Sensation House is a guesthouse located in the Piazza Bologna area, on the second floor of an elegant building. It's in a strategic position for those who want to explore the city with ease.

The BOLOGNA metro station (Line B) is right below the property, allowing you to reach all parts of the city quickly and conveniently, making it an ideal base for visiting Rome.

The Guest House has 5 rooms, all with private bathrooms, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. The common area is bright and inviting, offering a pleasant atmosphere to start your day, where you can socialize while enjoying a delicious coffee. Guests can also use a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, all available in the common area at any time.

Self-check-in is available from 3: 00 PM onwards using a numerical code sent the day before your arrival. If you plan to arrive before 3: 00 PM, you can use the code to access the common area to leave your luggage and start exploring the city, but please do not take the room key yet.

Check-out is at 10: 00 AM. Guests must leave their keys in the same box where they retrieved them upon arrival. If needed, you can leave your luggage in the common area.

Bags can be picked up at any time using the same access code. However, please do not re-enter the rooms, as they will be prepared and sanitized for new guests. The property is not a custodian of luggage and is therefore not responsible for it.

There is a mandatory Rome city tax of €5. 00 per person per night.

Sensation Guest House is managed by a company with years of experience in the tourism sector. It caters to a wide audience, both B2C (Business to Consumer) and B2B (Business to Business), operating in the small-scale hospitality sector. It provides accommodation services to both clients who book online and those with special agreements, such as companies, recreational clubs (CRAL), hospitals, and universities.

In addition to providing overnight stays, the guesthouse offers extra services for an additional fee upon request, allowing guests to fully enjoy their stay.

The property is just 50 meters from the Bologna metro station on Line B and 900 meters from Tiburtina station. It is located near La Sapienza and Luiss Guido Carli universities and the Policlinico Umberto I university hospital.

FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT:
Take the FL1 metropolitan train inside the airport towards Orte or the LEONARDO EXPRESS train and get off at TERMINI STATION. Then, take the metro Line B towards REBIBBIA and get off at BOLOGNA. You have arrived!

FROM CIAMPINO AIRPORT:
Take the ATRAL bus that connects the airport to Metro A – ANAGNINA. Take Metro A towards Battistini and get off at TERMINI. (Follow the instructions from Termini).

FROM TERMINI STATION:
Take the metro Line B towards REBIBBIA and get off at the BOLOGNA stop. You have arrived!

FROM TIBURTINA STATION:

We felt very comfortable both because of the location in Piazza Bologna, which is very well served by amenities, and because of the accommodation, which was minimal but comfortable. The host was great and always replied promptly both before arrival and during the stay.

There were no bottles of mineral water, maybe an automatic dispenser or something else would be helpful. I would have preferred to find the bathroom with a disinfected seal and it seems to me that the ventilation fan was not working, which was essential since the bathroom did not have a window. In the common area, I had to open the windows because there was a stuffy smell. Overall good.

I am sorry, but the only positive note is the manager and the location. We had a bare room, especially with the headboard peeling off and falling on our heads, too damaged. Let's not talk about breakfast. Only the plumcakes for the child and the coffee, the rest inedible. Moreover, it is not normal for guests to be in their boxers in the breakfast room as if they were at home and, especially, when they returned in the afternoon, the door was open and they were chatting as if they were in a bar. Too much noise at their return after 3 in the morning. The manager should be clearer with the rules to be enforced. Unfortunately, I will not return.

Very quiet and great mattress. Very prompt in meeting the request for extra pillows. Both sink and bidet plugs were missing. The walls could use a refresh, especially in the high-traffic areas.

We had a very good time in the modern and welcoming structure. To improve some details: Wall painting at times streaked and stained, not very hot water for shower and mold in the bathroom.

The location was perfect near Piazza Bologna and in a few minutes with bus or metro you arrive in the city center. The B&B is very clean, technological, and functional without a doubt. Although the breakfast was delicious for me, there was a lack of yogurt which could be necessary also for those on a diet. For the rest, I am very satisfied and will definitely return in the future.

Cozy structure and convenient to transportation, the breakfast and refreshment area is fantastic, but it would be even better if there were gluten-free products. You can leave your luggage at the property upon departure. In short, a structure to recommend.

The structure overall is satisfactory but has many shortcomings. The room was left in a state of neglect, clearly visible from the white and marked walls. For the price I paid, I would have expected more attention to various details. Windowless bathroom without ventilation. Poor and low-quality furniture. The breakfast area initially seemed nice and welcoming, but after seeing the encrusted coffee machine and kettle, I kept my distance! As for the included breakfast, it consists of packaged low-quality food. Honestly, very low value for money. The positive note is its proximity to Tiburtina station.

Very nice, it's the second time I stay at Sensation House and I had a great time. The only observation is that the sink is a bit small and it would have been better to have a pocket door for the bathroom, as the swinging door takes up space.

I was in Rome to see the love of my life, who lives there, and I stayed for 2 days, also spending the morning with her. I bombarded the owner with questions and she always kindly answered the phone giving me all the possible clarifications. The structure, even though there was no staff present due to my arrival times, was perfectly organized to allow me access to the room. The next morning I checked in giving my and my partner's documents. Very kind and helpful assistant as well. Clean and tidy room, very comfortable bathroom and well-equipped shared kitchen. Quiet place just a stone's throw from the metro at Piazza Bologna. I will definitely return.

The structure is practically in Pizza Bologna, a very beautiful area with the metro a stone's throw away.\n\nThe new environment and modern furnishings make the stay very pleasant. The room is large and clean. The furnishings are well taken care of in every detail and the owner allows the possibility of entering and exiting independently. When I return to Rome, I will stay again at Sensation House.
