Our buffet features over a dozen varieties of homemade cakes and sweets, carefully prepared and offered in different flavors to make each morning a delightful discovery. Soft bundt cakes, tarts, chocolate cakes, fruit desserts, and traditional specialties are complemented by a generous selection of artisanal cookies, crisp and perfect to accompany milk, coffee, or tea.

Even the butter is homemade, following a philosophy that prioritizes authentic preparation methods, simple ingredients, and genuine flavors. The milk served at breakfast comes from our family farm, strengthening the direct connection between the land, the animals, and the table that forms the soul of Villa Sant’Erasmo.

For those who prefer a savory start to the day, breakfast becomes even more special: we offer our homemade cold cuts and cheeses, the result of agricultural expertise and family tradition, served alongside bread, local products, and other carefully selected specialties.
