The atmosphere of the new Soal bed and breakfast is one of elegance and tranquility. All the rooms have been completely renovated, featuring private bathrooms, color TVs, heating, air conditioning, terraces, and private parking with kitchen facilities available.

The Soal bed and breakfast is located in front of the Gemelli train station, near the Gemelli polyclinic and close to the Cristo Re hospital. From here, you can easily reach the Vatican City and the historic center.

From the adjacent Gemelli station, on the FM3 line, you can reach St. Peter's, Trastevere, the Valle Aurelia interchange (metro Line A), and Ostiense (metro Line B) in just a few minutes.

My friend and I stayed for two nights since there was a concert. The room had everything it needed, a comfortable bed even though we found a small stain on the sheets. Bathroom (unfortunately) without a window but with the option to turn on the air circulation. I particularly liked the door on the right side of the room where you could immediately go out to the terrace, which is really great and nice for eating. The gentleman who runs the B&B is very helpful and polite. The breakfast is not very abundant in food, but in the small kitchen, there was everything to make some pasta if needed. I recommend it for just a few nights if you have events or something else.

We needed to stay near the Gemelli hospital and chose the bed & breakfast solution with the possibility of using the common kitchen to prepare meals, and I must say we felt great here. The owner is very kind, helpful, and always present for any issues, but never intrusive. Everything is well organized and equipped, nothing is missing to facilitate a stay away from home. The Gemelli Polyclinic is a 10-minute walk away. The building has an elevator. From the attic, you can enjoy a nice view and the usable terrace offers the possibility to have breakfast outdoors. The price-quality ratio is very convenient.

I booked for a couple of relatives who were coming from outside for a visit to Gemelli and whom I could not accommodate in my house. I made a great impression because the manager is very helpful, easy-going, and ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast available is varied and abundant, the property is located 5 minutes on foot from both Gemelli Station and the hospital itself. The rooms are very clean and there is a beautiful terrace where one can sit outside in a very quiet area. Excellent value for money, I already know they will return and for me it is an excellent point of reference when I receive other friends and relatives. Recommended.

The structure is highly discouraged. The only positive aspect is the strategic location, close to the Gemelli station and the hospital. The rooms all opened with the same key. The hygiene is poor. We had a great time, located in an area very favorable for our needs. We stayed only one night. Room located on the fourth floor of a building with in common, with other guests, a large terrace and the place where to have a well-assorted breakfast. Mr. Roberto is a very helpful and kind person. Absolutely to always be taken into consideration for any other trips to Rome.

I had a very good experience at the Soal property as it is very close to the Gemelli Hospital, where you can walk in a few minutes, both in terms of comfort and services offered. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and very clean. The use of the kitchen is very useful for those with children. I will return as soon as I have the need.

The structure is not new but well-maintained. Nice terrace that allows a lot of light and the possibility to stay outside. Ability to cook and organize meals independently, which is a nice convenience. Very helpful and reliable manager. The room is cleaned every two days.

The breakfast is nonexistent and there is no automatic beverage dispensing, but you have to use the electric plate to make coffee or tea, which is therefore not very practical if more people have breakfast.
