VII Coorte a Trastevere

The apartment, with an independent entrance at street level, is located in a refined building built opposite the ancient Excubitorium of the VII Coorte, in the heart of the ancient Trastevere district, the liveliest and most characteristic district of the Eternal City, among Baroque churches, Roman wine bars and trattorias, one step away from the main meeting points of the Roman night life.

The accommodation is welcoming and comfortable, with air conditioning, heating and free WI-Fi, suitable for couples and families who want to experience an authentic Rome, a few steps from the main tourist attractions, in an area full of typical restaurants and trattorias, bars, theatres, etc. to enjoy the city comfortably even at night.

Upon entering, you immediately enter the living area, with table, chairs, TV, sofa bed (queen size), and a kitchen furnished and equipped with small and large appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer, toaster), as well as crockery.

From the living area, a small corridor leads to the bedroom, with double bed, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers, iron and ironing board. In the small closet in the room you will find a vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop for the floors. The bathroom, located in the bedroom, is in a contemporary style, and is equipped with a sink, toilet, shower and courtesy line (shampoo/shower gel, shower cap, etc.). It does not have a bidet. In its place there is a toilet faucet with hydrobrush.

The property is fully equipped with independent heating and air conditioning. Guests can take advantage of fast WI FI accessible free of charge via password. At guests' disposal there are guides and maps of the city, also concerning shopping and restaurants in the area.

No pets of any size are allowed.

A baby bed is available (upon request).
