Great location for both the metro and the city center, 10 minutes from the Vatican. Very quiet area even in the evening. Very helpful staff, quick communication and the possibility to leave luggage before and after check-out arranged with the staff. Excellent value for money.

Just a stone's throw from the Vatican and the metro and bus stop, this B&B allowed us to enjoy our stay in Rome in peace. Nearby there are also bars, restaurants, and economically accessible minimarkets. Near the door, there is a fountain with very fresh water (which is necessary in Rome!). The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The windows overlook a side street, which protects the rooms from traffic noise. Nina and Mario are available, caring, and super friendly, and we thank them for their hospitality and welcome.

Great location, close to the metro. Everything is within reach like: pharmacy, minimarket, bar, restaurant/pizzeria and it's very close to the Vatican (reachable by foot). Friendly and very helpful staff. When we come again, I will definitely keep it in mind and recommend it to friends and family. And finally, Rome made me fall in love, there are no words, it’s spectacular. See you soon ❤️.

The rooms were nice and big, but the pillows smelled like vomit. We had to cover the pillows in our bath towels. It was very bad. The building is located in a central part of town close to the train station and airport, but there are lots of homeless people around the building and area. The reception guy was very nice.

The property is located behind the Vatican, literally a stone's throw from the Vatican Museums. It is on the 5th floor with an elevator. The managers are very kind, precise, welcoming, discreet and extremely helpful! They gave us water as soon as we arrived and the next day they allowed us to leave our luggage stored by themselves for many hours after check-out, also allowing us to freshen up and change upon our return. What can I say, better than this! The room is very spacious, equipped with 3 beds, private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, fridge, and a balcony with a very suggestive view of the dome! Everything is clean and new. The bathroom has everything you need, including a large hairdryer. The area is equipped with many restaurants, bars, pharmacies and is very close to Metro A and bus stops. I thank the managers very much, Mr. Mario very kind and precise, the sweet Marina for welcoming us with great discretion and generosity, and Mrs. Nina very kind and super welcoming! Until next time! :) We will definitely come back!!
