Description
Le Vele is a small guesthouse, recently renovated, located in the historic and commercial city of La Spezia, precisely in Piazza Cavour, better known as Market Square, where every morning, except on holidays, the market takes place (fish, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, flowers etc...)
The guesthouse offers 2 double bedrooms, one with a third bedroom, simply furnished with every comfort: each room has a bathroom, TV, air conditioning, fridge and small balcony.

The linen, with attached cleaning occurs every 3 days and is included in the price.

In about ten minutes walk you can reach both the ferry to the 5 Terre, Portovenere, Palmaria Island, Lerici, Portofino.. both the Railway Station. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and I place in the market, ATMs, pharmacies are "Under House" and for any problem, the owner is living at your disposal on the same floor.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €2.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Independent room in a slightly old but well-preserved building. Gioacomo was very kind during check-in in suggesting places to visit and where to eat. The apartment is located in a convenient area to access everything needed but at the same time very quiet, allowing for optimal rest.

Quite spacious room in a central location relative to the train station (10 minutes walk) and various bus stops. They also provide a mini fridge, a kettle, and a hairdryer for free use. Young owner very kind and helpful also regarding advice on how to move around the city and beyond. Fully satisfied, considering the price.

Tutto bene, consiglio solo alla signora per il bagno della camera blu, di sistemare il tubo doccia perché possa essere inserito nella barra doccia, (manca il supporto per inserirlo) così come è è scomodo da usare in quanto con una mano occorre reggerlo e con l'altra insaponarsi.

Très satisfait. Vous pouvez facilement atteindre à pied la gare de train ou le quai pour les bateaux pour les Cinque Terre. Près de resto.

L'affittacamere si trova a metá strada fra la stazione e il porto, raggiungibili entrambi cca in 10 minuti, le 2 camere sono comode e pulite, una con bagno, l'altra con bagno fuori. La padrona di casa é stata sempre disponibile e gentile, ci siamo trovati benissimo.
