Description
The B&B is the fruit of an idea that has recently taken shape: to create a setting where guests are offered every kind of comfort in a colorful and carefree environment, and also a little oasis of peace right in the middle of the Eternal City. The B&B is centrally located, right on Viale Trastevere, but is set within a courtyard so it is quiet and peaceful.

The B&B, which opened in early 2011, has 2 double rooms, both with en-suite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and free WIFI Internet connection 24 hours a day. The rooms are furnished with care and elegance, with colors that make them welcoming and relaxing. Upon request, a third bed can be added in each of these rooms.

Room prices include Breakfast, served at a nearby Cafeteria.

At B&B Zen Trastevere you will be welcomed with courtesy and availability, and by the enchantment of the true essence of Italian style.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM

Hi Very clean and large rooms. Very helpful owners and the only time we had a problem was when we arrived and using the instructions for entry and the keys we had a little problem but Davide the owner soon helped. Very friendly and the breakfast was help yourself and there was always plenty of choice in terms of croissants, bread for toasting, cheese, meats, yoghurts tea and coffee juice and fruit.

The Zen B&B is a lovely and affordable property for anyone visiting Rome. It is clean, friendly, quiet though in the hippest neighborhood. I was traveling alone and Davide and his sister were very communicative and accommodating even when I had to change my arrival date twice (for administrative reasons). I will highly recommend to friends and family coming to Rome! Grazie!

The host was very helpful during the stay. He helped us connect with the airport for a lost luggage, helped us with the transportation from the airport to the B&B, In general very nice hosts and attentive to all you need. The Location is perfect, and the B&B is right what you need for a quiet and clean stay. I will definitely recommend and If Im back, I will choose this place again.

Nos encantó este b&b. El anfitrión fue muy atento y respondió rápido a todos nuestros mensajes. La habitación es muy grande y cómoda y l ubicación excelente. El baño un poco pequeño pero lo demás perfecto.

Struttura con alcune cose da rivedere. Abbiamo riscontrato alcune problematiche, a partire dalla scarsa quasi inesistente pulizia sia in camera che nelle zone comuni, problemi di odore fogna nel bagno, colazione povera, poche quantità rispetto alle persone presenti in struttura, consigliamo ai gestori di non includerla nella prenotazione... Nonostante ciò bisogna elogiare la disponibilità che ha avuto il signor Davide e per come si è prodigato nei nostri confronti per la risoluzione dei problemi che abbiamo riscontrato...

Siamo stati molto bene, soprattutto molto calmi. Il letto comodo e la camera molto silenziosa e spaziosa. Avevamo letto che la colazione non aveva una nota alta, ma ci è piaciuta. Il pane e i panini sono da supermercato, ma c'è un tostapane, latticini di ogni tipo, formaggi, salsicce, succhi, caffè, tè e marmellate.

Purtroppo la mancanza del bidet in bagno e la prima colazione con prodotti confezionati ha abbassato notevolmente il punteggio riguardante il rapporto qualità/prezzo. I contatti col gestore invece sono stati ottimi.

Avevo chiesto prenotazione da" Zen", ma mi hanno sistemato da "Zoe" nessun problema il quanto sono sullo stesso pianerottolo. Non c'è il bidet che, per noi italiani, è inusuale e non c'è il televisore. Per quanto riguarda la colazione per il covid consiste in un voucer con classico cornetto e caffè da consumare al bar sottostante che attenzione alla domenica mattina (gli altri giorni non so) apre alle 8, quindi se dovete partire presto, come è successo a me lo trovate chiuso. CONCLUSIONE: Il tutto andrebbe bene se venisse detto visto che ci sono state domande precise.
