SIXTYTHREE BED AND BREAKFAST is the perfect starting point for your visit of the “Eternal City”.
Located in the immediate neighborhood of Termini station, it is very easy to reach regardless whether you arrive in Rome by train or by plane.
The close proximity of both metro lines and the bus stop make it easy to get to any other part of the city.
Many of the main monuments and historical places such as Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseum, Fori Imperiali and Domus Aurea, are within walking distance; our location is also perfect for reaching La Sapienza University.
The bed and breakfast is located on the 5th floor of a “Palazzo Umbertino” with elevator.
The apartment was completely restructured on December 2005. Each room has private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV with LCD monitor and hairdryer. Free WIFI broadband internet access is also available for our guests.

ESPERIENZA DISASTROSA CHE HA PROVOCATO PROBLEMI DI SALUTE!
Abbiamo pernottato presso questa struttura sita in Roma per un paio di giorni. Abbiamo anche segnalato presso il sito Internet che ospita l’annuncio di tale struttura e stiamo valutando se rivolgerci alle autorità competenti. Questo perché il proprietario non risponde in alcun modo né telefonicamente né su whatsapp, dimostrando di non avere alcun rispetto verso i propri clienti e nonostante gli avessimo chiesto gentilmente e cortesemente di provvedere.
La struttura è completamente coperta di polvere (abbiamo una quindicina di foto). Uno di noi due soffre di allergia e si è trovato costretto ad assumere antistaminici e cortisoni per passare le notti.
C’era polvere dappertutto, persino nella ventola di riciclo dell’aria in bagno.
Non giudico negativamente la difficoltà di accedervi. Si tratta di una stanza in soppalco esattamente sotto il tetto e l’unica “finestra” (40 cm non di più) si trova in alto ed è più un’entrata per l’aria che una finestra vera e propria ma mi rendo conto che parliamo di un B&B e non di un hotel.
Ma la questione della polvere e la mancanza di attenzioni del proprietario sono intollerabili, così come le macchie sulle federe del cuscino, sostituite e ancora presenti.
Mi ritengo una persona estremamente ragionevole e non mi è mai successo di scrivere una recensione negativa in vita mia. Ma c’è un limite a tutto.

Ideal structure for those who need to have all the connections at hand (bus, metro, trains, taxis). Modest rooms in furnishings but well-kept, bidet is missing in almost all rooms but cleanliness is ok, the managers are very kind. During my stay, I did not have breakfast. The popular building is equipped with an elevator and, apart from the construction site open during my stay, it needs a general renovation. The surrounding environment is teeming with people of all ethnicities and commercial activities, it is very close to Termini Station with all its pros and cons.
