The Sangio 'house is entirely managed by a company that has been operating for years in the incoming sector, addressing transversally to a B2C (Business to Consumer) and B2B (Business to Business) public, as it operates in the micro-hospitality sector and offers its accommodation services both to the final customer who books the room through the web, and to an affiliated customer such as companies, cral, hospitals, universities etc, who resell their services. Offering overnight services, it also offers (through its partners) car rental services, restaurant discounts, entrances to theaters, museums, parks, etc.

I stayed at this property for only one night but I would have gladly stayed longer! The room is small, as clearly visible when booking, but it's really equipped with everything including a full-length mirror, which I particularly appreciate. The bathroom is spacious with a very large shower and bidet. The cleanliness is impeccable. The location is fantastic, you can get around without needing transportation!

Strategic location for visiting Rome. Spacious and clean Superior room. The only downside is the excessive noise (however already communicated by the manager during booking). Organization and availability of the manager EXCELLENT. Very convenient the 24-hour availability of coffee, herbal teas, water, etc. Strategic point: about 1 km from Termini station and about 900 m from the Colosseum. During the stay, I never used any means of transport.

The structure is welcoming, very clean, in a great and easy-to-reach location. Excellent logistical organization. Excellent breakfast, too bad it lacks something salty. Highly recommended structure.

The place is fantastic, very clean and with a provided breakfast. The coffee is good and the rooms are clean. The room and the bathroom have a window. I am very happy to have stayed in this place. I will definitely come back.

Excellent location, we stayed for a Day Hospital at the Britannico and it's really a 10-minute walk. With a view of Piazza San Giovanni, the room and the structure are very welcoming. Owners are truly organized, as if we were at our own home. Top.
