Located in a strategic area near Garbatella, the Basilica of San Paolo, and EUR, our accommodation provides the perfect solution for those needing to stay close to important educational and institutional centers such as UNINT University, Roma Tre University, the Polo Didattico training center, and the Lazio Region. Additionally, we are just a short distance from the technical center of the State Police and the Bambino Gesù, CTO, and Concordia hospitals.

The rooms in our apartment come with private bathrooms, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. Each room is also equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi connection, ideal for relaxing or working peacefully. Breakfast is included in the stay, allowing you to start your day pleasantly without any worries.

Guests have free access to the shared kitchen and living room, where you'll find everything needed to prepare your meals in a welcoming and functional environment. Our proximity to the "Garbatella" and "Basilica di San Paolo" metro stations makes it easy to move around and quickly reach the center of Rome and other city attractions.

Area Garbatella

Established in 1919, Garbatella is the youngest of the capital's historic districts, founded in the 1920s on the model of the English Garden City. More akin to a small suburb within a metropolis, Garbatella is almost totally detached from the touristy and chaotic areas of central Rome, while at the same time becoming one of the most unique and fascinating areas for its unique mix of popular architecture and the offer of all kinds of venues (restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs).

In one word, this B&B is basic. The room was spacious and clean with a 1970s decor. Breakfast is self-served and consists of toast and jam with coffee. I didn't like the fact that I discovered only after checking in that the only payment option is cash. The location is far from the main attractions, although transportation options are nearby and convenient. The room is cleaned and the bed is made every day, which is nice. The shower, however, is tiny and very inconvenient.

The owner Daniele is caring and attentive. The structure is not new, but it makes you feel at home, welcoming in a good location. We also did not have problems parking the car, which is not taken for granted in Rome.
