The property did not meet my expectations. During the night there is considerable noise coming from the apartment's front door and the neighboring rooms. The mattress was not very comfortable, nor were the pillows. In addition, there is a noise coming from the bathroom (probably related to the toilet's sanitary system) that switches on even in the middle of the night and causes disturbance.

Attendevo la sua recensione come mi aveva promesso, addirittura prima di accedere in struttura, con modi accesi, a tal punto da essere costretta a chiederle di mantenere dei toni consoni, accusandomi di avere fatto "una roba grave" riscuotendo il pagamento (il giorno del check-in) dalla carta lasciata a garanzia in fase di prenotazione... sostenendo di avere il diritto di pagare in loco attraverso un metodo diverso da quello indicato nei termini, ovviamente senza averlo precedentemente chiesto... dato che tutto c ho nella sua recensione non è stato riportato (come invece aveva promesso), sono convinta che abbia contattato l'assistenza, come da me suggerito prima del suo arrivo, la quale le avrà spiegato come funzionano i metodi/Termini di pagamento, questo le tornerà utile oltre che per le future prenotazioni, anche per la gestione del suo hotel da 20 camere Ne deduco che la sua recensione è esclusivamente uno sfogo dovuto alla sua errata comprensione dei metodi di pagamento pertanto priva di attendibilità Le auguro buon lavoro.

The room was small, and there was no reception, but it was quite easy to reach the landlord by SMS. This is not a hotel, it's an apartment with only 3 rooms. The hotels and rooms in Rome are expensive, and this was no exception. It is best to book a long time before you arrive.

We loved staying here as it was such a lovely, quiet neighborhood but had great bars and restaurants! Easy to catch bus or metro to major attractions and so nice to come home away from the crowds to a spacious, secure room with fresh air and good facilities. The host was very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this property!

Clean and well-kept room and washroom. There was space for wardrobe as well as luggage. All neat aesthetics and the manager Simona also left us a welcome gift with wine and munchies. However, the price was a bit high for us and it's about a 20-minute walk to the Metro Ottaviano. But we got used to it as Vatican City, Castel Sant'Angelo are all within walking distance. Simona also suggested amazing places for Italian food and desserts. Definitely a go-to. We kept going back. It was a great stay overall.
