I recommend this bed and breakfast for its location near the train station and the subway. In just a few minutes, you find yourself in the center of Rome. It is clean and the owner is very kind and helpful. I had a great time. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for 5 days and we had a great time. Excellent welcome, comfortable, clean and modern room. Great location of the property as it is close to Tiburtina station and it is possible to move around easily both by metro and by train. We also had breakfast included and we ate well, the manager is very helpful for any information and always served us breakfast at the table. Very kind.

I had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this B&B. New and very clean room, comfortable bathroom with very spacious showers, very good breakfast, close to everything. The owner Paolo was very kind and extremely helpful, we will definitely come back. Recommended for those who want to spend less and have the same comforts as a hotel.

I stayed overnight with my brother. Beautiful, modern, clean structure, very close to the station, kind and helpful manager, large and spacious room. Unfortunately, we couldn't have breakfast because we had to leave very early, but we peeked into the small breakfast area and we already liked how it was set up! Highly recommended!

I stayed one night and I found it very good: B&B located not far from Tiburtina Station, spacious room, clean and with a bathroom inside. Staff and owner available and polite. I did not have breakfast as I left quite early. Highly recommended!

My experience was really positive. The manager was very courteous and I found the quality/price ratio excellent, especially considering that the room had a private bathroom. I cannot give a high rating on breakfast as, despite being included in the price, I left very early and didn't have it.
