The San Paolo Guest House is managed by the Altieri brothers, Alessandro and Italo, who have always been involved in tourism and catering services.
Guided by their father's experience as the director of major hotels in the capital and as the president of A.I.R.A., the Italian Association of Hotel Employees, Italo Altieri has had experiences in large hotels, especially in the dining and bar services. They even managed a famous brewery in the center of Rome together for about 10 years.
Today, Italo and Alessandro work together in managing this small hotel, always striving to offer the best service to their customers.

We booked this room on behalf of a traveller who came to a meeting at FAO. A last minute booking since everything was fully booked in the area. The traveller informed us that the guesthouse is very nice (quiet, safe, near to FAO, daily cleaning room, etc.) except that the internet connection was not working the first days but the issue was fixed and therefore it was all fine afterwards. When I called the structure, Mr. Italo was very nice and gentle, he assured the booking for our traveller and even followed up with us as we got closer to the day of arrival. We are very satisfied and thank Mr. Italo for taking care of our delegate!

Small but cozy and fully equipped structure, close to the metro stop that takes you to the center in a few minutes. We were greeted with a small problem promptly solved by the very kind and helpful managers (we had to arrive very late in the evening and they proved reachable by phone and via WhatsApp at any time). We are very satisfied, when we return to Rome we will definitely consider San Paolo Guest House. Thank you for everything!

B&B located in a great position, being close to the San Paolo metro stop and the main bus stops. Room cleanliness is good, but only liquid hand soap was available (no shower gel). Shower slightly broken. WiFi not working for the entire week of stay. Breakfast is good but could be improved as it consisted mainly of snacks. Friendly and helpful manager.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, struttura tipo affittacamere ma molto accogliente e pulitissima.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Comodo se bisogna raggiungere il Bambin Gesù.
Facilmente raggiungibile e vicinissimo alla fermata della metro.
Ottima soluzione per chi vuole lasciare la macchina parcheggiata.

Ho trovato l'albergo più che buono, abbastanza accogliente, situato in posizione ottimale per le mie esigenze, rapporto qualità/prezzo più che congruo, nulla da eccepire sulla pulizia della stanza e del bagno, qualità della colazione servita in stanza soddisfacente. Suggerirei di dare maggiore visibilità all'ingresso, anche con un'insegna più grande, in quanto dalla strada principale non si riesce ad individuare agevolmente. È stato facile trovare parcheggio per l'auto proprio sotto la finestra della stanza.

Completamente soddisfatta gentilezza e cortesia da parte di tutti
è pulito e finalmente una delle poche strutture che si presenta così come si vede dalle foto nessuna sgradita sorpresa.
