This new guest house, born in 2013, really suits your need of physical and psychological wellness.
Our aim is to help you to get in touch with this place that is our life and our history. The rooms are in the historical centre of Manarola, in Via Belvedere 168 that is a typical “carrugio” (a very narrow street, distinctive of the local towns).
The legend says that the numbers of the houses tell you how many steps there are from there to the beginning of the road.
At the end of the carrugio you’ll find a spectacular view that embraces all the 5 Terre, from Riomaggiore, to Monterosso; your sight will get lost in an incredible variety of colours. La Stiva is just 100 meters far from the beach and 5 mins walking to the stration, where you can catch the train and go to RIomaggiore in 2 mins and to La Spezia in about 10 mins.
You should also visit the beautiful towns of Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso. Don’t miss the chance of visiting this beautiful place on earth!

How to reach us
If you come by car
From the highway’s tollhouse follow the panel direction La Spezia until you get in town. When you’re there, take the Litoranea Street.
In 20 mins time, after the 3rd tunnel, the street suddenly turns right and goes down to the village of Manarola. In the last part of the street, the parking is just for those living here. You should leave the car in the parking and take the free bus to the city centre. There are some buses to Groppo and Volastra, if you’re interested in visiting the towns.
If you come by train
Manarola train station is on the Genova-Roma line. The biggest train station of the area is La Spezia Centrale, there you can catch a regional train (direction: Genova). Manarola is the second stop, after Riomaggiore.
If you come by ferry
There’s a ferry line connecting Manarola with La Spezia, Portovenere, Lerici and the other 5 Terre (except Corniglia that doesn’t have a pier).
Footpaths
You can reach Manarola with two walkpaths:

A wonderful location and Luisa is so welcoming and a great communicator. Although no view from the apartment, there is an amazing view just a few meters down the road!

Luiza is a very kind and thoughtful host. The property is beautiful in a traditional way with local charm and a few steps away from astonishing cliffs bending on the shore. Very clean, close to shopping alley.

Everything was perfect, starting with the availability and kindness of Mrs. Luisa, even before we arrived. The property is very welcoming and clean, equipped with everything you might need. Convenient location to reach the train station and the sea, just a stone's throw from the "Via dell'Amore" trail. Recommended!

Kind and welcoming manager, property in the city center. To reach it, there are two roads, one less steep and the other with numerous steps. Charming place, spacious and very quiet room. I found a delightful package of artisanal biscuits and everything needed to make a coffee or a cappuccino.
