Rubino is an elegant Guesthouse in the heart of Rome. Composed of 7 rooms, each with private bathroom, it can accommodate up to 14 people.

Recently renovated, comfortable and with a romantic decor, we offer a viable alternative to those tired of the usual hotel room, because we are convinced that those who come to Rome are looking for something more than just a room to sleep in.

Our facility is located in the city center, near the Termini railway station.

Strategic location just outside Roma Termini station, a 20-minute walk from the Colosseum and still convenient to public transport. The managers are helpful and very kind. Well-maintained location and rooms both in terms of furnishings and cleanliness. Varied and plentiful breakfast served directly in the room. Highly recommended.

We stayed three nights and had a great time. The location is excellent as everything is close by. The owner was very kind and helpful for any requested need. If we ever have to return to Rome, we already know where to stay!

I highly recommend the property to couples and families (we stayed in a quadruple room with 2 adults and 2 children). The property is located in a great location (metro, train station, taxi, services, etc... just a few steps away). The room is very well-kept and clean; the floor is served by an elevator. In the common area, there is a fully equipped kitchen available to guests. It was definitely a great starting point to visit the city and a good place to stay. Thank you!

Great welcome, too bad the day after the air conditioning in the room was turned off while we were outside, so I called to complain since the room was an oven and I have 2 kids, from that moment I got annoyed and consequently my room was not cleaned except on the penultimate day upon request, as I emptied the trash bin myself, the room was neither swept nor cleaned, not to mention the bathroom where a used pad wrapper found on the floor from the first day kept us company until the end. What can I say, I did not find any professionalism. The room does not cool down in 5 minutes because the air conditioner is certainly not one of the best but rather old, the room was cool only when the air conditioner was on...I was not in the room every morning because thankfully I had better things to do, several times I left the room while she was busy cleaning another, just as she entered to turn off the air, she could have entered to clean, from the first day in the bathroom there was the wrapper of a sanitary pad that kept us company throughout our stay, if you want privately I can send photos of how clean the room was. Ps I have evidence that the air conditioning rule was added after the incident.. and the lady on the profile asked what to do after the incident.. My dear, I remind you that when I paid for the stay, it certainly included the water and electricity I consumed.

L'aria condizionata durante le ore di assenza dell'ospite è buona norma spegnerla, inoltre è una regola della casa inserita sul sito internet della struttura, chi prenota si intende abbia accettato le regole pubblicate. La camera si rinfresca in due minuti dall'accensione dell'aria condizionata, non occorre tenerla accesa 8 ore durante la propria assenza. La pulizia delle camere è prevista ogni 4 giorni ma il personale comunque entra tutti i giorni per sistemare e controllare che non manchi nulla. In questo caso non è stato possibile entrare in camera perché la stessa era occupata dall'ospite tutte le mattine e quindi veniva saltata la consueta pulizia (il saltare la pulizia perché al momento dell'arrivo del personale la camera è occupata dall'ospite rientra nelle regole della casa).

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable room, bright, with fridge, table and kettle, equipped with air conditioning and large bathroom with big shower. The location is convenient both on foot and by public transport. The owner is kind and attentive to guests' needs. The use of the kitchen has all the amenities.

Excellent location, easily accessible from Termini station. The lady who waited for me and welcomed me was friendly. The room was clean and welcoming, spacious and bright as I like it. The breakfast at the bar was fast and satisfying, just a few hundred meters from the B&B. An experience to repeat if I were to return to Rome for a couple of days.
