Alessandra was very kind and always helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was very tidy and spacious, and it's within walking distance of Termini Station. I'd definitely stay at Alessandra again.

Comfortable, clean rooms equipped with all comforts. There is a fully equipped kitchen (maxi fridge and microwave) and a balcony where you can comfortably have breakfasts and light lunches. The very skilled and sweet Alessandra pampers her guests as if they were relatives. In fact, we have already returned 🥰🥰🥰.

Lovely, simple, and welcoming structure. Impeccable cleanliness. Perfect and strategic location for both the metro stop and the buses for various movements around Rome. Not to mention the proximity to Tiburtina station, as in my case, which allowed me to reach the structure in just 10 minutes on foot. Alessandra, the perfect "hostess", was very helpful at any time. The accommodation was perfect for my stay in Rome. For five days I was busy with an intensive course at the University La Sapienza and the accommodation is less than five minutes away on foot. The building, equipped with an elevator, is on Viale Ippocrate, fresh and tree-lined, full of shops and services, from the supermarket to the parapharmacy. The surroundings are quiet, and in five minutes on foot you can reach the subway, both the Policlinico stop and the Bologna stop. The house is spotless, bright, and quiet. The room I slept in, with a large ensuite bathroom, is spacious and equipped with all the basic comforts. The brand new kitchen is very convenient for preparing meals independently and for keeping drinks cool. An added value is the small balcony where you can have breakfast or take a relaxing break. What more can I say: Alessandra was very attentive to all my requests and always promptly responded to my messages; she manages everything very well and with great passion.
