, the apartments and the Suite are located in these two fantastic residences, furnished with the authentic furniture of my old antique shop.
Each of us has carved out its own space and the farm is now sewn on our PASSIONS: passions that we transform into care for the customer and that we can not wait to send you.
MARCO has been a chef for 30 years, he has worked in hotels and restaurants famous in the Gulf of Tigullio, then he opened his seafood restaurant and now he has finally crowned the dream of working his own raw material and devoting himself to his other great passion: the COWS.
She breeds them with love and leaves them free with the little ones and the males all the year; from these it obtains excellent CHEESES, tasty meats and unusual bovine cold cuts.
SIMONE, after about ten years of studies alternated to the farm, is now a naturopath, counselor and TuiNa massage therapist.
The European recognition of this path and the experience in his studio allows him to operate in peace and to offer a treatment calibrated on the person to anyone who wants to enjoy a rebalancing CHINESE TRADITIONAL MASSAGE or receive advice.
SERGIO is the one who will serve you in the hall. After years of growing his experience in various restaurants in the area and around Europe, he has now returned to dedicate himself to family farm clients. His great passion is the NATURAL WINES and his father's kitchen: he will surely transmit his enthusiasm and advise you one of the many natural labels present in our cellar.
PAOLO is the smallest, goes to school, plays with friends, plays playstation, sometimes helps in some work.. he does the teenager!:)
Instead I dedicate myself to the vegetable gardens, strictly cultivated with biological methods. I love the earth and I believe in the philosophy of organic always..although there are some disappointments related to various techniques and various people that cheat.
The other passion is the furniture and the antique furniture..the beautiful ones !!
I can not wait to let you enjoy my vegetables thanks to the hands of my husband and make you enjoy the magical atmosphere of this place.

If you want to be immersed in nature and enjoy a moment of tranquility, Il Filo di Paglia is the place for you. The cornerstone is the restaurant under the command of Chef Marco, who with the help of Simone makes their dishes unique. Magnificent place, just a few too many curves, but it's worth it. Tranquility and kindness are what reign in this property! Unique family, kind, very helpful and very prepared in preparing everything... highly recommend!
