I also own the walls. We made a complete and profound renovation 3 years ago with attention to the furnishings but also to the systems.

I conduct the management with considerable attention to support in the 4 days prior to check-in to facilitate arrival and then make the stay pleasant from the very first minute.

The structure is well-kept, excellent location and excellent value for money! We took a quadruple room and we were comfortable. The owners are always reachable and quick in their responses. If I were to come back to Rome, I would not hesitate to return to this structure.

Environment a bit small but sufficient for a couple of nights, very kind and helpful managers, excellent location to reach on foot the Olympic Stadium or the Vatican Museums, located in a quiet neighborhood.

I had a warm welcome from Pietro and Silvia. The room was the same as the photos on the website and seemed clean. Unfortunately, over the next 2 days I had some terrible experiences that made me check out one day sooner than planned. \nI took showers 2 times, both of them without hot water. \nWe had room service daily but it was only a surface look, the toilet and floors weren't clean (my hairs were everywhere and I could see someone just tidied up the place, not cleaning) \nI got the room with a Jacuzzi tub, which unfortunately wasn't functioning, no hot water and when I tried to turn the water on there was an awful garbage smell coming out and yellowish water so I decided not to use it. \nAnd the last morning I found a SCORPION on my floor, running around the room! (there are photos and videos if anyone won't believe me) Thank God it wasn't in my shoe or anything else but still, it was terrifying and I texted Pietro, which took him so long to come and I ended up trapping the scorpion under a cup, shaking with fear. \n\nSo as you can see my experience was awful and I cannot recommend the place to anyone else!

We spent 4 nights in Your Vatican Suite and we had a great time. It is in an excellent location that allowed us to move around easily. Special mention goes to Mr. Pietro for his availability, kindness, and professionalism in managing the structure and relationships with customers. Absolutely recommended. Goodbye Pietro.
