Beatus Viator means satisfied traveler and in fact our mission is to always try to ensure the well-being of the guests of our comfortable structure with rooms all equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, soundproof windows, wireless internet, LCD TV, mini fridge, and with rich breakfast served in the room.

Beatus Viator is a modern guest house located in the center of Rome on the first floor of a historic Umbertino-style building from the 1900s with vaulted ceilings with all the comforts and comforts of a superior category hotel at affordable prices only 50 meters from the entrance of the Termini station and the subway that winds throughout the city.

For those coming by plane: from Fiumicino airport with the Leonardo da Vinci train you can reach the station in 40 minutes and also from Ciampino airport with the bus you have the Capolinea stop right in front of our entrance door.

For those coming by car: direction Rome center and a convenient secure parking at 200 meters called Giolitti Parking.

Given the central location, those who want to get to know Rome on foot have everything available within twenty minutes. The most important monuments: the Colosseum, Imperial Forums, Altare della Patria, the Quirinale, the Capitoline Museums, the Domus Aurea, Piazza di Spagna, Trinità dei Monti, and various basilicas such as Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni and San Martino ai Monti or the Church of San Pietro in Vincoli where you can admire Michelangelo's Moses.

Art lovers will be spoiled for choice between the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the church of San Pietro in Vincoli, the National Roman Museum and, on Colle Oppio, the Domus Aurea. Going down Via Cavour, you can easily reach the fascinating Monti district. Once popular and dilapidated, today it is a place to be discovered, made of narrow medieval streets and hidden trattorias, alternative shops and trendy bars. Great location across from Termini train station. Everything was great and the room was warm. We had stayed there a week earlier in another room and it had been cold. This time the room was warm and it was easy to turn the heater on and off. The radiator in the bathroom also worked well. The owner and staff were very professional and kind.

Very well located: 50 m from Termini station (airport express train), the Colosseum 20 minutes on foot, the Trevi Fountain 30 minutes, the metro also 50 m away, serving the center up to near the Vatican. Excellent welcome and advice from Séverine. Room very well equipped and excellent service. We had a great stay (4 days and 3 nights).

We stayed one night in this B&b. Excellent welcome and friendliness from the lady who runs the house. Quiet room, not very large but complete for our needs. In short, if we have the chance, we will come back. Suggestions? Well, we would have liked to have more brightness in the bathroom (more efficient light bulb). Finally, having returned from a concert at the Olympic Stadium, sleeping an extra hour would have been nice, but we understand that if these are the rules, we are free to accept them or not. Thank you for the coffee.

The room was very clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. Located right next to the train station and taxi stand, very easy and convenient to go anywhere in Rome. So cheap easy to go back and forth to the airport. Severine, the owner, was so kind and went out of her way to help with anything we needed. She speaks French, Italian, and English very well. We will stay there again the next time we are in Rome.

We have been staying in this comfortable accommodation for 2 years, which is just outside the train station. Despite the external chaos, the structure is equipped with high-quality windows, and we do not hear anything from the outside noise. Mrs. Severine is very helpful with any requests and very friendly.

Our host was extremely accommodating. She welcomed us to the property with espressos and provided all the information we needed. Our breakfast at the location was impressive. It wheeled into our room at the scheduled time. Our host also provided restaurant recommendations that were fantastic. We really liked the location across from Roma Termini. We used TrenItalia often for our day trips. The room was large enough to accommodate all of our luggage and the bathroom and shower were spotless. Overall, we were very impressed with Beatus Viator. The security at the property is outstanding and we plan to stay there again on our next visit to Rome.

Great location, small but cozy and clean rooms. There is the possibility to have breakfast in the room but we didn't take advantage of the service because when traveling we like to change the environment in the morning and not be too bound by the schedules.

Convenient location to reach the main attractions both on foot and by public transport, and if arriving in Rome by train. The owner was very kind and willing to provide us with useful information for our stay. Abundant and very good breakfast in the room, adaptable to the customers' requests. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It is very close to the station where fortunately many law enforcement officers are present. However, we always felt safe also because the accommodation has three doors to access it. One room has an external private bathroom but still close to the room. I would definitely return.

I stayed for two nights in this facility during a trip to Rome with my husband. The Lady Severine is very kind, welcoming, and helpful. There are three rooms, one of which has a private external bathroom (but you have to exit the room to access it). Mine was the San Pietro which is spacious, very clean, essential but equipped with everything. The downside is the bathroom which is small; people of a certain build would have difficulty moving around. The most painful note is the location of the facility which overlooks one side of the Termini station. On one hand, it is super convenient to reach for those traveling by train and allows you to take all means to get around the city, on the other hand, it is frequented by unpleasant people who roam around day and night. Fortunately, there are many law enforcement officers and the army that provide a semblance of safety. Also, something I have never seen before, in the entrance hall of the building, there are garbage bins that greet you as soon as you cross the threshold and it is not a nice sight. Honestly, based on my experience, I would not make the same choice again.

Severin was a delightful host. Our room was clean and well equipped, and we really enjoyed the breakfast provided. The location is perfect for anyone arriving in Rome by train and just across the road from the bus going to and from the airport. The bus terminus is also close by, so getting around the city is easy, although the major sights are still within walking distance.

My fiance and I were only in Rome for a night and needed a place that was close to the train station so this was perfect. The host was very nice and waited for us even though we had a few delays getting there. The breakfast was also good. My fiance is tall (6'4) so he felt a little crammed in the room but overall it was a clean and cozy room with private bath. We were a little concerned with the area surrounding this B&B as it seemed a little unsafe but we are familiar with how lively and active a city can be so we were just careful when walking outside. Plenty of restaurant options walking distance as well. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay.

The structure is beautiful, the room is much more beautiful than the photos, it surprised us positively. The location is strategic, close to Termini, allowed us to visit all of Rome using trams, metro, and buses. The rooms are beautiful, the private bathroom perfect and the cleanliness excellent. The owner pampered us from the entrance and made us feel like Romans and not tourists. The balcony allowed us to watch the stars on the night of San Lorenzo. Everything perfect.

B&B a stone's throw from Termini Station, in a strategic position for those arriving or departing by train. The apartment has been completely renovated, I believe recently because it is in excellent condition. Bathroom complete with everything and functional, minibar in the room with drinks and some snacks, which is not a given in a B&B. Super abundant breakfast, served directly in the room at the requested time; but the highlight of the B&B is definitely Severine, the owner, super kind and available for every request: she prepares breakfast, brings it to the room with the trolley punctual at 8, as we requested. Thank you Severine, when we return to Rome we will definitely return to Beatus Viator.

The guest house was kept very secure, which is vital to travelers. The room and bathroom were spacious, very well maintained and very clean. Good and adequate facilities. We have our privacy and the host was very welcoming and offered great service. The breakfast trolley every morning was such a delight. The location is superb, next to the Roma Termini station. The house is in a great location, right in front of Termini station. The room is beautiful, newly furnished and very clean; the bathroom is spacious, equipped with multiple towels and body products. Abundant and different breakfast every day. Extremely kind and helpful owner. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

Mrs. Severine is polite, non-intrusive but at the same time humanity and informality shine through - which puts you at ease. It is clear that she loves her job. She keeps the property impeccably clean - the bathroom is fragrant and the floors are dust-free. The breakfast is varied and abundant - served in the room at the guests' chosen time (within the expected time frame). Finally, the safety procedures to enter the B&B are not trivial at all and we appreciated that.

Perfect stay! The property is just steps away from the train station, which is particularly convenient when traveling with luggage; modern, clean, well-maintained, equipped with modern security solutions regarding access. The owner Severine is very kind. For breakfast, you choose what you will have and in the morning you receive it in the room at the agreed time. Accepts holiday bonuses, which is not common. I highly recommend it and will return as soon as possible!

Great location for taking trains and metro, and reaching the city center on foot with a twenty-minute walk. Cleanliness, friendliness and good breakfast, served in the room. The only note concerns the not so beautiful area in the evening, as is the case near all stations in big cities. Otherwise, during the day it's perfect.

I must say that the owner of this Beatus Viator Guest House was really very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend you to take a trip to Rome staying here, because you will feel comfortable and you can easily move around by metro or bus from a strategic location. Everything perfect!
