Our Bed and Breakfast is located near numerous public and private beaches, restaurants, bars, pubs, etc.

We have available: 2 lovely double rooms with private bathrooms and 1 apartment.

We offer various deals for advance bookings.

We guarantee the highest level of cleanliness.

2024 offers:
- Double room in July for 70 euros per night
- Double room in June for 60 euros per night
- Numerous deals for Easter/25th April - 1st May holidays
- Fully equipped apartment offer for up to 5 people in June/last half of August/September.

The landlady Sandra is very kind, helpful, the room and the bathroom always super clean with towel change every day and bed change every 3 days, excellent location close to everything, top holiday, I will definitely come back even just for a weekend.

Apartment located near the sea, excellent cleanliness, very comfortable mattresses, courteous and helpful manager. Recommended, we will definitely come back.

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia per 3 giorni. Ambiente familiare con la signora Sandra che fa da madrina. Ambienti puliti, ordinati e dove non manca mai nulla. Cortesia, gentilezza e buona colazione. A due passi dal bel mare di Terracina, dagli stabilimenti, dallo shopping e dai luoghi di ristorazione e dove la macchina diventa superflua anche per il fatto che si gode del parcheggio gratuito. Da consigliare a parenti e amici e a noi stessi, che probabilmente ritorneremo.

L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato per un week end è molto bello, pulito e curato. Ottima la posizione perché vicino al mare e ai servizi (supermercati, ristoranti etc.). Ha un parcheggio privato in garage in cui lasciare l'auto in serenità. La signora Sandra è un'ottima padrona di casa. Gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La proprietaria Sandra ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Il Bed and Breakfast è in una posizione ottimale, vicina al mare, al centro e ai negozi. Tutto a piedi. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

A poca distanza dal mare, in una via interna quindi tranquilla, Sandra (la titolare) è cordiale, simpatica, sempre sorridente, cosa si può chiedere di più? Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, l'unica carenza é la mancanza di climatizzatore nella stanza alla quale spedisce un potente ventilatore. Se decidete di soggiornare a Terracina, Terracina House è il posto ideale.

Da Sandra è come essere in famiglia, posizione della struttura ottima. Si trova vicino al mare e al centro città. Ottimo anche per raggiungere altre mete. Davvero consigliato e ci ritornerò sicuramente.

In posizione ideale per visitare Terracina: con una breve passeggiata si raggiungono comodamente sia il centro città che la spiaggia. Gentilissima e disponibile Sandra, la padrona di casa. Ambiente rilassato, cordiale e accogliente. Consigliato.

Es war ein wirklich sehr saubere und super tolle eingerichtete Unterkunft, mit kleiner Terasse. Der Strand ist dirket in der Nähe, sowie die schöne Einkaufspassage mit den verschiedenen "Piazza's". 1 per pro Woche eine Reinigung der Zimmer. Kochgelegenheit super. Supermärkte dirket um die Ecke. Sandra war einfach nur lieb und nett und erklärte auch. Ein ganz hohes Lob für "Alles". 10*+.
