This traditional and welcoming villa is nestled in a peaceful area behind Monte di Scauri.
Villa Maria will captivate you with its taste and relaxing atmosphere, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Its convenient location allows for easy travel to explore the beautiful sights of the "Riviera di Ulisse," which embellish the stunning landscape of the Gulf of Gaeta.
B&B Villa Maria is available to guests year-round, except during the months of November, January, and February.
The elegant rooms come equipped with all comforts: a bathroom with a shower, heating/cooling air conditioning, a mini-fridge, a small balcony, and more.

- Just a 3-minute bike ride from the beautiful pebble beach (with coarse ochre sand, pebbles, and rocks, showcasing magical variations of green sea colors);
- A few minutes from Monte D'oro, which features a marina with 100 boat slips and floating docks for as many vessels. Additionally, boats are available for guests to quickly reach nearby towns without traffic using the shuttle services provided;
- 500 meters from the city center, where there are shops for shopping;
- 400 meters from the sea, leading to the coastline of Scauri beach, which stretches approximately 4 kilometers;
- A short distance from historical sites such as the Roman Theater and the Hanging Bridge, as well as the distinctive features of Minturno;
- Monte d'oro/Monte di Scauri/Torre di Scauri, easily reachable on foot in 5 minutes. From here, you can walk along the "Malopasso" trail, which takes about 3 hours round trip. The path winds between the sea and Aleppo pine trees, where you can ride horses for much of the journey. We recommend enjoying the stunning flora and fauna of the mountain, which is not far from Villa Maria;
- 20 minutes from Suio, a town known for its natural hot springs;
- Not far from the magnificent Blue Grotto, accessible from both the pebble beach and the coast;
- A 5-minute bike ride to the park and the beach of Gianola;
- On the Appian Way, not far from the town of Formia (where you can access the port to reach the Pontine Islands, located 36.7 miles from Ponza and 28.5 miles from Ventotene);
- A short distance from Gaeta, just 15 minutes away, where the port offers a vibrant nightlife! Additionally, it is close to these two towns, making it easy to explore the beautiful beaches of Sperlonga.
