We are located just a 3-minute walk from Termini Station, making our location the perfect starting point to discover all the wonders of Rome. Within a short stroll, you can reach the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, the Quirinale, and the Spanish Steps. Additionally, with public transportation, you can easily visit St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican, the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the Olympic Stadium, and many other must-see attractions.

The managers were polite. That was the only advantage of this place. The room was far too small. Yes, they told me in advance that it was small, but when I entered I was shocked: there was hardly any space to stand and nowhere to put a suitcase. In the end I could only push it under the bed. It actually seemed that this “room” was part of a corridor they had converted into a tiny room by just putting a door to separate it from the corridor. That is why there is no window, and the bathroom has no separate shower, just something hanging above the toilet. I think it was a corridor toilet before. It was so uncomfortable that I did not want to spend any time there apart from sleeping. When someone speaks in the corridor, it sounds as if they are speaking right in your room because the door does not help much. On top of that, the toilet flush did not work properly. They said it worked and that I just had to push harder, but it only worked about one time out of five. I must add that the managers are polite, but since the room was so inconvenient, that was the only advantage. They could have given me a bigger room as an upgrade for the second night, but they said I would have to pay double. I understand I paid for a small room and did not expect something big, but to pay more than 100€ with tax and to sleep essentially in the corridor was too much. I am amazed at how people invent ways to make money out of something that actually does not exist.

The host was really nice, she also kept my luggage after the check out for a few hours at no extra cost. I stayed in the small single room, good enough to rest and keep your privacy, with a comparable price for a bed in a hostel, but much better.

Perfect for the budget and the hosts are really kind and gentle. They’re helping the stay safe and comfortable also give a lot of good tips to enjoy Rome 1000% safely. Also the cleanest & modern accommodation around Termini station. Near Termini by foot around within 8 min + bus stop is away 5 min from the accommodation. It’s definitely good location; nearby central public transport but quiet place. Nothing complaint. The best for summer; air conditioning room and I can control the mode & temperature as my preference + mini refrigerator to keep water as fresh & cool. I’m willing visit next time too.

Cozy, clean, well-furnished, and spacious room. The host is super helpful in assisting with any needs. We felt really good, highly recommend it! We will definitely return!
