The B&B Sole Mio provides accommodation in three independent mini-apartments, located next to a single-family villa and accessible via a private entrance. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a reserved outdoor area with a table, deck chairs, and sun loungers. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the pool, which complies with current safety regulations.

The apartments, which have a similar layout, are set over two levels: a spacious loft with a double bed and, on the ground floor, an area of about 25 square meters that can accommodate two additional guests. The kitchen comes with all the necessary items, including pots, plates, and cutlery. To ensure a restful stay, the rooms do not have televisions, but Wi-Fi is available. There is free internal parking.
