My name is Tiziana, I studied at the Hospitality Institute as a Tour Operator.

I passed the age of 50 and learned that nothing in life changes you as much as MEETINGS.

For years I have dedicated myself to fair trade, international cooperation, ethical finance, legality and human rights: this has given me a broader, lighter and more positive world view.

The indigenous Maya peoples in Guatemala have taught me that "every point of view is the point of view". Relationships are in first place in my set of values.

This activity will give me the opportunity to meet so many people and I would like my guests, like me, to fall in love with Finale Ligure, its essence and its millenary history. I believe in humanity and I want everyone to work to bring more beauty around us.

I like to associate "A CAMPANINA" with the awareness bell, an ancient Zen practice of awakening: every time I hear the sound I take three conscious breaths, I let go of thoughts and worries and I repeat the most beautiful mantra: "THANK YOU".

As a biker, I spent a week in Borgo. The accommodation is wonderfully rustic and in harmony with the old town atmosphere. Microwave, small kitchen, air conditioning, small bathroom with shower, rooms quite spacious. I had nothing to complain about. Communication with the operator was very uncomplicated and mega friendly. I could take my Mtb into the accommodation with assured caution. That was awesome. The staircase is a bit steep, but not a problem for a sportsman. Public parking is available outside the historic city center. Breakfast, coffee, and croissants were available directly in the cafe below the apartment. Definitely recommended overall.

The structure is fantastic, located in a very characteristic historic village. We were greeted with kindness and cordiality. I would definitely recommend it, the only 'flaw' is having to have breakfast at the bar downstairs, not because it's not good but because the bar staff is a bit absent-minded.

Small and well-kept place in Finalborgo, very quiet. Breakfast is arranged with the nearby bar. The only negative point and suggestion for the managers is the impossibility to leave the luggage if the room is not available: this penalizes especially the check-out, which, being required by 10 am for valid reasons, makes you lose a day at the sea if the guest does not have a car to leave the luggage. A small storage room would be appreciated.

Each room is a small space equipped with a bathroom, refrigerator, sink, microwave, and kettle. It is located in the heart of Finalborgo, a small village with many places to eat. Rosanna was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back. The breakfast at the downstairs bar, included, is excellent, the croissants delicious.

Excellent location in the center of Finalborgo, excellent cleanliness and availability of the manager. Everything corresponded to the photos. Only downside: the bells that ring every hour, day and night!

Just inside the walls of Finalborgo, a convenient base for those like us who go to Finale for excursions and outdoor sports, clean, friendly and helpful manager, one flaw the stairs leading to the floor, steep and narrow... perhaps uncomfortable for those with a stroller.

A little gem inside one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Located in a typical Finale Ligure palace, it offers a spacious room with arched structure and flooring maintained in their original state. There is a small sitting room with a kettle and microwave. The hostess is available, sunny, and welcoming. It is located 1.8 km from the sea and convenient for hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. Free parking easily found nearby.

Positive stay as per my review. Only flaw. The wifi stopped working and the network was no longer visible preventing me from connecting to the internet as the place lacked phone coverage.

Positive aspects: kindness and friendliness of the manager, in the center of Finalborgo, no TV, large and spacious room/apartment. Negative aspects: no bidet, for breakfast only cappuccino and croissants (or equivalent).

The reception and check-in were excellent. The apartment was very clean and fresh, there was no need to turn on the air conditioning. The property is located in the center of the town, very convenient to local bars/bistros/restaurants. The sea can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or there is a frequent bus service, included in the tourist tax. The only flaw was the non-functioning WI-FI during the days of stay.

I highly recommend staying at A Campanina, the room is very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Stefania and Rosanna were immediately available to provide us with any information and make us feel at home, excellent hospitality. The b&b is right in the center, within walking distance of everything. Easy to get there even by bus from Finale station or with a 10-minute walk. I only suggest a more abundant breakfast. Otherwise everything is fantastic, we will definitely return.

Mrs. Stefania is very kind and helpful. The apartment is perfect for 4 people. The availability of a public transport pass allows you to leave the car in the nearby free parking and reach towns and beaches up to Savona. Breakfast is sufficient to go to the sea at Sbuccia, an exceptional bistro right below the apartment. Highly recommended for those who want to combine culture, sea, and sports.

Un appartamento ampio e confortevole con soffitti a volta e pavimenti in cementina, nel cuore di uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia: Finalborgo. Un luogo dove vorresti sempre tornare! Svegliarsi con i rintocchi della campana e con il profumo delle brioche e del pane appena sfornati. Ascoltare i suoni, le voci, la musica del borgo e non sentire i rumori del traffico cittadino. Un luogo magico! Sin dai primi contatti Tiziana ha mostrato una gentilezza e un "calore" fuori dal comune. Ci ha accolto con gioia e garbo e è stata sempre disponibile e presente con grande discrezione. Ci ha fornito utili consigli sui luoghi e i monumenti da visitare, sui ristoranti dove mangiare bene, sugli stabilimenti balneari più convenienti, nonché informazioni puntuali sui mezzi di trasporto e i parcheggi della zona. Ci siamo sentiti semplicemente coccolati. Fantastica Tiziana!

Struttura eccezionale, sembrava di essere a casa. Pulizia ottima e comfort ben oltre le aspettative. La colazione non è compresa, ma la signora Tiziana ci ha lasciato un buono sconto sia per usufruire della colazione, che per mangiare in due locali del borgo. Verrete poi accolti da una persona splendida come la signora Tiziana, che oltre alla sua gentilezza vi racconterà tutto quello che c'è da sapere sul borgo, dalla storia a dove andare a mangiare o fare delle camminate. Assolutamente consigliata.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, anche se solo per una notte. Tiziana è stata di una disponibilità, direi rara! Ogni dettaglio curato nei minimi particolari, all'interno della stanza un delizioso angolo frigo/tisane apprezzatissimo!

Voti alti perché? Certo se li merita. Pulizia eccellente, Tiziana è dolcissima, attenta ai bisogni, premurosa. camere grandi, luminose, angolo cucina ben organizzato, bagno ottimo. Finalborgo è un posto fuori dal mondo, a 10 minuti dal mare. I voti bassi sono dovuti alla fastidiosa campanina che suona senza motivo anche di notte, ma sono sicura che ci saranno delle svolte, un'altra piccola pecca è la colazione, buono per il bar, a me può anche andar bene devo dimagrire, ma molti B&B offrono di più. Comunque devo ancora disfare le valige ed ho già prenotato per il prossimo anno. Arrivooooo! Ciao Tiziana, grazie.

Ti ringrazio anche per le critiche e sappi che ho appena inviato all'amministrazione comunale richiesta per poter sospendere (forse basta un timer nell'orologio?) il suono notturno della campanina. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, non essendo B&B ma affittacamere, la legge regionale Ligure non mi consente di preparare la colazione: il buono colazione è un piccolo omaggio che ho pensato di fare ai miei ospiti, approfittando del locale sottostante. Spero anch'io di rivederti presto, la simpatia è reciproca. Un abbraccio grande.

Le campane che suonano ogni ora e mezz’ora anche di notte non consentono di dormire. Per il resto nulla da ridire a parte la colazione striminzita e minimale. Mi è stato chiesto di pagare un caffè come extra capisco eventuali aggiunte corpose.

Bellissimo B&B. Tiziana ci ha accolto a braccia aperte, come se ci conoscessimo da sempre, persona fantastica! Ama ciò che che fa, e nell'alloggio, semplice ma nello stesso tempo molto curato e personale, traspare la voglia di "Accoglianza" e di condivisione di un luogo in cui il tempo si è fermato, in cui l'essenziale, la semplicità e la calda atmosfera sono elementi dominanti. La posizione è perfetta in quanto in pieno centro di Finalborgo, aprire le persiane e ritrovarsi nel centro storico ti dà la sensazione di vivere il luogo e di essere, anche per poco tempo, non solo un turista, ma qualcosa di più. Ci siamo trovati a casa e ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Tiziana Lo consiglio sicuramente!

Sono rimasta due notti nel BnB ed era esattamente come su le foto ! Una stanza molto ampia e super pulita! L'accoglienza di Tiziana è stata incredibile! Degli scambi di messaggi molto chiari e cordiali prima del arrivo fino ad due passaggi che mi ha detto sia al arrivo che per la partenza - sul suo motorino, dalla stazione al B&b. In più ho scoperto una persona con una grande intelligenza di cuore! Il B&b è in una via molto centrale di Finalborgho. L'unico punto negativo sia che il quartiere può essere un po rumoroso un venerdi sera, ma fortunatamente, c'erano anche tappi nella stanza. Raccomando di stare preso il B&B A Campanina. Grazie ancora per il super soggiorno!
