Entire house exclusively for the guest's use. Fully renovated 1895 apartment with a style inspired by the song "Meraviglioso" by Modugno. It consists of a spacious double bedroom with the possibility of adding another double bed, a dining room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people. You will find air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, American coffee machine, moka pot, plates, glasses, etc.). Additionally, board games, books, and a record player with LPs are available to guests. The house is located in the center of Rome, just a few meters from St. Peter's Basilica and the "Ottaviano" metro stop. The street is full of shops, bars, and restaurants. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
