Welcome to Guest House Vatican Rooms! My name is Gabriela and my goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our establishment is located in a charming historic building, just a few steps away from the fabulous Vatican Museums. Our rooms are bright and equipped with every comfort to make you feel at home. The area is very quiet and well served by public transport: the Ottaviano metro station and bus stops are very close. Just one kilometer away is the wonderful Vatican, with its famous tourist attractions, shops, bars, and restaurants.

Il voto - insufficiente (5) - alla struttura è dovuto a quanto personalmente riscontrato durante la nostra recente esperienza, chiaramente dunque soggettivo, ma pur sempre basato su riscontri oggettivi per noi negativi, quali:
- cattivo odore in bagno dipendente dallo scarico;
- impossibilità di gettare nel water-la carta igienica che andava invece riposta in un cestino con coperchio (come da avviso riportato su un cartello appeso al muro del bagno);
- tracce seppur minime di muffa negli angoli delle pareti della cabina doccia;
- rumore eccessivo e fastidioso di notte del motore dell'impianto di climatizzazione/riscaldamento (a pompa di calore) seppure esterno (ma posizionato accanto alla finestra) ed intermittente;
- letto matrimoniale non proprio comodo (materasso).
Personalmente non ci tornerei.

I found myself well. Small but clean room. Fantastic internet. I would add an additional pillow. The air conditioning should be checked and the sink is very cramped but overall I would return to your property. The location is fantastic.

Room was okay but when we returned we found a cockroach in the bathroom and the pizzeria, below the window, closed at 3 in the morning with a crazy mess.

Orieta (host) is a 10! Super attentive, friendly, and with excellent recommendations to make the experience in Rome the best! The apartment is in a nice commercial area and very well located despite not being in the heart of the city because it has the metro 200 meters away, it is a 5-minute walk from the Vatican and with close connection to several bus lines. I would choose it again without a doubt.
