VaticanRoomsCipro is an elegant and modern B&B and room renting in Rome located in the historical Cipro/Prati area close to the Vatican City.

The three beautiful rooms are big and with a perfectly arranged furniture: each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower, toilette, bidet and phon.

The Room has a/c, lcd tv, safe, internet wi-fi free and private fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and also has a private table with three chairs.

Each room can comfortably guarantee the hospitability up to 3 people and can be used as a single and double. The room is suitable for a family but also for a group of friends.

IMPORTANT:
- Always communicate the expected arrival time, there is no H24 reception.

- Check in is from 1: 00 pm to 09: 00 pm.

- Check-out is no later than 10: 00.

- Check in after09: 00 pm to 10: 30 pm have a supplement of 15,00 €.

- Check in after 10: 30 pm have a supplement of 25.00 €, after midnight they have a supplement of 50.00 €, and are always to be agreed with the owner.

Great location. A few minutes' walk from Metro Cipro and therefore convenient for reaching any point of the city. Easy access. Very clean building with many shops and small restaurants nearby. There is a shared kitchen in the apartment, very convenient for breakfast or a quick lunch/dinner. Rooms are spacious, all with windows or balconies. Spartan furnishings, but not an issue. In my room the walls were damaged and needed repainting (black streaks and stains, obviously caused by guests but they should be repainted to reduce the impression of dirt). Unfortunately cleaning and maintenance are not optimal: I found the hairdryer detached from the wall with the outlet box open and wires exposed (it was a hotel hairdryer). I also found cotton balls stained with what I believe was lipstick in the bathroom behind the sink and not very hidden. The toilet had a severe limescale buildup (yellow and dirty). Same for the radiator. The bathroom fan/extractor was full of dust. It would take very little to fix everything, just a bit more attention from maintenance. Unfortunately a convenient location is not enough. I'm sorry because it really takes little to have a superior apartment in this regard. I hope this review helps with that. One positive: we pointed out that the cutlery and kitchen were not very clean (customers also contribute in this case) and after about two hours we found everything clean. Another positive: the kitchen has a coffee machine, cups, pots etc. All very useful. So there is the desire and willingness to improve, because in my opinion the place deserves it.

The property has a good location, but the problem is the lack of care for the premises. Cleanliness is barely adequate: in one bathroom the light is faulty, the small bucket is broken and the toilet seat is wobbly. The pillow is stained and the bedspread is dirty. In one of the bathrooms the toilet has a large stain inside that could be cleaned but was not. Mold is present in various areas and the bathroom extractor fan is full of dust. The kitchen is in inhumane conditions; although using it is optional, cleanliness is not. The manager is kind and helpful and I understand that running a property with guests from varied cultures and backgrounds is not simple, but cleanliness and care cannot be negotiable. I requested a cleaning of the kitchen and it was carried out. As kind and nice as Laura is, certain aspects need improvement that make a difference. Best wishes for a prosperous improvement to a young and enterprising woman.

We stayed at this B&B and had a great time. The property is very clean, quiet, and situated in a really convenient location: just steps away from the Cipro metro station and very close to the Vatican. About a 10-minute walk away is bus 23, perfect for reaching Trastevere, and the 913, particularly convenient in the evening, as it brought us back just a few minutes' walk from the property. The owner was always very kind and helpful, responding quickly to every request we made. We will definitely return!

I would have given higher scores, but there are a few things to fix (a half-broken wall lamp, the bathroom mirror light not working, the shower head to be replaced). With little, a lot can be done better. The location is good: not far from the metro and little noise in the streets. Cleanliness: sufficient, but it can always be improved. We were there in the days following New Year's Eve, I do not know if it influenced the service. The manager was available for our requests.

Overall good experience staying here. Accommodating host with amenities provided. Great location and safe neighborhood. However, cleaning was poor and a few furniture is clearly broken or falling apart in the apartment - eg toilet seat, mini fridge. The kitchen was also full of flies.

Everything was fine, we had a great time in Rome. The apartment is near the Cipro metro station, but you can also walk there (Vatican 20 min.). Luca is a good host, although we haven't met, we kept in touch via WhatsApp. I recommend it if you go to Rome.

Clean, nice, as in the photos, and the host answered all of my questions. The temperature was cool, despite it was super hot outside. I can suggest to bring a big pan for pasta.

We had a great time, beautiful and clean room with all the comforts, for those who want to visit Rome it is the perfect place, a 10-minute walk from San Pietro and a few steps from the metro to move around freely. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful place. Excellent accommodations. Extremely clean and professionally maintained. Staff very nice. Quiet, private. Would definitely highly recommend. One room had air conditioner that did not run consistently. Internet slightly slow but otherwise was perfect.

This Bed and Breakfast was beautifully decorated, clean and quite comfortable. The location close to the metro made it very convenient as well. Giorgio and Luca were very helpful making sure we knew everything we needed for a trouble-free stay. I would definitely recommend this Bed and Breakfast and would stay here again when in Rome.

I found this property to be very clean and comfortable; it lacked nothing. The innkeepers were generous with their time, not leaving until they were certain we understood how to use everything, from the air conditioner, to the wifi, to the safe. All directions were printed in both English and Italian, in case we forgot the tutorial they provided. They even made sure we knew how to use each of the different keys given to us. Their hospitality and the cleanliness of the unit, as well as the great location, make this property very easy to recommend! I would stay here again!

Luca and Giorgio were fantastic hosts! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We have stayed at a lot of Bed and Breakfast locations, and this is a must-visit if you are coming to Rome. The location of this apartment is just minutes from the Metro, which can take you anywhere in Rome! The hosts met us when we arrived and made sure we knew how to work the air conditioner, the wifi, etc., and made us feel so welcome and at home! When we go back, we will definitely be staying here. We had the opportunity to stay 4 nights at the property and I must say that both my girlfriend and I had a great time. The place is new, freshly renovated, in a quiet and peaceful area. Another positive note is the metro stop just a few hundred meters away. A big thank you to Mr. Luca and his staff because they were so kind and helpful. Definitely a recommended place for those who want to stay in Rome, comfortably, connected to the city center by metro and spending little.
