Situated on the second floor of a historic 16th century building with an elevator, it is strategically central and quiet, allowing you to walk to historical sites such as Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Colosseum and San Peter.

Surrounded by shops, coffee bars and restaurants.

By crossing Ponte Sisto, you can admire the picturesque Trastevere with its famous pizzerias and wine bars.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, an LCD TV and a private bathroom with a shower for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Ms. Silvia is a very kind and helpful person. The property is welcoming and unpretentious. It is somewhat dim, but it is a rental in a historic building. Only on Saturday evenings is the pedestrian traffic quite lively. Otherwise everything is fine.

Silvia, the owner, is very kind and helpful, also suggesting places to eat (sometimes even with a small discount). The room was very clean and had all the essentials (kettle, coffee maker, even a stove and a refrigerator). The area is great for exploring all of Rome, we really enjoyed walking around, there are many excellent restaurants nearby. The only downside, if it's of interest to you, is the internet connection, unfortunately in the room neither the Wi-Fi nor the mobile data allowed for effective browsing, the only solution was to stay close to the window for a slight improvement.

Great welcome and location, I will definitely contact the 'Residenza Storica' again next time. Support for Roman logistical issues. The only critical aspect at the moment was the phone that had no signal, but I am sure the owner will also take care of this detail.
