Villa Naumanni, located in the Mignone Valley is the perfect place for a holiday – surrounded by nature, near the sea and numerous places of historical interest. You will also have access to a Mediterranean garden with swimming pool, an outdoors relaxation area, and a picnic area where you can enjoy a traditional Italian meal while enjoying the view.

The Mignone Valley is the ideal place for birdwatchers, nature lovers, photographers, and hikers. We host the only colony of Lesser Kestrels in the Lazio region. The colony grew from one nesting couple in 2011, to 28 nesting couples in 2024

The breakfast at Villa Naumanni includes a selection of homemade cakes, biscuits, rusks, homemade jams, milk and cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Upon request, you can have a savory breakfast that includes toast, eggs, and a selection of hams and cheeses.

We can also provide vegan and gluten-free options. For this service please inform us of your preference prior to your visit.

Our idea is that of sustainable catering, aimed at reducing the impact on the environment and increasing, at the same time, the socio-economic benefits. Every morning, a menu is proposed, using exclusively fresh products from the local area. Our suppliers are small local businesses, producers of seasonal fruits and vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, pasta, wine, etc. To reduce waste and offer fresh and genuine cuisine, dinner can only be served by reservation.

It's always us who welcome you, give you advice, prepare excellent breakfasts for you or a refreshing drink by the pool, have a chat, celebrate a birthday together. Because WE don't just rent rooms, we offer experiences, because for US, hospitality is a culture, a form of love. Our region is a diverse heritage, made of nature, landscapes, art, and traditions. A treasure capable of surprising, deserving to be discovered. At our home, you will always be in contact with nature, that nature that for many has become a luxury, but that instead is a necessity of the human spirit. We are a privately managed natural area recognized by the LIFE EPCN project of the European Community and we host the only colony of lesser kestrels (naumanni) in central-northern Italy.

Beautiful farmhouse surrounded by nature; by car in a few minutes you can reach both the sea and nearby villages and archaeological sites. Bianca and Roberto are welcoming, give valuable advice and cook divinely. All the spaces, including the pool, are clean and tidy. One added note: occasional connection difficulties (experienced throughout the area). We will come back.

Spectacular! There are no other words to adequately describe our stay. We had a wonderful time in peace, tranquility, and relaxation. Bianca and Roberto, to whom a monument should be made, are extremely helpful, generous, and very sociable and witty people who never failed to assist and advise us, without ever being intrusive. The property is very well-kept and located in the heart of the Tuscia countryside: it is perfect for those who want to remain immersed in nature, but also for those who want to escape the chaotic city life. At the same time, Villa Naumanni is a short distance from the sea, from Tarquinia, and from Civitavecchia, from where you can comfortably reach Rome S. Peter in 45 minutes. Unforgettable are the abundant breakfasts (the cakes!) and the sublime dinners by Bianca, prepared with creativity using fresh and genuine products that allow you to taste the flavors of the area. It was a hardship to leave, we can't wait to return.

A bit outside of Tarquinia. Car necessary. Wonderful location, surrounded by nature. All the necessary structures are quickly reachable by car. Sea, beach, center (Tarquinia, Civitavecchia). Everything is nicely and functionally furnished. Shared kitchen with dining room, refrigerator. Fantastic rooms with air conditioning. A warm, friendly atmosphere and a lot of kindness. Overall, a wonderfully successful vacation. And plenty of sweet falcons that feel just as comfortable.

E siccome non ha trovato ciò che immaginava, ma solo ciò che sta scritto, ha pensato bene di dare voti a caso. Ha scelto di lasciare la struttura pochi minuti dopo l’arrivo, solo perché non era previsto il sevizio cena. Per trovare un posto dove mangiare non serve “un lungo tragitto in auto” ma solo 9km di strada asfaltata. Un consiglio per i suoi prossimi viaggi: legga bene e guardi google per la posizione. You need to rent a car to get to this property. A taxi from the airport is very expensive. Additionally, there is no restaurant on site, so a car allows you to sightsee and eat. The breakfast provided is all homemade and very good.

What can I say. The structure is immersed in an enchanting landscape, taken care of in every detail. The position of the B&B is located in a central area that allows you to reach various interesting places, 15 minutes from the sea. But the added value of this structure is the owners, Bianca and Roberto, who pamper you with magnificent breakfasts. Great Bianca. Always available to give advice on the most suggestive and interesting places to visit. The atmosphere is very friendly, it is easy to exchange a chat and have a laugh in company. To make this place even more magical, there is a beautiful pool where you can relax in the company of two wonderful cats, Carla and Cambiale, and the famous Naumanni. Highly recommended.

We have just finished our stay in the area. It is a charming place, a true oasis to relax. Roberto and Bianca are a lovely well-matched couple, very friendly and kind. We appreciated their genuine hospitality. Our Charlie felt very comfortable and found a second family. The room is very beautiful, renovated with great taste, and the bathroom in the room is very nice. The shower for two was really appreciated. I recommend this structure for many reasons.

In one word: EXCEPTIONAL! Bianca and Roberto are amazing people, they welcomed me as if I were an old friend, the place is wonderful, the rooms are extremely comfortable, tastefully furnished, well-maintained, and very clean. Bianca, knowing I was a celiac, prepared delicious gluten-free cookies for breakfast, Stella, my little dog, was pampered and cuddled. Peace and quiet accompanied me during my short stay. Moreover, there are the kestrels that nest on the walls of the farmhouse, which are a sight to behold! Rating 110 with honors!

Very nice and quiet place with some lovely hosts. Nice plus for all Tesla users, there is a Supercharger really close. Near location for trips to Rome and to the sea. Beautiful landscape, no traffic at night and a closed private area with a gate. Thanks again for the great stay, looking forward for the next one: -).

The place is very nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The location of the B&B allows you to reach both the sea and nearby cities in a short time. The breakfast is suitable for everyone and the hosts are available for any problems or allergies. We spent five wonderful days: Villa Naumanni is well cared for in every detail, from the room to the bathroom (with a very spacious shower) passing through the common areas available to guests like the kitchen area, the pool, the relaxation area with outdoor sofas and the veranda for breakfast with a splendid view over the Mignone valley. Everything very clean, tidy and equipped to not miss anything. Here reigns silence, immersed in the countryside but just over ten minutes by car from the historic center of Tarquinia or from the beaches of the coast. Also a strategic position to visit a good part of the Viterbo province, from the capital to Lake Bolsena, not to mention the most interesting Etruscan sites. Bianca and Roberto were perfect hosts, always friendly and smiling, available for very accurate advice on what to visit, where to park, which beach to go to and where to eat, even with an eye on savings. Special mention for the sweet and savory breakfast: eggs from their chickens, local fruit and homemade jams by Bianca, as well as her inevitable sweets, and then cheeses and cold cuts from the area, yogurt, fruit juices, biscuits and rusks, cereals... everything and more! Our heartfelt thanks to them for these days and, if you plan to visit Tuscia, we highly recommend them!

Beautiful farmhouse well renovated by the owners Bianca and Roberto. Immersed in the Tuscia countryside, it is the ideal place for those looking for a bit of tranquility. The experience of living in close contact with the small birds of prey (falcons) nesting inside the structure is splendid and exciting. The kindness and familiarity of the owners immediately make the guests feel at ease. The breakfast is magnificent, featuring sweets prepared directly by Bianca, who also takes care of intolerant people, my wife is celiac. We felt at home and will definitely return.

A true oasis of relaxation! Not a large structure, four rooms with very refined details, recently renovated where organization and cuddles for the guest harmoniously blend. Bianca and Roberto are fantastic with their empathy and their funny anecdotes. Extremely clean and well-kept environment with great taste. Sweet and savory breakfasts: the cakes, two different ones every day, strictly made by Bianca with selected local ingredients. In short, nothing is missing, must come back! Highly recommended!

Beautiful property, resting area for the kestrel during the summer that happily hovers above the guests. And this alone would be enough to come, not to mention the beautiful rooms, the friendliness of the hosts, the good breakfast, the peace and beauty of the countryside.

Colors and hospitality. Amidst the countryside of Tuscia, where the colors of the earth blend with those of the sky, the hospitality and friendliness of Bianca and Roberto, in a perfectly renovated farmhouse, made our stay like a visit to a friend's house.

Located in a strategic position, in the open countryside 15 minutes from Tarquinia and Tarquinia Lido and very close to the highway exit, the finely renovated farmhouse has 04 rooms, well furnished and with all the comforts and a very well-equipped shared kitchen area. We really appreciated the breakfast served by the very friendly and professional Bianca and Roberto, rich and varied from day to day. At the B&B Villa Naumanni, we also enjoyed the beautiful relaxation corner with a pool where we could spend moments of leisure immersed in nature in the company of the Naumanni falcons (grillaio falcon) and cicadas.

Structure immersed in an uncontaminated naturalistic context, characterized by absolute peace and tranquility, managed by a very close-knit couple (Bianca and Roberto) who have been able to transform a farmhouse from the early 1900s, abandoned for about forty years, into one of the most beautiful B&Bs ever visited. Large, very clean and excellently air-conditioned room. Excellent breakfast, sweet and savory, based on organic products (jams, cakes, cookies, sourdough bread, etc.) made directly by Bianca. Sea and City (Tarquinia) just a few kilometers away. Welcome, availability, and friendliness of the two owners at the highest levels. In short (... and with Jim Carrey's permission): A week like Heaven!

The farmhouse in the middle of the countryside is ideal for relaxing, Bianca and Roberto are magnificent, they made us feel comfortable right away, Bianca only uses locally sourced products, in fact, centimeter zero! She is a fantastic cook, Roberto a friendly and pleasant friend, we will definitely come back!

We spent 2 nights at Villa Naumanni, a wonderful place. Bianca and Roberto are two splendid people, they recommended places to visit, told local stories, prepared delicious breakfasts, and were always available. I highly recommend it, the structure is immersed in nature but the hosts make the difference. We will definitely come back to visit them.

It's difficult to write a review of a place that for me is perfect. The beautiful farmhouse and its facilities for guests are located in the open countryside, with a wonderful view and in absolute tranquility, yet very close to the sea, the Tolfa mountains and the most interesting and important places in the region. The rooms are very beautiful and tastefully furnished, breakfast is an absolute must. Bianca and Roberto are incredible hosts, always present, always attentive to the guests' needs, with a unique sympathy and availability. Being with them was one of the most fulfilling aspects of our short stay. Not to mention Bianca's cooking skills. Lastly, but absolutely essential for me as a birdwatcher and photographer, the farmhouse and the surroundings are a birdwatcher's paradise. We will definitely come back!
