The structure is nice but, being underground, there is a strong mold smell. In fact, a dehumidifier was on emitting a deafening noise. Also, the sheets, in my opinion, were not very clean. Besides smelling musty, I woke up at night with a strong itch. I wouldn't go back.

Mi dispiace che non si sia trovato bene essendo una casa al mare è inevitabile il demidificatore che poteva spegnere e le assicuro che le lenzuola sono sempre pulite vengono ogni volta lavate con igienizzanti a 60 gradi. Per la colazione non è possibile farla come negli alberghi abbiamo l'obbligo di avere tutti prodotti confezionati cerco di fare del mio meglio e ho lasciato in frigo anche un prodotto tipico di Gaeta..la tiella di verdura. mi è sembrato che abbia apprezzato. Comunque grazie lo stesso.

The owners are exceptional people, friendly and very helpful. The location is great, close to restaurants and for those who want to take a stroll near the nightlife area and the first beaches. The room is simple, cozy, well-kept in the details that create a good seaside atmosphere and above all clean. Recommended.

Stayed with the family for the weekend. In the heart of the city, port area, view over the Gulf, well-kept and comfortable apartments, excellent cleanliness. Friendly welcome from the owners. Good value for money. Worth it, definitely recommend!
