Rome's Heart Guest House, brand new and just opened, located at only 50 mt. from metro station "A" Ottaviano from which in two stops (5 minutes) it's possible to reach the Spanish Steps and the historic center, i 10 minutes the Termini Station, in 15 minutes the Colosseum, is ideal for everyone looking for an accommodation immersed in the wonders of the eternal city.
Modern designer furniture associated with all amenities such as complimentary in-room coffee machine Nespresso and kettle for tea, the latest LED flat-screen generation plate TV 43" with sat and terrestrial channels, connected to the Internet (Netflix, YouTube, Browsing the Internet), free wireless internet connection in optical fiber in all spaces, are the perfect ingredients for a relaxing holiday in Rome.
Rome's Heart Guest House has three double Rooms, also with twin beds, with private bathroom with shower cabin and hairdryer.
The breakfast, the attention to detail, cleanliness, attention to every need of our guests to make them feel at home is our main goal.
When available, it's possible to rent all the apartment of Rome's Heart Guest House for exclusive use of a group or a family, including the three rooms, Red, Violet, Grey and the Living Room, with a minimum stay of two nights.
The maximum number of guests allowed are seven, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
Anyway, in this case, the renting is like in hotel treatment, with the rich and fresh breakfast served in the breakfast room from 8am to 10am (it's possible to agree day by day the best time for the guests) and the daily cleaning of the rooms.

A true Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from St. Peter's Square. Extremely clean room equipped with everything necessary, with a beautiful modern and practical decor. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, prepared with care by Mrs. Francesca who waits for her guests every morning and provides all the necessary information. A truly impeccable management that makes a difference in such a big city. Excellent value for money. My partner and I had a great time and it will definitely be our reference point when we return to Rome. 😊.

The room is tastefully decorated in every detail. The owners make you find everything even disposable slippers and body creams, a rarity. The cleanliness is excellent. The owners provide a unique welcome. The breakfast is also excellent. The value for money is great. Highly recommended.

We stayed, my husband and I, from September 2, 2021, to September 5, 2021, well-equipped room, nothing was missing, I felt like I was at home. The owner, a delightful and extremely helpful lady, satisfied all our needs, printed sheets with the names of the local places and especially where to eat well, gave us a map of Rome and highlighted the most beautiful places to visit, left the room until our departure, really wow, we will definitely return. Ottima struttura completamente ristrutturata, colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata. La signora Francesca gentilissima ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni dove mangiare nel bellissimo quartiere Prati e visitare Roma. Vicinissimo a San Pietro e ai Musei Vaticani. È stata veramente un ottima scelta.

Sono stato in questa struttura con mia moglie ed altre due coppie, il gestore, Francesca ci ha accolto
con un grosso sorriso, che ci ha accompagnato in tutto questo nostro brevissimo soggiorno romano,
nonostante le condizioni atmosferiche non fossero le migliori, struttura pulitissima, attrezzata, ottima colazione e servizi impeccabili.
Cosa aggiungere di più, consiglio a tutti di prenotare e soggiornare in questa strutura ed ancora grazie a Francesca e Mariano, impeccabili gestori della struttura, nella quale ritorneremo sicuramente.

Our stay at Rome's Heart Guest House was wonderful in every way. It is clean, beautifully decorated, convenient, and the hosts, Francesca and Mariano, are amazing. We felt like we were staying in a friend's home. We were greeted warmly, made to feel welcome, and all our questions were answered. We were given excellent walking directions to all the sights we wanted to see, and they explained how to use the Metro. The breakfast each morning was delicious and much more than we had expected. If we ever get a chance to come to Rome again, we would love to stay here again. So glad we found this wonderful place.

We had a really great stay at Rome's Heart Guest House. Everything was absolutely harmonious and Mariano and Francesca are such warm-hearted, helpful and courteous people. It was like we were visiting friends.
The organisation and support for transport and stay were really quite great. You can see that everything inside was chosen and equipped with love and it was so quiet to sleep.
They gave us very helpful tips for restaurants and sightseeing. We just can say that everything was perfect. Really. Thank you both for your hospitality and hope to see you next in Austria.; -) Saluti Tanja, Isa and Lilli.

We are so glad we stayed at Heart Guest House in Rome. Mariano and Francesca are wonderful hosts.
The breakfast was marvelous. The rooms were to perfection, clean, newly decorated.
The location was about two blocks from the Vatican museums, a plus for our early morning booking there, and only 2-3 blocks from the Metro, convenient and easy to hop on and go.
Across the street was a wonderful Italian restaurant with great food and reasonable prices.
Right next door to a laundry mat. We will definitely stay here again. We will recommend to all our friends who go to Rome to stay here. We absolutely loved it!

La struttura è quasi nuova, tenuta con cura e ben pulita. La camera è silenziosa e il nostro soggiorno è stato confortevole. Il gestore è cordiale e fornisce utilissime informazioni per il soggiorno.
La posizione è veramente strategica, a 2 passi dal Vaticano e vicinissima alla stazione metro Ottaviano dalla quale ci si può muovere agevolmente. Ottima scelta, torneremo sicuramente! M&S.

Abbiamo alloggiato per una notte io il mio ragazzo dal 30/06/18 al 01/07/18, dato che avevamo il concerto dei Negramaro presso lo Stadio Olimpico e data la poca distanza abbiamo scelto il Rome's Heart Guest House. Che dire, scelta più che azzeccata. La posizione è ottima, vicina allo stadio (noi lo abbiamo raggiunto a piedi, mezz'oretta di camminata piacevole oppure c'è la fermato del bus a 200 mt dal B&B) e vicina anche al centro raggiungibile comodamente a piedi o coi mezzi.
La camera era bellissima, pulita moderna e silenziosissima. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, i proprietari ti fanno sentire a casa, sono di una gentilezza assoluta. La colazione molto variegata, c'erano un sacco di dolci fatti in casa che purtroppo non ho potuto assaggiare in quanto allergica al latte, infatti dato che ho comunicato la mia intolleranza, la mattina mi hanno fatto trovare un bel cornetto vegano.
Consigliatissimo.

Ho già voglia di tornare. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo scelto questo posto come base per il dopo-concerto. Posizione fantastica. Abbiamo raggiunto comodamente il posto con la metro. Pochi minuti da Termini, pochi passi dal Vaticano, stadio Olimpico a distanza di passeggiata. Francesca ci ha accolti e fatti sentire meglio che a casa. Non ci ha fatto davvero mancare nulla: da qualche consiglio iniziale su dove mangiare qualcosa di buono, alla colazione fantastica che servono (con attenzione ad allergie o intolleranze), fino ad una gradita chiacchierata insieme.
Per finire la qualità della camera: rinnovata finemente poche settimane fa, presenta ogni tipo di comfort, dall'aria condizionata alla macchinetta per caffè Nespresso liberamente utilizzabile, asciugamani e saponi vari in abbondanza.
Amiamo Roma e Francesca ce l'ha fatta amare se possibile ancora un po' di più.
Torneremo sicuramente a trovarla.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Posizione centrale in una zona bellissima nei pressi del Vaticano. I gestori sono stati davvero molto cordiali ed attenti alle nostre esigenze.

Il voto 10 da noi assegnato su tutti gli aspetti è ampiamente giustificato sia per la qualità e rifinitura degli arredi e della struttura nel suo complesso, ma anche per l'estrema cura di tutti i dettagli nella fornitura della biancheria e di tutte quelle piccole cose che rendono piacevole e confortevole il soggiorno nella struttura stessa. I titolari e gestori della struttura Francesca e Mariao, si sono mostrate essere due persone di grande cortesia e disponibilità per tutte le particolari esigenze prospettate. La struttura è in ottima collocazione al centro della città, vicinissima alla città del Vaticano, è tale che consente di visitare tutti i monumenti più importanti della città con una semplice passeggiata e senza la necessità di utilizzare mezzi pubblici. Certamente sarà per noi un riferimento certo per tutte le volte che vorremo ritornare nella Città Eterna.
