Description

Le Vele is a small guesthouse, recently renovated, located in the historic and commercial city of La Spezia, precisely in Piazza Cavour, better known as Market Square, where every morning, except on holidays, the market takes place (fish, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, flowers etc...)
The guesthouse offers 2 double bedrooms, one with a third bedroom, simply furnished with every comfort: each room has a bathroom, TV, air conditioning, fridge and small balcony.

The linen, with attached cleaning occurs every 3 days and is included in the price.

In about ten minutes walk you can reach both the ferry to the 5 Terre, Portovenere, Palmaria Island, Lerici, Portofino.. both the Railway Station. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and I place in the market, ATMs, pharmacies are "Under House" and for any problem, the owner is living at your disposal on the same floor.

The host received us very kindly, he was very friendly and recommended places to visit during our stay. The neighborhood where the room is located is very well located and quiet. We booked the room without breakfast included. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with an en-suite bathroom and balcony. I would stay at this place again and I recommend it as accommodation. Excellent!

Independent room in a slightly old but well-preserved building. Gioacomo was very kind during check-in in suggesting places to visit and where to eat. The apartment is located in a convenient area to access everything needed but at the same time very quiet, allowing for optimal rest.

Quite spacious room in a central location relative to the train station (10 minutes walk) and various bus stops. They also provide a mini fridge, a kettle, and a hairdryer for free use. Young owner very kind and helpful also regarding advice on how to move around the city and beyond. Fully satisfied, considering the price.

All good, I only recommend to the lady for the bathroom of the blue room, to fix the shower hose so that it can be inserted into the shower bar, (the support to insert it is missing) as it is uncomfortable to use since one hand is needed to hold it and the other to soap up.

Very satisfied. You can easily reach the train station or the dock for the boats to the Cinque Terre on foot. Close to restaurants.

The guesthouse is located halfway between the station and the port, both reachable in about 10 minutes. The two rooms are comfortable and clean, one with a bathroom, the other with an external bathroom. The landlady was always available and kind. We had a great time.
