Tom's House

Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Rome very close to the Vatican, in a splendid position. The streets of the center, where the most beautiful monuments of the city are located, such as the Barcaccia, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Via Condotti, are easily reachable. The neighborhood is called Balduina and is located on top of a hill and at the base of the Monte Mario neighborhood, right above the Vatican City. In fact, from the nearby Monte Ciocci Park (100 meters from our residence), you can admire the Vatican Chapel with its famous Vatican Gardens.

Our vacation home, completely renovated, consists of 2 bedrooms plus a bathroom and is divided as follows (see floor plan photo) :
- Kitchen and dining room.

- Living room with sofa bed (French double bed).

- 1 bedroom (with double bed).

- Bathroom with shower.

Our apartment is suitable for 2 or a maximum of 4 people, and upon request, we can provide everything you need to help you with your children. Dogs and pets are welcome.

Here are all our services:
- Wi-Fi internet;
- Air conditioning;
- Washing machine;
- DVB-T TV;
- Moka;
- Nespresso machine;
- Dishwasher;
- Microwave;
- Electric kettle;
- Hairdryer.

Also, upon request for your young children:
- Stroller;
- Camping cot;
- Crib;
- Bottle warmer.

If necessary, we are available to provide gluten-free food. We are also happy to accommodate your furry friends and can provide you with:
- Dog bowl;
- Dog mat.

For your safety, our house is equipped with:
- Methane gas sensor;
- Fire extinguisher;
- Emergency lamp in case of power outage.

House rules:
- Our house is non-smoking. Smoking inside the house is absolutely prohibited.

- The tourist tax is not included in the cost of the house and is €6, 00 per person (the following categories are exempt: children under 10 years old; residents of Rome, people accompanying patients hospitalized for health reasons; members of the police on duty or belonging to the armed forces; drivers and tour guides for groups of at least 23 participants). The amount must be paid at the end of the stay and will go entirely to the Municipality of the City of Rome.

- An extra cost of €20. 00 (in cash) is expected for check-in after 10: 00 PM, to be paid upon arrival.

- An extra cost of €5. 00 per day for pets.

- If not already included in the cost, a deposit of €100. 00 (in cash) is required upon arrival, which will be refunded at the time of check-out after checking the condition in which the house is left.

- We kindly ask you to respect the rules of good neighborliness and to respect normal quiet hours.
