Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll and shop in the shopping streets enjoy local craft products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas, enjoyable long walks in the many gardens and stunning surrounding countryside.

Near our facility you can find monuments and places of interest for culture vultures sports centres and gyms for keeping fit. Remember that just only 110 m away there is the "Basilica di San Biagio".

Our property is the ideal location all families on the move will feel right at home here, for work and business trips, for a dream vacation in a discreet, romantic setting.

My name is Tiziana, I studied at the Hospitality Institute as a Tour Operator.

I passed the age of 50 and learned that nothing in life changes you as much as MEETINGS.

For years I have dedicated myself to fair trade, international cooperation, ethical finance, legality and human rights: this has given me a broader, lighter and more positive world view.

The indigenous Maya peoples in Guatemala have taught me that "every point of view is the point of view". Relationships are in first place in my set of values.

This activity will give me the opportunity to meet so many people and I would like my guests, like me, to fall in love with Finale Ligure, its essence and its millenary history. I believe in humanity and I want everyone to work to bring more beauty around us.

I like to associate "A CAMPANINA" with the awareness bell, an ancient Zen practice of awakening: every time I hear the sound I take three conscious breaths, I let go of thoughts and worries and I repeat the most beautiful mantra: "THANK YOU".

Excellent property in the center of Finalborgo. After climbing a steep staircase, you enter a spacious renovated two-room apartment that truly has everything you need. Communication and willingness to meet every request are excellent. I will gladly return for another stay at the property.

The property is located in the center of beautiful Finalborgo, so every morning is magical. It offers all the amenities. Although there are no stoves, there is a fridge, dishes, glasses, and a kettle available. Additionally, breakfast is offered at the bar downstairs. It is close to the most beautiful places in Liguria. Highly recommended.

Everything perfect at A Campanina! Finalborgo is a magical place that will put you at peace with the universe as you take your first steps in its characteristic alleys. We will be back soon hoping for good weather next time, as well as the excellent time spent in this enchanting village! The accommodation is really welcoming and equipped with everything you need. As a biker, I spent a week in Borgo. The accommodation is wonderfully rustic and in harmony with the old town atmosphere. Microwave, small kitchen, air conditioning, small bathroom with shower, rooms quite spacious. I had nothing to complain about. Communication with the operator was very uncomplicated and mega friendly. I could take my Mtb into the accommodation with assured caution. That was awesome. The staircase is a bit steep, but not a problem for a sportsman. Public parking is available outside the historic city center. Breakfast, coffee, and croissants were available directly in the cafe below the apartment. Definitely recommended overall.

The structure is fantastic, located in a very characteristic historic village. We were greeted with kindness and cordiality. I would definitely recommend it, the only 'flaw' is having to have breakfast at the bar downstairs, not because it's not good but because the bar staff is a bit absent-minded.

Small and well-kept place in Finalborgo, very quiet. Breakfast is arranged with the nearby bar. The only negative point and suggestion for the managers is the impossibility to leave the luggage if the room is not available: this penalizes especially the check-out, which, being required by 10 am for valid reasons, makes you lose a day at the sea if the guest does not have a car to leave the luggage. A small storage room would be appreciated.

Each room is a small space equipped with a bathroom, refrigerator, sink, microwave, and kettle. It is located in the heart of Finalborgo, a small village with many places to eat. Rosanna was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back. The breakfast at the downstairs bar, included, is excellent, the croissants delicious.

Just inside the walls of Finalborgo, a convenient base for those like us who go to Finale for excursions and outdoor sports, clean, friendly and helpful manager, one flaw the stairs leading to the floor, steep and narrow... perhaps uncomfortable for those with a stroller.

A little gem inside one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Located in a typical Finale Ligure palace, it offers a spacious room with arched structure and flooring maintained in their original state. There is a small sitting room with a kettle and microwave. The hostess is available, sunny, and welcoming. It is located 1.8 km from the sea and convenient for hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. Free parking easily found nearby.

Positive aspects: kindness and friendliness of the manager, in the center of Finalborgo, no TV, large and spacious room/apartment. Negative aspects: no bidet, for breakfast only cappuccino and croissants (or equivalent).

The reception and check-in were excellent. The apartment was very clean and fresh, there was no need to turn on the air conditioning. The property is located in the center of the town, very convenient to local bars/bistros/restaurants. The sea can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or there is a frequent bus service, included in the tourist tax. The only flaw was the non-functioning WI-FI during the days of stay.

I highly recommend staying at A Campanina, the room is very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Stefania and Rosanna were immediately available to provide us with any information and make us feel at home, excellent hospitality. The b&b is right in the center, within walking distance of everything. Easy to get there even by bus from Finale station or with a 10-minute walk. I only suggest a more abundant breakfast. Otherwise everything is fantastic, we will definitely return.

Mrs. Stefania is very kind and helpful. The apartment is perfect for 4 people. The availability of a public transport pass allows you to leave the car in the nearby free parking and reach towns and beaches up to Savona. Breakfast is sufficient to go to the sea at Sbuccia, an exceptional bistro right below the apartment. Highly recommended for those who want to combine culture, sea, and sports.

A spacious and comfortable apartment with vaulted ceilings and cement floors, in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: Finalborgo. A place where you would always want to come back! Waking up to the sound of the bell and the scent of freshly baked croissants and bread. Listening to the sounds, voices, and music of the village and not hearing the noises of city traffic. A magical place! From the first contacts, Tiziana showed an uncommon kindness and "warmth". She welcomed us with joy and grace and was always available and present with great discretion. She provided useful advice on places and monuments to visit, on good restaurants to eat, on the most convenient bathing establishments, as well as precise information on transportation and parking in the area. We simply felt pampered. Fantastic Tiziana!

Exceptional structure, it felt like being at home. Excellent cleanliness and comfort well beyond expectations. Breakfast is not included, but Mrs. Tiziana left us a discount voucher both for breakfast and for dining in two local restaurants in the village. You will then be welcomed by a wonderful person like Mrs. Tiziana, who besides her kindness will tell you everything you need to know about the village, from its history to where to eat or go for walks. Absolutely recommended.

High ratings why? Certainly deserves them. Excellent cleanliness, Tiziana is very sweet, attentive to needs, caring. Large, bright rooms, well-organized kitchenette, excellent bathroom. Finalborgo is a place out of this world, 10 minutes from the sea. The low ratings are due to the annoying bell that rings without reason even at night, but I'm sure there will be improvements, another small flaw is the breakfast, good for the bar, it can also be fine for me I need to lose weight, but many B&Bs offer more. However, I still have to unpack my bags and I have already booked for next year. Arrivooooo! Hi Tiziana, thank you.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, non essendo B&B ma affittacamere, la legge regionale Ligure non mi consente di preparare la colazione: il buono colazione è un piccolo omaggio che ho pensato di fare ai miei ospiti, approfittando del locale sottostante. Spero anch'io di rivederti presto, la simpatia è reciproca. Un abbraccio grande.

The bells ringing every hour and half an hour, even at night, do not allow to sleep. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, except for the meager and minimal breakfast. I was asked to pay for a coffee as an extra, I understand possible substantial additions.

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast. Tiziana welcomed us with open arms, as if we had known each other forever, fantastic person! She loves what she does, and in the accommodation, simple yet very well-kept and personal, the desire for "Hospitality" and the sharing of a place where time has stopped, where the essential, simplicity, and warm atmosphere are dominant elements. The location is perfect being right in the center of Finalborgo, opening the shutters and finding yourself in the historic center gives you the feeling of living the place and being, even for a short time, not just a tourist, but something more. I stayed two nights at the Bed and Breakfast and it was exactly like the photos! A very spacious and super clean room! Tiziana's welcome was incredible! Clear and friendly message exchanges before the arrival up to two rides that she offered both on arrival and departure - on her scooter, from the station to the Bed and Breakfast. Furthermore, I discovered a person with a great heart intelligence! The Bed and Breakfast is located on a very central street in Finalborgho. The only downside is that the neighborhood can be a bit noisy on a Friday night, but fortunately, there were also earplugs in the room. I recommend staying at the Bed and Breakfast A Campanina. Thanks again for the great stay.
