The Villa della Tartaruga is an exclusive residence located in the green residential neighborhood of AXA Casalpalocco, halfway between Rome and the sea. Recently renovated, it offers guests a stay characterized by comfort and privacy, with the entire property for their EXCLUSIVE USE.
Spread over four levels, the villa features spacious indoor and outdoor areas. The ground floor welcomes visitors with an elegant living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright veranda overlooking the garden and terrace. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a large bathroom. The second floor hosts an additional bedroom with its own dedicated bathroom. The basement is dedicated to relaxation and leisure, featuring a roomy hobby room with a fireplace, a laundry area, and a fitness space equipped with isotonic and cardio machines. To top it off, there’s a large six-person hot tub with relaxation loungers.
The private garden, surrounded by tall trees, offers ample shaded areas, relaxation terraces, and, during the summer season, a pool equipped with loungers, an umbrella, and showers. The villa is outfitted with all the latest comforts, including Visual Home Control, autonomous heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a SmartAir system, and ultra-fast 2 Gbps fiber Wi-Fi connection. Entertainment is assured with free access to Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney+ available in multiple rooms.
The price includes bed, bath, and kitchen linens, along with a courtesy set for each guest. The villa is entirely non-smoking, with designated outdoor smoking areas. There are no age restrictions for guests, but the presence of stairs between the various floors should be taken into account. Parking spaces are available both inside and outside the property.

Being a villa for your exclusive use, breakfast is not provided, however upon your arrival you will find at your disposal water, tea, chamomile, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, oil, pasta, rice and biscuits plus a small welcome gift to start your stay in peace. All linen, towels, towels, bathroom courtesy kits and table linens are provided free of charge for each guest. In the case of long stays, a complete change will be provided every week.

Leonardo da Vinci Airport in Fiumicino and the FIERA DI ROMA is about 15 minutes away. The Metro to the center of Rome is 5 minutes away. The archaeological site of Ostia Antica can be reached in 8 minutes, the beaches with the dunes of Castel Porziano are a 12 minute drive away
If you want to visit the historic sites of Rome in our city center "Colosseum" "Foro Imperiali" "Baths of Caracalla" "Trevi Fountain" "Piazza di Spagna" "Vatican" "Sistine Chapel" "Vatican Museums"...
For the kids we are only 30 minutes from Zoomarine the Great Marine Park with dolphins and other aquatic animal species.
