Open loft space located in the Historic Center of Rome, specifically on Vicolo della Campanella, one of the oldest streets in the city.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of the historic building "Monialium di S. Caterina da Siena," dating back to the 1500s.
The neighborhood is partly pedestrianized, and you can easily walk to Ponte Sant'Angelo (the quickest route to St. Peter's Basilica, Vatican City, and Castel Sant'Angelo), Piazza Navona, Campo dè Fiori, and the Pantheon.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, which includes: an entrance with a full bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer); living area with a kitchenette, extendable table with four chairs, fully equipped kitchen utensils and crockery, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, and toaster; a double bed (150×200 cm), two-door wardrobe, safe, two-seater sofa with TV area (43” smart TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Video).
Mezzanine area: a one-and-a-half-sized bed measuring 110×200 cm, small two-door wardrobe with drawers (a baby crib is available free of charge for children up to 3 years old). Additionally, there is a laundry area with a washing machine, drying rack, and household cleaning products.

This is a very lovely apartment, comfortable for 2-3 people and very well equipped with all conveniences and gadgets. It's in an excellent location close to Piazza Navona, a 20-minute walk to the Vatican, and with easy bus access to Termini train station and city buses. There are also several restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

Excellent location, quiet street (you can hear the neighbors a little, as everywhere in central Rome given the quality of the buildings, but it is quiet). Accommodation quite dark, which is normal in the neighborhood due to the density. Small bathroom, suitable for people of small stature. Quick responses. I recommend it and would like to return to this clean and ideally located accommodation.

Excellent value for money, very well located, clean and with everything needed for a stay. Mirko was always willing to help and left us two bottles of nice wine to enjoy as a gesture. Highly recommended!

Brilliant location, reasonable walk to all the major attractions: 10 minutes to Piazza Navona, 25 minutes to Vatican, just around the corner from Castel Sant'Angelo. This apartment was close to many great restaurants and the streets had a great atmosphere. Despite being in such a thriving location, the apartment itself was calm and quiet. The building is very old, high ceilings and no lift (elevator), but the apartment is on the 1st floor so this wasn't an issue for us. It was great to have cooking facilities as we were staying with our 1 year old. There is a staircase up to the loft area which is something to be mindful of if staying with toddlers. Mirko was great and sent on very clear instructions for our stay, and checked in with us before, during and after our stay. When we arrived, there was also a little snack which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
