The Tourist House B&B is located at the fifth floor of a prestigious nineteenth century building on Via Cavour, in the typical area named Monti, surrounded by the Imperial Forum, the Colosseum and the shopping area of Piazza di Spagna and at less then a mile away from the railway central station.

The rooms are spacious and full of light, with modern furnitures, air conditioning, soundproof windows and a breathtaking view for an unforgettable holiday in Rome.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 75% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Tourist House is located on Via Cavour, in the typical Rione Monti (the most ancient of Rome) surrounded by the archeological area (Colosseum and the Roman Forum), the renaissance area (rione Trevi, Quirinale) and the 19th century district (Termini railway station).

Beside our entrance you will find the subway station “Cavour” and the main railway station of Roma Termini is less than a mile away (one stop by metro).

I only stayed for one night but it worked out great. The AC works amazing, as does the wifi. The bathroom is very nice. I had a late-arriving flight and they gave me instructions as to how to arrive and get into the property. Overall good spot.

Espresso coffee would have been better then the potted coffee that was made. The only thing that was annoying was the worker that came in to put the breakfast out, came in before 6am and that woke us up. Overall, the owners were very nice and accommodating and definitely would recommend this B&B and we would stay here again. The bathroom was beautiful.

Posizione ottimale, stazione metro ad un passo, Termini a 10 minuti a piedi, tanti monumenti vicini. Ci son molti posti carini dove mangiare e la notte puoi uscire con tranquillità. Ottima accoglienza e locali ben puliti. Unica nota dolente la mancanza del caffè espresso a colazione. Lo consiglio sia alle famiglie sia ai giovani.
