The B&B Viterbo Antica is located in the medieval area of San Pellegrino in Viterbo's old town, very close to the Papal Palace (Palazzo dei Papi).

The location, the architecture and the preciousness of the decor, together with a welcoming atmosphere, will make your stay memorable.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, our B&B is ideal for those who are looking for an elegant yet comfortable and warm accommodation. These characteristics make our B&B perfect for either a romantic getaway or a family vacation.

The city of Viterbo lies in a strategic position, at the meeting point of Alto Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany. The so called "Tuscia" is a historical region that has been inhabited since the Etruscan times and represents a melting pot of cultures and people. Unspoilt nature, thermal baths, exquisite food, artistic and archaeological treasures make this land appealing and fascinating.

Our accommodation offers our guests the possibility of visiting many cities of art nearby (namely Rome, Orvieto and Terni), medieval towns and well-known archaeological sites. Alternatively, our guests can enjoy a trip to the lakes Bolsena and Vico or relax in Terme dei Papi spa.

Our B&B is provided with a parking area where guests can leave their car during their stay. In the neighbourhood it is possible to find many typical Italian restaurants, wine bars, live music pubs and traditional workshops.

A very pleasant stay in a comfortable, quiet, well-furnished room in an excellent location in the old city. Patrizia is warm and welcoming, a very pleasant hostess and a good communicator. She maintains an excellent property (she has three; we stayed at the one where breakfast is served in a room adjacent to the bedrooms) and keeps it sparklingly clean. The property is less than a 15-minute walk from the train station (it's not really that far as the crow flies, but the town is hilly and the cobblestones slow one down). We were very pleased with our stay.

Truly exceptional. A week spent in a very clean, tidy, and elegant room. The host was very helpful, kind, and friendly, like family. Super breakfast! I highly recommend it if you are in Viterbo, you won't regret it. Parking is easy to find, but about 100 meters away from the property on foot. Nothing special, to have breakfast with a view of the medieval village in a quiet and well-kept room, you gladly take a few steps! And just a few meters away, there is an embarrassment of choices for eating, so very convenient.

The room is very welcoming, well cared for in detail and very well organized, as is the adjacent room/entrance set up like a small living room to allow for breakfast without having to move, a solution that we liked very much. The bathroom is also spacious and well furnished. We noticed the care of the furnishings, the cleanliness and we greatly appreciated the abundant breakfasts enriched with the sweets expertly prepared by Mrs. Patrizia. There was everything and for all tastes. A special thanks to Gianluca, a person of great culture who welcomed us upon arrival and with great availability, with a map in hand, told us about Viterbo, indicated the sites to visit and provided some suggestions on what to see just outside the city itself. It is a pity that we only had three days available but we hope to return. Thanks to your availability we felt at home.

We arrived hours earlier - Patrizia, the host, agreed, accompanied us to the house in the medieval quarter of Viterbo. She advised about sightseeing, was available for questions. The apartment was nice, everything was chosen with care and love. There was a safe place for our bikes; Patrizia left the key with us, so we could take the bike at any moment. Breakfast was Italian - every morning prepared for the next day (yogurt, juice, cookies, croissant, etc.). A superb place to stay, in the Pellegrino quarter.

We had a really good time at this property. In the heart of Viterbo Antica, it is still in a quiet location, with car parking just a few minutes away. Excellent cleanliness, bathroom equipped with everything and a very welcome touch with eco-friendly products! The room is very spacious, comfortable, very comfortable bed and the possibility of having additional pillows. Breakfast is served in a pleasant common area where we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting pleasantly with other guests. On the table cakes, breads, cookies, brioches all delicious. Patrizia welcomed us with great hospitality, provided us with a lot of information and ideas for visiting the city and the villages of Tuscia! It will be a pleasure to come back!

In the heart of the medieval village everything is perfect, extremely clean and quiet room, wonderful breakfast in the room, every comfort, phone, flat iron, soaps, conditioner, and body creams. You can't ask for more. The property is very well managed.

The structure is very beautiful in the center of Viterbo, very convenient to visit the city. The free public parking is a bit far but reachable on foot in a few minutes. The owners were also very kind. We will definitely come back with more time available.

The structure is very well cleaned and in a strategic position in Viterbo. The lady is nice, down to earth, and very helpful. Only clarification (but really a silly thing): get the shower fixed as it has low pressure. Otherwise, clean room, cool thanks to the air conditioning. In short, I recommend it.

A truly wonderful stay. The room is big, spotlessly clean and decorated with taste. The host is a lovely person, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simply a dream: lovely, homemade biscuits, a nice selection of jams, breads, cold meats. The location is great if you want to explore the medieval quarter, it's also near the train station. Highly recommended.

Much more than just a bed. You really feel at home. Full of beautiful details like heart-shaped chocolates on the bed, but also a bottle of water each, a really useful thing. Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Beautiful variety of soaps. Excellent homemade breakfast by Mrs. Patrizia. Perfect for both couples and families.

My partner and I stayed at Viterbo Antica for one night and we really enjoyed it. The owners, very courteous and helpful with any kind of information, welcomed us with a smile despite our late arrival. The rooms are very well furnished and have all the necessary amenities. The proximity to the center is a blessing because with a few minutes on foot, leaving the car in a free parking lot, you can reach the main places of Viterbo. I was really excited about this B&B. I highly recommend it!

Located in the center of the historic city of Viterbo, you can access all the institutions of Viterbo on foot. You can leave your car on the other side of the walls without any problem. The guest room is spacious with a bathroom of modern comfort, an entrance and an adjacent dining room complete the set. Impeccable cleanliness. You will appreciate the hospitality of Gianluca and his wife who do everything to make your stay pleasant. In the morning they prepare a hearty and delicious breakfast to your liking, it will be an opportunity to ask them about the monuments of Viterbo and its surroundings. Particularly enchanted by their hospitality, we keep a wonderful memory of our stay, Villa Lante and its gardens, Bomarzo and the Park of Monsters, Castello Ruspoli among other wonders of Viterbo.

We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for one night, during a couple's stay. It is located in the historic center of the charming Viterbo, but at the same time, it has free (public) parking within a couple of minutes walk. The room was clean, well-maintained, and furnished in a simple yet cute way. New bathroom and shower, with various hygiene products, towels, and a hairdryer. The service is excellent: a common room for breakfasts with water, tea, and coffee always available, a city map, and brochures with the main places of interest in Viterbo and surroundings, varied and very good breakfast. The owner is very helpful and available, always ready to recommend places to visit and restaurants within the city.
