In just a few minutes you can reach the Vatican and the historic center, then return to the peaceful atmosphere away from the tourist crowds.

It features a kitchen and dining area, a living room with a French double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 guests.
Pets are welcome (with prior notice). The home is also perfect for families with children: we provide a cot, stroller, and high chair. A selection of toys, books, puzzles, and playing cards is always available to keep children entertained and make their stay even more enjoyable.

Wonderful stay! The property had everything needed and was excellently organized and tidy. Very convenient is the proximity to Appiano station and to the shuttle bus stop that in a few minutes takes you to the metro. The nearby children's park is also nice and the panoramic view of Rome from the belvedere. The owner was very helpful in providing information and in making the stay comfortable.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort and is very clean. The very kind owner helped us upon arrival to find parking. Nearby, there is the train station that leads to the metro with one stop or a bus stop not far away. The problem is that in Rome, the buses are not always punctual and are especially very crowded. The cushions are a bit uncomfortable.

Very nice, functional, clean, and very cool apartment. We stayed in very hot days and we were fine even without turning on the air conditioning. The apartment is located in an area near the Vatican; the city center is easily reachable by train and metro. Alessia welcomed us with great kindness and provided us with useful information for our stay.

Very clean and fully equipped apartment. It is located on the ground floor (so very cool, even without air conditioning in summer) of a very quiet residence and a 15-minute walk from the Vatican. Alessia is very friendly (and speaks French). A very good value for money. We will return without hesitation!

Apartment equipped with every comfort, from the washing machine to the dishwasher, from the espresso machine to the microwave oven. Extremely clean and functional. Although located in a peripheral area, it is very well served by public transport and my 3 boys and I had no difficulty moving to and from the center. Mrs. Alessia was a very polite and helpful host, contributing to making my children's and my stay a wonderful experience. Excellent quality/price ratio. Absolutely recommended.
