The Valentyna Rooms Guesthouse, located in the central area of La Spezia, is just a 3-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale train station, from where trains depart for the 5 Terre (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, Monterosso), Levanto, Genoa, Milan, Pisa, Parma, Florence, and much more. It is also only a 10-minute walk from the ferry docks, which offer connections to the UNESCO-protected Cinque Terre National Park, Levanto, Portovenere, Palmaria Island, Lerici, and Portofino.

The exterior appearance of the structure with scaffolding for work. Beautiful, clean, and quiet room with closed windows, despite the proximity to the railway. Availability to provide information from Valentina via WhatsApp and her partner who welcomed us. I would come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in La Spezia! Everything was super clean, the location right at the train station and close to the city center with many restaurants and shops is perfect. Communication with the owner was warm and straightforward (via WhatsApp) – we received great tips for excursions and parking options. A small note: free parking is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Overall absolutely recommended!
