Description

In the heart of Levanto, the Agriturismo A due passi dal mare is born in an old Liberty-style house. Open almost all year round, in November and December only on weekends and during the holidays of All Saints, Immaculate Conception, Christmas, New Year's, and Epiphany.

Easily accessible by both car and train.

Here, the owners Maurizio and Francesca will be waiting for you and will accompany you inside the structure.

The Agriturismo offers double and triple rooms with private bathroom, heating, air conditioning, minibar, hairdryer, and satellite TV.

No pets allowed.

Breakfast service from 8: 00 AM to 9: 00 AM, where you will be served a plentiful Italian breakfast in our charming and cozy lounge.

We do not offer 24-hour reception service.

The owner of the structure uses WhatsApp only for personal use; messages received on that app will be ignored.

We also have a very bright Apartment on the third floor, with 5-6 beds, kitchen, bathroom, large entrance, living room with sofa bed, and balcony overlooking the avenue, two double bedrooms (one with an additional bed).

Equipped with television, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, and utensils.

Available even during the winter months because it has independent heating.

Our host, Francesca has really been attentive to our needs, always available and pleasant; we loved the delicious homemade lemon cakes. We appreciated the location of the accommodation near the train station to take the train and reach the Cinque Terre and near the sea and the boat boarding.

Francesca and Maurizio are charming hosts in a family home from the 1920s. The house has character. The rooms are spacious, and mine had an original ceiling painting from the 1920s – gorgeous!

I am deeply sorry to leave a negative review because the owner (Ms. Francesca) was kind and helpful, meeting all our requests. Unfortunately, starting from the booking phase (WhatsApp this unknown), I had doubts because after paying the deposit I tried several times to contact the property without success, despite several phone calls to the numbers provided. However, the main reasons for this negative review are the state of the room and the general cleanliness. The room is an absolutely unhealthy environment, cold, poorly heated, but above all humid. Upon entering, one is impregnated with the smell of "closed and damp" instead of a fresh and clean scent. We slept poorly, suffering from the cold and feeling like we were in a cellar; just think that the walls are full of mold and need a deep refresh. Furthermore, the managers, knowing the situation, pretend nothing is wrong and keep the temperature locked at 20 degrees; it should be noted that upon our request they raised the temperature by one degree (1) and, to avoid misunderstandings, provided us with an additional blanket. The cleanliness, on the other hand, is lacking because the windows, both internal and external, are dirty and the heating system's blades are literally full of dust. In conclusion, we are sorry for all this but for fairness, the right things must be said, which may become a reason for growth and improvement. WE WILL NOT RETURN!

The location was very good for us: approximately equidistant from the train station, the city center, the sea (about 10 minutes on foot). The hostess Francesca was very friendly and attentive, she provided all the information we asked for. Despite a main road passing in front of the house, the room was very quiet.

I spent four nights with my two children in this agriturismo, in the center of the town of Levanto, and we had a great time. We were welcomed by Mrs. Francesca, who gave us all the necessary information for our stay. The room was very spacious, with an equipped bathroom, a small fridge with water and fruit juices, TV, Wifi, and air conditioning. The breakfast is Italian, so only sweet, served under the kiwi pergola, and Mrs. Francesca offers delicious homemade cakes. Last but not least, the availability of parking inside the garden; you park the car and can forget about it for days. We will come back. Anna, Rebecca, and Edoardo.

Mrs. Francesca was very kind and friendly, the room was as big as the bathroom and very cool even though the outside temperature was extremely high, we hardly used the air conditioning. All the cakes were very good, especially the lemon one. Congratulations. The hotel is conveniently located near the sea and the train station.

Great Bed and Breakfast, excellent location (maximum 400 meters from the train station, city center, and sea). We stayed for 4 days and we had a good time. Mrs. Francesca was very attentive and helpful. Room (number 1) was really spacious with a very large bathroom and shower. Impeccable cleanliness. Ideal location for hiking and visiting the 5 lands: 7 minutes from the train station on foot and about 10 minutes from the beach: great for a swim after the hike! Car parked in front of the accommodation and we didn't touch it for the rest of the stay. Spacious and very clean room, with a small refrigerator. Franchesca was very welcoming and available: serves breakfast outside next to the lemon trees: very pleasant... we could even enjoy this terrace for dinner. We spent one night at 'A Due Passi dal Mare' and we had a good time. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast was simple, not a buffet. Positive things: internal parking and location (close to the station and close to the sea). Room a bit humid/chilly and with some aesthetic details to be revised because a bit old-fashioned (wool blanket and moth repellent inside the wardrobe). External structure and garden would need maintenance. Breakfast not very varied, appreciated the homemade cakes but otherwise only packaged products.

We had a very nice stay despite the rain. Everything was perfect, the place is clean and quiet. The homemade lemon cake is delicious! The proximity to the train station, the sea, and the city center allows you to do everything on foot in Levanto. We will definitely come back.

I spent two nights in this farmhouse, in the center of the town of Levanto, on my way to destinations beyond France and I must say that I was very pleased. Mrs. Francesca welcomes guests with kindness, providing immediately all useful information regarding the stay. The room reserved for me was very large, with a well-equipped bathroom, everything felt clean. Small refrigerator available to guests, with water and fruit juices. The mattress was very comfortable, as well as the hot water in the shower. The windows opened into the garden, full of beautiful flowers. Breakfast (only "sweet", but what sweets...) is served under a pergola of kiwi and lemons and is described verbally by the lady, so that everyone requests what they prefer, without waste, and in these times I find it very commendable. Finally, excellent Wi-Fi, which never hurts, especially when the journey is itinerant and in progress.

The B&B is well-maintained and clean. The night is quiet. The check-in was easy and fast. The rooms are well furnished, the bed comfortable (useful to have in the wardrobe a couple of pillows of different heights perhaps), the bathroom spacious and comfortable (useful perhaps to have a soap dispenser in the shower). Breakfast should be buffet-style, given the end of the emergency phase, with products including fruit and savory items.

Everything was lovely and our Host made us feel at home. The train station was an easy walk as well as the beach area and city center. It was great having free parking included. Breakfast was nice, mostly packaged items still due to Covid concerns, but the homemade cakes were delicious. A very pleasant stay!

Very clean and detailed place. The location is excellent as the farmhouse is just a short walk not only from the sea, but also from the train station (essential for visiting the Cinque Terre). Cute town, beautiful sea and landscape. Less crowded than Cinque Terre, but close (Path to Monterosso 2.5-3 hours from Levanto. Wonderful!). Recommended! Must visit!

My wife and I stayed here for a few days along with another couple we were traveling with. This place is a gem. Francesca goes out of her way to be helpful. The property is conveniently located between the train station, the beach and the town's restaurants and shopping, being only maybe 10 minutes away in either direction. The secure onsite parking, if you have a car, is a bonus. We'd definitely stay here again.

Outstanding accommodation number 3, spacious and comfortable, sunny and particularly quiet. The bedding is of excellent quality. The hostess is available and caring. The location is ideal, in the heart of Levanto, equidistant from the port and the train station. Perfect for visiting the 5 Lands. The possibility of parking your vehicle in the courtyard is a real advantage in a city where parking is tricky. Finally, the value for money is more than favorable. I recommend without hesitation.

Located about ten minutes on foot from Levanto train station, very convenient to reach the Cinque Terre and surrounding areas, and also a few minutes from the town center and the sea. The owner, Francesca, is an extremely kind, super helpful, and professional person. We had a great time. There are three internal parking spaces, and if not available, a pass for free parking is provided. Breakfast is Italian style with homemade cakes, toast with jam, honey or Nutella, coffee, cappuccino, tea. The room was clean and equipped with air conditioning. We will gladly return. Thanks again to Francesca and her husband whom we didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person.

In this 1900's villa, you will find a charming bed and breakfast, 500 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the train station and a stone's throw from the center. Parking is included in the reservation (fortunately being at 2 euros per hour). The only note is the breakfast, which seems a bit limited at a specific time (from 8 to 9) but Mrs. Francesca makes a great lemon and chocolate cake (I recommend a second serving, if not a third) and the location under a canopy full of kiwis and lemons will still be satisfying. Owners are very helpful for anything and the price considering the location is very competitive. We were lucky enough to bring home some beautiful organic lemons, the owners also have a fruit and vegetable business. Highly recommend! Location, prices, and kindness appreciated... Regards.

Excellent reception, we were provided with a map to be able to park our car. The establishment is close to everything, 5 minutes on foot from the station to go and discover the Cinque Terre, and 5 minutes from the center and the beach. The breakfast is good, and the homemade lemon cake is just fabulous.

Excellent choice to stay in Levanto: very convenient to the train station, the beach, and the center (everywhere is a 5-minute walk). The structure is a historic villa with recently restored interiors; the environment is spacious and very clean (Mrs. Francesca cleans the rooms every 2 days), the breakfast area is a pleasant garden with lemons and other greenery. The owner goes out of her way for the guests, not letting them lack anything and... she prepares more cakes herself every day for breakfast.

It could be a nice and convenient structure in the city center with a small parking lot inside, only 3 available and quite narrow with complications to exit in the evening. Newly refurbished rooms with services. Breakfast from 8 to 9, neither earlier nor later, very poor and mainly made of packaged and not fresh products. I would say it needs significant improvement, even in times of covid. It's okay for those who are not too demanding.

The structure is in a great location, close to both the beach and the train station. It has internal parking spaces and spacious, well-kept rooms: inside you will find everything you need including air conditioning, wifi, minibar and a fabulous garden where you can have breakfast. The owners are kind and helpful. Mrs. Francesca, in particular, personally takes care of cleaning the rooms and preparing breakfast (highly recommended her lemon cake). Not to be underestimated is the possibility of bringing pets (about a 20-minute walk from the property there is a beautiful beach for them, while a dog area is located 10 minutes away!) Highly recommended stay!

Francesca is an amazing hostess. She is very friendly, cooperative, and extremely helpful. I have traveled to 50+ countries so I know when I see the best. The room is spacious and looks like a 5-star hotel room. The property is about a 5-10 minute easy walk to either the train station or the beach. Free inside property parking was also very convenient and needed as street parking is almost impossible to find otherwise.

My husband and I stayed two days at this bed and breakfast. We had a great time. Excellent courtesy, I read in other reviews that the owner is 'strict'. I must say that instead we appreciated the clarity and respect for Francesca's regulations for everyone's well-being. She prepared breakfast at 6:30 in the morning for our departure and made us feel at home. Very good value for money. Excellent cleanliness and location. We had free parking pass for the entire stay. There is a musty smell, but we are by the sea, the houses are old constructions and this structure has been completely renovated. We will definitely come back.

A very good welcome from Francesca who welcomed us like friends: she gave us very good information for the visits. The plentiful breakfasts at the top and Francesca's lemon cake (homemade) are a delight! The room and bathroom were spacious, very clean, with everything needed. Very well located: close to the sea and the train station to visit the 'CINQUE TERRE'. Highly appreciable: we were able to park our car in Francesca's courtyard. I highly recommend this establishment if you have to visit the 'CINQUE TERRE'. Thank you Francesca for this stay!

La propriétaire est très indélicate, nous a accusé à tort de partir avec ses serviettes alors qùelle les avait récupéré. A ouvert le placard de la chambre en notre absence. Petit déjeuner pas digne d'un B&B. Très mauvaise expérience. La propriétaire ne fait ça que pour l'argent. Elle devrait faire autre chose. Nous ne recommandons pas.

Tutto perfetto, struttura esterna sicuramente da ristrutturare, internamente le camere sono state ristrutturate, camere larghe, bagno grande. Si sente puzza di muffa, sicuramente perché al piano terra e per la parte esterna che sarebbe da rifare. Colazione con torte fatte dalla proprietaria, cappuccino buonissimo. Accoglienza buona, la proprietaria a mio avviso potrebbe essere un po' più accomodante, invece è tassativa. A Levanto non ci sono posteggi gratuiti (massimo un'ora) e la tariffa è 2€/h. Avevamo chiesto la possibilità di riprendere la macchina ma ci è stato negato, abbiamo chiesto il pass per il parcheggio è manco quello. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto pagare un bel po' per non rinunciare a una giornata di mare! Comunque nel complesso la mini vacanza è andata benissimo, posto stupendo, spiagge più belle a Bonassola che la si può raggiungere facilmente con un percorso ciclopedonale di circa 3 km, un po' di strada che però offre lungo il percorso paesaggi fantastici.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cet hébergement idéalement situé pour visiter les Cinque terre, car la gare est à 5 minutes à pied et il y a un parking gratuit dans la cour de la propriétaire. La chambre est de tout confort, d'une propreté irréprochable et la literie excellente. Très bon accueil de Francesca, serviable et de bons conseils. Levanto est une petite ville agréable où on peut profiter de la plage, des restaurants et des bars.

Il B&B "A due passi dal mare" è una struttura nuova con camere spaziose, posizionato in pieno centro vicino alla stazione e all'imbarco dei traghetti. I gestori sono gentili e disponibili, per colazione ci sono sempre, fra le altre cose, i buonissimi dolci fatti in casa dalla signora Francesca.

Tout était absolument parfait, que ce soit l'accueil chaleureux, l'emplacement, on a tout fait à pied et le parking sur place, non négligeable en ITALIE! Sans oublier le petit dej ou rien ne manquait Nous avons passé un super séjour. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Ho recentemente soggiornato presso la struttura insieme ai miei figli. La posizione è a metà strada tra la stazione ferroviaria e le spiagge, ottima sia per il mare sia per le camminate sui sentieri delle 5 terre. La signora Francesca è gentile e disponibile e le sue torte fatte in casa per la colazione buonissime. La stanza pulita e ampia, c'è anche un giardino con tavolini a disposizione degli ospiti. Lo consiglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 adulti e un bambino per 5 notti, ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le 5 terre, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. A due passi dal mare in posizione centrale, stanze nuove, spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort, sembra di stare a casa. Per colazione si possono gustare torte fresche fatte dalla proprietaria che è gentilissima e disponibile a dare informazioni. Inoltre c’è la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Sistemazione più che ottima, vicinissimo al mare, pulito ed in ordine, molto riservato, è come essere a casa propria, ti danno le chiavi e vai e vieni come e quando vuoi. l interno è tutto nuovo, camere ben arredate e spaziose con tv, frigobar, cassaforte ed aria condizionata. il bagno è grande e tutto nuovo con doccia grande e faretti interni. la colazione è servita in giardino e si possono gustare torte fresche fatte dalla propietaria. inoltre parcheggio gratuito, che non è poco.. consiglio questa struttura a chi cerca pace e relax a due passi dalla spiaggia e vicino a locali, ristoranti, negozi e tutto quello che si desidera a Levanto.

+: B&B très bien situé pour visiter les cinque terre et en plus Levanto est une très jolie ville. Tout proche de la gare, du centre ville et de la mer (bateau pour les Cinque Terre). Propriétaire très agréable, accueillante, donnant des infos. Chambre très grande, literie grande et confortable, salle de bain grande, le tout très propre, climatisation, WIFI. Jardin très agréable, tables sous une tonnelle pour prendre le petit-déjeuner -: Petit déjeuner moyen (viennoiseries sous cellophane, qq gâteaux faits maison, pas de fruits, ni jus de fruits, ni produits salé,...) Bruyant (bruits de la rue, et bruits du petit déjeuner et des personnes dans le B&B). Pas réussi à nous connecter en WIFI Un peu cher (mais haute saison !).

Would highly recommend this place in Levanto, hosts were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Large rooms, comfortable and they have a lovely garden where we had breakfast each morning - homemade cake each day too was delicious. We parked our car inside their garden area which was good and then caught the train each day to Cinque Terra villages, short walk to train station or in the other direction to the beach area, plenty of nice restaurants in easy walking distance.

A Due Passi Dal Mare is very easy of access: it is situated in the heart of Levanto, has a free private parking space so you can leave for a visit of the Cinque Terre with peace of mind. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk, depending on your pace. They are very friendly, speak English and more French they want to admit, and have all the information as well as boat and train schedules up to date and available in the hall. Beds are comfortable; shutters make the rooms dark enough; modern and clean bathrooms with all you need (dryer, shampoo, soap...) Breakfast is served either inside or outside; it consists mostly of delicious homemade cakes, sealed croissants with jam and coffee (including cappuccino:). If you want fruits, you can get it in the surroundings (5 min. walk). It is our second time there and we definitely recommend this place!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo agriturismo per le vacanze di Pasqua, siamo stati benissimo! La camera è grande e rinnovata di recente come anche il bagno, ogni mattina a colazione c'erano le torte fatte in casa e abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina in un parcheggio privato interno, comodissimo. La signora Francesca è stata gentilissima e si è prodigata in mille modi per rendere speciale il nostro soggiorno, alla fine ci ha preparato anche dei regali da portare a casa! In definitiva, posto consigliatissimo, ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Tutto nella norma, solo macchie di umido sui muri della stanza. Per la colazione, suggerisco succo di frutta e brioche non confezionate. Gentili nel tenerci i bagagli per la mattinata, fino alla partenza del treno, non gentili nel rispondere un secco "no" (non motivandolo in alcun modo) alla richiesta della mia compagna di usare il bagno al ritiro dei bagagli stessi! Peccato!

Camere grandi e ben attrezzate, bagno provvisto di tutto il necessario e pulizia impeccabile! i proprietari sono molto cortesi e ci hanno regalato degli ottimi limoni del loro giardino. Il B&B è silenzioso e tranquillo, le camere a piano terra facilmente accessibili a tutti. Unico dispiacere, l'orario della colazione solo dalle 8 alle 9 e il check out entro le 10, per esigenze di manutenzione e pulizia delle camere. Nonostante la brevità del nostro soggiorno, un weekend piacevole e riposante.

Il B&B è veramente a 2 passi dal mare, comodo ed accessibile anche con un bimbo piccolo, pulizia e comfort della stanza sono perfetti aria condizionata, frigo bar, phon, l'ospitalità della famiglia è eccellente a partire dalla colazione con torte fatti in casa. Posizione ottima sia per il mare che per la stazione. La camera Semplice ma funzionale e soprattutto pulita. I gestori molto disponibili e pazienti a sopportare anche il mio cagnolino! Il B&B è in un'ottima posizione, sia per raggiungere a piedi il mare (5 min) che la stazione (meno di 10 minuti). Da non sottovalutare la comodità del parcheggio interno, che altre strutture non hanno. A Levanto in alta stagione è complicato trovare un parcheggio, anche a pagamento! La nostra camera era spaziosa, fresca, con i doppi vetri (nessun rumore dalla strada) e con un bagno ampio (unica pecca, ci starebbe bene una mensolina dove appoggiare le cose vicina al lavello!). La colazione è all'italiana, con alcuni prodotti confezionati ed altri fatti in casa. Le torte della signora Francesca sono davvero buone. La proprietaria è sempre stata gentile e disponibile.

Facilmente raggiungibile, con posizione ottima sia x raggiungere a piedi il mare (5 min) che la stazione (meno di 10 minuti), l'auto si può lasciare nel parcheggio interno; ristrutturato da un anno e mezzo, camere spaziose e bagno molto bello; colazione semplice ma abbondante con torte preparate dalla proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibile.

Propriétaires très sympa et aimables. On a eu une grande chambre bien équipée pour la famille (un lit double et un lit superposé pour les enfants). Levanto n’est pas particulièrement jolie mais la location est très bien située pour aller prendre le train vers les Cinq Terres. La gare est à moins de 10 min à pieds.

Ottimo davvero, camere nuovissime, molto pulite e dotate di tutti i confort. Gestori gentilissimi e disponibili e la posizione è perfetta sia per raggiungere il mare (3 minuti a piedi) sia per la stazione (5 minuti a piedi). Ci torneremo sicuramente è proprio un bel posto e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
