Brand new and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, etc..

Very convenient due to its proximity to Metro C and the availability of easy free parking. The property is very neglected: doors that squeak, door panels coming off, and shutters that do not open. The room cleaning was adequate, but there was mold in the bathroom water dispenser, around the taps and in the grout. The kitchen has old, damaged utensils; the kettle was greasy on the outside and had layers of limescale flaking off inside. There are no waste bins. Strangely the bed was made every day, but after the third night the sheets and towels were not changed. I repeat that the area is priceless, but otherwise do not expect much.

Impeccable accommodation. Everything was super clean and new. Very comfortable bed, sheets and towels of excellent quality. Kitchen with basic items for cooking. Very easy access with a digital lock, no keys to hand over that could complicate arrival. It is located on the outskirts of Rome. On metro line C you can reach the center in 25 minutes and the station is literally 100 meters from the building entrance. There is a very well-stocked supermarket 400 meters away. It is on the first floor accessed by stairs and has a small balcony where you can dry washed clothes.

A nightmare. The roommates were very noisy and, in my opinion, questionable; they shouted and made noise all night. I ran away in the middle of the night. I have said everything. I will add nothing more.

Rating 5. The walls are very thin: you could hear everything from the other rooms; it felt like they were in your room. Communication from the host was not good at all: I called him the day before and he did not explain anything; it was as if my online check-in had not been completed. He sent instructions via WhatsApp, but my phone did not have WhatsApp and he did not even think to call. He provided an incorrect phone number and I had to call back and wait outside the B&B door before being able to enter.

Nice B&b, very clean! No breakfast, not provided even though it's a B&b. Another downside, we arrived and no one welcomed us, despite the prior call. We asked for the codes several times from the cleaning lady. No instructions. In the evening we returned and found everything off, we climbed the stairs in the dark. Dining table broken, so it couldn't be used. Too bad, it's a nice B&b also in a strategic location, in front of the metro and well served by everything.

I really liked the accommodation. It was very clean, the train station was easily reachable on foot and yet the room was very quiet. The bathroom in my room gave me a very pleasant feeling. The kitchen, which could be used by other guests, was always clean and tidy. Access to the building was also very easy and quick.

Very efficient contacts via WhatsApp both in terms of payment and arrival instructions. The structure is convenient for the subway, although it is a bit far from the center. Great price. Only one night we had noisy tenants at night, for other nights everything was fine. The bar under the B&B is unfortunately closed for holidays. I suggest putting a coffee machine or kettle. The blanket was a bit stained, otherwise the room and bathroom were clean.

The location is very convenient because right in front is the Giardinetti metro station. However, there are very few local places, restaurants, etc. in the area. My room had no view, as it overlooked the house in front onto a very neglected internal terrace just a few meters away. The area is busy and there is quite a bit of background noise because the windows are old. However, the place was tidy and clean and the manager was very helpful.

Nice clean room with bathroom in the room. The bed is a bit uncomfortable. It deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the lack of hot water in the bathroom lowers the rating. Maybe it was a technical issue? I don't know, you should intervene.

There is only one problem. You should provide single-use toothpaste because I am forced to buy a whole tube of toothpaste. A small one should fit in the room like the shampoo. Then the television does not work, but these are not problems.

We spent three nights at this property and had a great time. We particularly appreciated the discretion of the owners and the modernity of the access with codes and not with keys. It is a bit far from the center, but it is still very convenient, because the Giardinetti metro C station is right across the street. The room was spacious and clean, and it has a private bathroom. The common area was also nice, where we could make coffee in the morning and use the fridge. Absolutely advantageous quality/price ratio, highly recommended!

B&B truly in front of the metro C station, near an hypermarket, public gardens, pizzerias, restaurants. For a family with children like ours, more than suitable. The room was a triple, large, furnished with new furniture and well-maintained. There is also a veranda, a pity they were undergoing renovation works with the scaffolding that prevented us from using it. For those who do not have too many demands, I would say it is very good. I would also add that the host has always been well-disposed and prompt in responses :). From Ciampino airport, it is better to arrive by taxi, the cost is around 30 euros. For touring Rome, it is definitely an excellent base.

A hundred meters from the metro, undoubtedly convenient. We had a problem solved quickly and well by the staff. In the area there are some good restaurants and pizzerias, hosteria Cacio e Pepe very good. The prices are low, there is everything you need to sleep, shower, and spend the day outside.

The structure is located right in front of the Giardinetti Metro C stop and is a few hundred meters from the Casilina exit of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, which is definitely an optimal condition because it avoids using the car and the stress of traffic. The B&B has some rooms and is very clean and functional. We did not have breakfast because it was not included in the price, but there is a great bar below the B&B. Overall, more than satisfied.
