"il Viaggiatore" is a guesthouse located in the historic center and in close proximity to all public services, from trains to buses up to the boats, which connect in a few minutes, the city with the Cinque Terre, Portofino, Lerici, Portovenere, the 'island of Palmaria, Vara Valley and Val di Magra. The apartment has 3 rooms with the necessary amenities offering a cozy living room but also cheap: each room has a private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, fridge and free internet access.

The accommodation was good, but there are several points to improve. The first of all is that the room has a lot of humidity, as soon as you enter there was a strong smell of humidity and the feeling of wet sheets, etc. The sockets on the nightstands are protruding, they are not well attached to the wall. The mattress is quite hard and every time you moved, the bed made noise. Otherwise, it was fine, spacious bathroom although there was little toilet paper.

Accommodation absolutely to choose for its strategic location and cleanliness. Welcoming host. Too bad for the noise from the upstairs late at night and early in the morning.

New and clean apartment, also the plumbing system is new. There is an elevator. I was welcomed by Giacomo who kindly provided me with all the information about transportation and restaurants. The stay was a pleasure.

Mr. Giacomo was very kind and caring in giving me detailed information that was very helpful. I didn't like the room very much. I found little cleanliness, I found hairs in the shower. I wanted to place the towels on the towel warmer in the bathroom but it was full of dust. Mold on the edges of the shower was not pleasant at all. Dirty walls not to mention the curtains above the radiator. Not even a place to put personal belongings in the bathroom, unpleasant thing. Convenient position instead for walking around.

Brand new and very clean apartment, centrally located both from the train station and the port. Excellent attention to detail and courtesy of the manager. I give it a 10 because truly nothing is missing, I recommend it.

We were very welcomed and we were provided with very many tips on places to go and restaurants to eat at. They cleaned every 3 days and it was very fresh!

Spacious room but very small bathroom. During a three-day stay, no cleaning was done, the value for money ratio is definitely unfavorable. Also, the double room for single use does not provide any price reduction.

The structure met my expectations. Good value for money. A suggestion: it could be useful to have a clothes horse on the balcony for a wet towel or swimsuit.

Lovely little hotel room, not too far away from the main street or train station. Only issue is that I became very unwell from sleeping with the air con on. So not really a fault of the hotel, but worth being mindful about. Thank you.
