This elegant and cosy B&B is situated in Trastevere, the heart of Rome
It is composed of three large rooms with private bathroom.

Sweet and savory breakfast.

It provides all comforts: free wifi, satellite LCD TV in each room, air conditioning.

It is very close to Trastevere Station and it is well served by a lot of buses and tram (the bus and tram stop is just in front of the building) which will take you to the most famous historical sites of Rome: Via Veneto piazza del Popolo, piazza di Spagna, San Pietro, Colosseo, Circo massimo and more.

At a walking distance you can reach the heart of Trastevere Known as “the most roman” neighbourhood of the city, Trastevere has maintained the typical atmosphere of the last Century. Nevertheless, at night, this quarter turns out to be one of the most lively areas in Rome, thanks to all its restaurants, trattorie where you can taste the typical Roman cousine, pubs and discos, nestled in picturesque streets and alleys.

At night you can also walk along the Tiber admiring the unique lights of Rome
We can also offer Transfer service from/to the airport, rail stations or any point of your interest.
Sweets various and typical Italian (tarts, panettone, pandoro, dove). Croissant, fruit, bread in cassette, slices biscottate, coffee and milk (for express coffee, caffèlatte, stained milk, cappuccino, American coffee), jam, nutella, butter, fruit's juice, cereals, yogurt multigusto, toast, sugar, water. On application pizza, fresh bread, cheeses spalmabil.

There was a surprise with a tax, although I have asked whether I need to pay something except the price for the room. The room was cold, because the window could not be closed. And there was a stone standing near to the window to close the window.

Very kind host! He explained us to get where, he made a print of our boardingpasses and he was very helpfull. Clean room and bathroom. Tram number 8 brought us everywhere. The trainstation Trastevere was nearby. Easy to go to Termini and the Vatican. The only thing we where not satisfied about was the breakfast but we are used to those kinds of breakfast in Italy, I would recommend this place. It's cheap, good en the location is also good.

We've stopped in this B&B on our way to Sicily. We've stayed for 2 nights. We don't have any complaints, everything is as described, everything works as it should. At the day of our arrival Valerio kindly waited for us (we were a bit late) and was kind enough to helped us with parking and luggage and also with some tips for our quick visit to Rome. Definitely our top choice for next visit in Rome.

Appartamento nuovo, ben tenuto con spazi in comune puliti e confortevoli; stanza ottima, accogliente e comoda, con balconcino e tavolino per una colazione all'aperto e in tranquillità. A due passi dal centro, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi o con il tram che passa proprio di lì. Personale gentile, disponibile e attento ad ogni tua esigenza. Consiglio fortemente.

Accoglienza ottima, personale gentile e super disponibile. Camera pulita e ordinata, qualche problema tecnico con il bagno, ma risolvibile. Colazione non prevista dato il Covid ma prezzo super conveniente. Cucina in comune poco provvista di utensili ma utilizzabile per pochi giorni. Posizione strategica, 4 minuti a piedi da stazione, supermercati e tram per il centro di Roma. Consigliata.

Sicuramente negativa. Prima di tutto appena arrivati non trovavano la nostra prenotazione (fatta da me il 21/02 e riconfermata il 2/07). Per la prima notte sistemazione di fortuna, piccola e non troppo curata, con promessa di sistemazione per i giorni successivi nella struttura da noi prenotata. Ciò non è avvenuto. Spostati in altro posto dove non avevamo il bagno in camera, mentre l'altra coppia non aveva la colazione. Abbiamo provato a contattare i proprietari senza risposta, se non dopo 2 gg e solo tramite messaggi. Però i soldi li hanno voluti subito. Poco sinceri ma bravissimi a trovare scuse di ogni genere. Esperienza da non ripetere.

Le foto sul sito e quelle della camera scelta non coincidono con la camera assegnatami. La camera era in un edificio diverso da quello pubblicizzato. Il bagno non era in camera, anche se privato. Inoltre era piccolissimo. Per tutto questo, pazienza, visto che il prezzo era basico. La persona che ci ha aperto e dato le chiavi è stata gentilissima e disponibile. Possibilità di arrivare prima del check-in e di depositare le valige oltre il check-out. WIFI funzionante. Cucina ben fornita di materiale. Biancheria pulita. Non transigo invece sulla pulizia del bagno: doccia sporca e piena di calcare, pavimento sporco.

Pulito, buona posizione a cento metri dalla stazione di Trastevere, quartiere facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Stabile nuovo e pulito, zona tranquilla, camera in ordine e sistemata ogni giorno. Apprezzata la gentilezza della ragazza che ci ha accolto, molto cordiale, e il fatto che vengano preparati panini e succo per la colazione.

Ho soggiornato solo 1 notte per viaggio di lavoro ma mi sono trovato benissimo. Camere belle, pulite e spaziose. Posizione strategica a 20 metri dalla metro A, in 15 minuti si arriva in centro. Consigliatissimo.

Veloci e gentili nel rispondere ma la stanza era senza serrande e senza aria condizionata, sono state date risposte fantasiose in proposito e nessuna possibilità di cambiare stanza. Al secondo piano e col caldo non poter abbassare la serranda lasciando aperta la finestra di notte o chiudere la finestra utilizzando l'aria condizionata è stato antipatico e scomodo anche per questioni di sicurezza. Siamo rimaste inutilmente in attesa che ci portassero un fantomatico telecomando per l'aria condizionata ritardando il nostro appuntamento mentre la ragazza si occupava di altro lasciandoci in un'attesa inutile. La finestra del bagno rotta. Un solo asciugamano grande a testa. A colazione capisco le merendine confezionate ma presentare un succo in bottiglia diluito non ha senso, meglio allora bottigliette di latte monodose. La posizione invece è molto comoda e la zona tranquilla. Basterebbero pochi lavori e poche accortezze per renderlo un buon B&B.

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria una ragazza gentile e disponibile. Ci ha dato tutte le info per visitare Roma. La struttura si trova molto ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto. Camere come descritte pulite e spaziose. Colazione abbondante. Sicuramente quando torneremo a Roma sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all'orario concordato nella prenotazione, la camera non era ancora pronta, ma la donna delle pulizie in poco tempo è riuscita a pulirci la camera, che dire molto comodo, stanza spaziosa, vicino alla fermata dell'autobus.

Il B&B Stairs of Trastevere si trova in una posizione molto comoda per l'Ospedale San Camillo e comodo con i mezzi per raggiungere Piazza Venezia ed essere in centro in 15 min circa. Valerio e Camelia sono stati molto disponibili fin dal momento della prenotazione. Il bagno non era in camera, come richiesto in fase di prenotazione, ma comunque privato. La stanza risulta tutto sommato silenziosa, occorre adattarsi nel caso di rientri e cene di altri ospiti della struttura. La colazione risulta sufficiente. Suggerisco di mettere a disposizione un pentolino per scaldare il latte. Ottima esperienza e consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare la città! Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.

B&B in zona stazione Trastevere, ben raggiungibile dai mezzi e con un paio di bar/pizzerie in zona davvero buoni. Molto positivo per tutto, ci siamo appena stati ma ammetto che conto di tornarci presto. Molto consigliato.

La mia esperienza presso questo bed end breakfast è stata del tutto positiva; camera e bagno pulitissimi, i gestori tutti e tre gentili, disponibili e simpatici, struttura spaziosa e molto carina, posizione molto comoda arrivando dalla stazione ferroviaria di Trastevere (circa 200 m), ed anche per raggiungere le varie attrazioni non era un grosso problema grazie ai trasporti pubblici. Buona anche la colazione. Lo consiglio sicuramente a tutti!

Area Trastevere

The B&B Scalini of Trastevere is found in full historical center. The airport Leonardo from you win in Fiumicino dista around 24 km, with possibility of service private (to any time, any railway station or airport) transference; the beach beach of Wafer and to around 22km. The structure is found well connected with the means of transport public in as for less than 20 meters there is the stop of the auto bus, of the streetcar (also nighttime), and to around 100 meters there is the railway station of trastevere; the station of the nearest subway and' the terminal Pyramid (attainable in 5 minutes with the just quoted means of transport), stings of exchange with the line meter B and the line direction Wafer. Besides to around 300 meters the hospital St. Camillo is found; the nearest stings historical to visit it is her/it the marvelous Saint Maria in trastevere even though other historical sites what Colosseum, maximum circus, street of the course, holes imperial ages are easily attainable and in little time from the B&B. Around and in the district present numerous cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, automatic teller machine, supermarkets, bakers etc
