We had a very good time in the modern and welcoming structure. To improve some details: Wall painting at times streaked and stained, not very hot water for shower and mold in the bathroom.

The location was perfect near Piazza Bologna and in a few minutes with bus or metro you arrive in the city center. The B&B is very clean, technological, and functional without a doubt. Although the breakfast was delicious for me, there was a lack of yogurt which could be necessary also for those on a diet. For the rest, I am very satisfied and will definitely return in the future.

Cozy structure and convenient to transportation, the breakfast and refreshment area is fantastic, but it would be even better if there were gluten-free products. You can leave your luggage at the property upon departure. In short, a structure to recommend.

The structure overall is satisfactory but has many shortcomings. The room was left in a state of neglect, clearly visible from the white and marked walls. For the price I paid, I would have expected more attention to various details. Windowless bathroom without ventilation. Poor and low-quality furniture. The breakfast area initially seemed nice and welcoming, but after seeing the encrusted coffee machine and kettle, I kept my distance! As for the included breakfast, it consists of packaged low-quality food. Honestly, very low value for money. The positive note is its proximity to Tiburtina station.

Very well-kept and clean facility. Extremely convenient location to public transport. Kitchen with everything necessary for a great breakfast. Extremely satisfied! We will definitely come back!

Very nice, it's the second time I stay at Sensation House and I had a great time. The only observation is that the sink is a bit small and it would have been better to have a pocket door for the bathroom, as the swinging door takes up space.

Sono stato a Roma per vedere l'amore della mia vita, che vive lì, ed ho alloggiato per 2 giorni passando anche la mattina con lei. Ho tempestato la proprietaria di domande ed ha sempre risposto al telefono gentilmente dandomi tutte le delucidazioni possibili. La struttura, anche se non vi era presente nessun personale per motivi di orari di arrivo da parte mia, era organizzata perfettamente da potermi permettere l'accesso alla camera. Al mattino dopo ho fatto il check-in dando i documenti miei e della mia compagna. Assistente gentilissima e disponibilissima anche lei. Camera pulita e ordinata, bagno molto confortevole e cucina in comune fornitissima. Posto tranquillo a 2 passi dalla metro a piazza Bologna. Di certo ci ritornerò.

Luogo gradevole e familiare. Tranquillo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Un apprezzamento particolare per Elisabetta, che si è prodigata in tutto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Grazie ancora.

La struttura è praticamente a pizza Bologna, Zona molto bella con metro a due passi.
L'ambiente nuovo e l'arredo moderno rendono il soggiorno molto piacevole. La camera ampia e pulita. L'arredo è curato nei minimi dettagli e la proprietaria lascia la possibilità di entrare ed uscire in piena autonomia. Quando tornerò a Roma soggiornerò di nuovo al Sensation house.
